Specifically, in actual operation, a first waterproof adhesive tape 430 with a first gap pre-formed therein may be provided, the first waterproof adhesive tape 430 is inserted into the first insertion portion 414 in an interference manner through the first gap, and then the first insertion portion 414 and the first waterproof adhesive tape 430 are inserted into the first slot 420a in an interference manner; in practical operation, the first waterproof tape 430 (without the first slit) may be bent and adhered to two sides of the first insertion portion 414, so that the first waterproof tape 430 has the first slit, and then the first insertion portion 414 and the first waterproof tape 430 are inserted into the first slot 420a in an interference manner.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 3, first mating portion 414 is located between first plate 422 and second plate 424. One end of the first inserting portion 414 close to the second pillar panel 300 is provided with a first hook portion 418, and the first panel 422 is provided with a second hook portion 4222 for hooking with the first hook portion 418. The first waterproof adhesive tape 430 is disposed between the first inserting portion 414 and the second plate 424, and two sides of the first waterproof adhesive tape 430 are respectively abutted against the first inserting portion 414 and the second plate 424. In this way, not only the first pillar panel 200 and the second pillar panel 300 can be hermetically connected, but also the first pillar panel 200 and the second pillar panel 300 can be securely connected.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 4, the second sealing connector 400b includes a second insert 440, a second socket member 450, and a second flashing 460. The second insert 440 is provided on the first stud plate 200. The second socket member 450 is provided on the second stud plate 300. The second slot 450 is opened with a second slot 450a, and the second insert 440 is inserted into the second slot 450 a. The second flashing 460 seals the interface between the second insert 440 and the second channel insert 450. Therefore, the first pillar panel 200 and the second pillar panel 300 are easily sealed, and the corner pillar 16a has superior water-tightness and air-tightness.
In the present embodiment, the second insert 440 includes a second mounting portion 442, a second plug portion 444, and a second connecting portion 446 connecting the second mounting portion 442 and the second plug portion 444. The second mounting portion 442 is connected to the first pillar panel 200 and is parallel to the first curtain wall corner panel 12, and the second inserting portion 444 is parallel to the second curtain wall corner panel 14 and is inserted into the second insertion groove 450 a.
The second connecting portion 446 includes a second straight plate 4462 and a second inclined plate 4464. The second inclined plate 4464 is connected to the second mounting portion 442, and the second straight plate 4462 is connected to the second insertion portion 444. The second straight panel 4462 is parallel to the first screen corner panel 12 and the second straight panel 4462 is closer to the first screen corner panel 12 than the second mount 442.
The second insert 440 of the above structure is more convenient for the first pillar panel 200 to be inserted into the second pillar panel 300, and is more convenient for the first pillar panel 200 to be firmly connected with the second pillar panel 300.
In the present embodiment, the second slot insert 450 includes a third plate 452 and a fourth plate 454 enclosing to form a second slot 450a, and both the third plate 452 and the fourth plate 454 are parallel to the second curtain wall corner plate 14. The second plug 444 is located between the third plate 452 and the fourth plate 454.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 4, the second waterproof strip 460 is disposed in the second slot 450a, and two sides of the second waterproof strip 460 respectively abut against the third plate 452 and the fourth plate 454, that is, the second waterproof strip 460 is in interference fit with the second slot 450 a. The second waterproof adhesive tape 460 is provided with a second gap (not shown), and the second inserting portion 444 is inserted in the second gap of the second waterproof adhesive tape 460 in an interference manner. In this manner, the first stud plate 200 can be sealingly connected to the second stud plate 300.
Specifically, during actual operation, a second waterproof rubber strip 460 with a second gap pre-formed may be provided, the second waterproof rubber strip 460 is inserted into the second insertion portion 444 in an interference manner through the second gap, and then the second insertion portion 444 and the second waterproof rubber strip 460 are inserted into the second slot 450a in an interference manner; in actual operation, the second waterproof strip 460 (without the second gap) may be bent and bonded to two sides of the second insertion portion 444, so that the second waterproof strip 460 has the second gap, and then the second insertion portion 444 and the second waterproof strip 460 are inserted into the second slot 450a in an interference manner.
In some embodiments, second mating portion 444 is located between third plate 452 and fourth plate 454. One end of the second inserting portion 444 close to the second pillar plate 300 is provided with a third hook (not shown), and the third plate 452 is provided with a fourth hook for hooking with the third hook. The second waterproof rubber strip 460 is disposed between the second inserting portion 444 and the fourth plate 454, and two sides of the second waterproof rubber strip 460 are respectively abutted against the second inserting portion 444 and the fourth plate 454. In this way, not only the first pillar panel 200 and the second pillar panel 300 can be hermetically connected, but also the first pillar panel 200 and the second pillar panel 300 can be securely connected.
In this embodiment, as shown in fig. 4, the third sealing connector 400c is an O-shaped extrusion strip, and two sides of the third sealing connector 400c respectively abut against the first pillar plate 200 and the second pillar plate 300. Thus, the sealing connection of the first stud plate 200 and the second stud plate 300 is very convenient.
In this embodiment, the corner post 16a further includes a first closing plate 500 and a second closing plate 600. The first closeout plate 500 is attached to an end of the first stud panel 200 adjacent the first curtain wall corner panel 12. The second closeout panel 600 is attached to the second stud panel 300 at an end adjacent the second curtain wall corner panel 14. And the first closing up plate 500 is inclined toward the second stud plate 300 and the second closing up plate 600 is inclined toward the first stud plate 100. The first curtain wall corner panel 12 is connected to the first closeout panel 500 and the second curtain wall corner panel 14 is connected to the second closeout panel 600. The third sealing connection 400c is an O-shaped extrusion strip and is extruded between the end of the first closing plate 500 close to the second closing plate 600 and the end of the second closing plate 600 close to the first closing plate 500. In this manner, it is more convenient for the third sealing connector 400c to sealingly connect the first pillar panel 200 and the second pillar panel 300.
In this embodiment, the second inclined plate 4464 extends toward the side where the third sealing connection member 400c is located, and extends to the outside of the first closing plate 500 after being connected to the first closing plate 500. The corner post 16a further includes a third inclined plate 700, the third inclined plate 700 is spaced from the second inclined plate 4464 at the outer side of the first closing plate 500, and the third inclined plate 700 is connected to the end of the second closing plate 600 close to the first closing plate 500.
Wherein the second inclined plate 4464 is connected to the first closing plate 500, so that the second insert 440 has better strength. The third inclined plate 700 and the portion of the second inclined plate 4464 located outside the first closing plate 500 are provided to facilitate the connection of the first curtain wall corner plate 12 and the second curtain wall corner plate 14, so that the first pillar panel 200 can be connected to two or more pieces of the first curtain wall corner plate 12, and the second pillar panel 300 can be connected to two or more pieces of the second curtain wall corner plate 14, and to facilitate the sealing of the first pillar panel 200 and the second pillar panel 300.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 5, the first sealing connector 400a includes a first mounting block 470, a second mounting block 480, and a first watertight connector 490. The first mounting block 470 is disposed on the first pillar panel 200, and the first mounting block 470 has a first mounting groove 472. The second mounting block 480 is disposed on the second pillar panel 300, and the second mounting block 480 is provided with a second mounting groove 482. The first waterproof connecting member 490 includes a first connecting plate 492, a first waterproof glue block 494 and a second waterproof glue block 496, and the first waterproof glue block 494 and the second waterproof glue block 496 are respectively disposed at two ends of the first connecting plate 492. First waterproof glue piece 494 interference is pegged graft in first mounting groove 472, and second waterproof glue piece 496 interference is pegged graft in second mounting groove 482. Thus, not only the first pillar plate 200 and the second pillar plate 300 can be hermetically connected, but also the assembly of the first pillar plate 200 and the second pillar plate 300 is facilitated (because when the first pillar plate 200 and the second pillar plate 300 are hermetically connected in a plugging manner, the male and female parts of the first pillar plate 200 and the second pillar plate 300 need to be distinguished, which affects the assembly efficiency).
In some embodiments, the structure of the second sealing joint 400b is the same as the structure of the first sealing joint 400 a. Specifically, the second sealing connector 400b includes a third mounting block, a fourth mounting block, and a second waterproof connector. The third installation block is arranged on the first upright post plate 200, and a third installation groove is formed in the third installation block. The fourth installation block is arranged on the second upright post plate 300, and a fourth installation groove is formed in the fourth installation block. The third waterproof rubber block is inserted in the third mounting groove in an interference manner, and the fourth waterproof rubber block is inserted in the fourth mounting groove in an interference manner.

the outer side of the corner upright post is used for connecting a first curtain wall corner plate and a second curtain wall corner plate of the unit curtain wall, the upper end of the corner upright post is used for connecting the first floor corner plate and the second floor corner plate of the floor slab, the lower end of the corner upright post is connected with two lower cross beams, and the two lower cross beams are used for connecting upper cross beams of the other two unit curtain walls of the unit curtain wall;
the corner upright column comprises a first upright column plate and a second upright column plate which are oppositely arranged at intervals, the outer side of the first upright column plate is used for connecting the first curtain wall corner plate, the outer side of the second upright column plate is used for connecting the second curtain wall corner plate, the upper end of the first upright column plate is used for connecting the first floor corner plate, the upper end of the second upright column plate is used for connecting the second floor corner plate, the lower end of the first upright column plate is connected with one of the two lower cross beams, and the lower end of the second upright column plate is connected with the other of the two lower cross beams;
the corner stand column further comprises a plurality of sealing connecting pieces, the sealing connecting pieces are connected with the first stand column plate and the second stand column plate in a sealing mode, and the sealing connecting pieces are arranged in the direction from the outer side to the inner side of the corner stand column at intervals.

The corner structure of unitized curtain walls of claim 1, further comprising an upper end connection assembly, the upper end connecting assembly comprises a first blunt angle plate and a second blunt angle plate, the first blunt angle plate and the second blunt angle plate are oppositely arranged, the opening of the first blunt angle plate faces the first curtain wall corner plate, the opening of the second blunt angle plate faces the second curtain wall corner plate, one side angle plate of the first blunt angle plate is positioned between the first curtain wall angle plate and the first upright post plate, and is connected with the first upright post plate, the corner plate at the other side of the first blunt corner plate is connected with the corner plate of the first floor, one side angle plate of the second blunt angle plate is positioned between the second curtain wall angle plate and the second upright post plate, and the other side angle plate of the second blunt angle plate is connected with the second floor corner plate.

A corner structure of unitized curtain wall according to claim 2, wherein said upper end connection assembly further comprises a first L-shaped plate and a second L-shaped plate, said first L-shaped plate being connected at one side to said first floor corner plate and said first L-shaped plate being connected at the other side to said first obtuse angle plate, said second L-shaped plate being connected at one side to said second floor corner plate and said second L-shaped plate being connected at the other side to said second obtuse angle plate.

The corner structure of unitized curtain walls according to claim 1, wherein there are three sealing connectors, and the three sealing connectors are a first sealing connector, a second sealing connector and a third sealing connector, and the third sealing connector, the second sealing connector and the first sealing connector are sequentially arranged in a direction from the outer side to the inner side of the corner post.

The corner structure of unitized curtain walls according to claim 4, wherein the first sealing connector comprises a first insert, a first socket member and a first waterproof adhesive tape, the first insert is disposed on the first pillar panel, the first socket member is disposed on the second pillar panel, the first socket member is provided with a first socket, the first insert is inserted into the first socket, and the first waterproof adhesive tape seals a junction position between the first insert and the first socket member;
the second sealing connecting piece comprises a second inserting piece, a second slot piece and a second waterproof rubber strip, the second inserting piece is arranged on the first upright column plate, the second slot piece is arranged on the second upright column plate, a second slot is formed in the second slot piece, the second inserting piece is inserted into the second slot, and the second waterproof rubber strip seals the junction position of the second inserting piece and the second slot piece.

The corner structure of a unitized curtain wall according to claim 5, wherein said first insert comprises a first mounting portion, a first mating portion and a first connecting portion connecting said first mounting portion with said first mating portion, said first mounting portion being connected to said first stud plate and being parallel to said first curtain wall corner plate, said first mating portion being parallel to said second curtain wall corner plate and being inserted into said first slot, wherein said first connecting portion comprises a first straight plate and a first sloping plate connected thereto, said first sloping plate being connected to said first mounting portion, said first straight plate being connected to said first mating portion, said first straight plate being parallel to said first curtain wall corner plate, and said first straight plate being closer to said first curtain wall corner plate than to said first mounting portion;
the second plug-in components include second installation department, second grafting portion and connection the second installation department with the second connecting portion of second grafting portion, the second installation department with first stand board is connected, and with first curtain wall corner board is parallel, the second grafting portion with second curtain wall corner board is parallel, and insert in the second slot, wherein, the second connecting portion include the straight board of second and second swash plate that link to each other, the second swash plate with the second installation department is connected, the straight board of second with second grafting portion connects, the straight board of second with first curtain wall corner board is parallel, just the straight board of second for the second installation department is closer to first curtain wall corner board.

The corner structure of a unitized curtain wall according to claim 5, wherein the first slot member comprises a first plate and a second plate for enclosing to form the first slot, the first plate and the second plate are both parallel to the second curtain wall corner plate, the first insert member is located between the first plate and the second plate, the first waterproof adhesive tape is disposed in the first slot, two sides of the first waterproof adhesive tape respectively abut against the first plate and the second plate, the first waterproof adhesive tape is provided with a first gap, and the first slot member is inserted into the first gap of the first waterproof adhesive tape in an interference manner;

the first curtain wall corner plate is arranged on the outer side of the first upright post plate; and
the second curtain wall corner plate is arranged on the outer side of the second upright post plate;
the third sealing connecting piece is an O-shaped extrusion adhesive tape, and two sides of the third sealing connecting piece are respectively abutted against the first upright column plate and the second upright column plate.
