5. The method for rapidly constructing the bridge guardrail with the flower bed according to claim 4, further comprising the following steps:
(7) bosses are arranged between the inner vertical plate and the bottom plate of the external flower bed and between the outer baffle plate and the bottom plate, and the two bosses enable the bottom of the flower bed to form a groove for laying lines and pipelines;
and cable pipelines and water pipes are arranged in the grooves, flowerpots are placed in the flower bed, or after grids are arranged at the bottom of the flower bed, the flowerpots or the grids are supported by the bosses, so that the grooves leave spaces.

A prefabricated external flower bed is used for being installed on the outer side of an anti-collision guardrail of a bridge and is characterized by comprising a vertical inner vertical plate and an outer baffle, wherein two vertical side plates and a horizontal bottom plate are connected between the inner vertical plate and the outer baffle; the inner vertical plate, the outer baffle, the bottom plate and the two side plates jointly form a flower bed with an upward opening, and the inner vertical plate can serve as an outer template in the construction process of the anti-collision guardrail.

The external hanging flower bed according to claim 6, wherein the outer side baffle is further provided with a water collecting pipe bracket, so that a water collecting pipe trough for arranging water collecting pipes is formed between the water collecting pipe bracket and the bottom plate under the flower bed and the water collecting pipes are arranged; the bottom plate is also correspondingly provided with a water collecting opening which is connected with a water collecting pipe through a water pipe, so that redundant irrigation water in the externally-hung flower bed and collected rainwater can flow into the water collecting pipe through the water collecting opening and then are discharged through the water collecting pipe.
8. The external hanging flower bed according to claim 7, wherein bosses are arranged between the inner vertical plate and the bottom plate and between the outer baffle plate and the bottom plate, and the bosses enable the bottom of the flower bed to form a groove for laying lines and pipelines.

The external hanging flower bed according to claim 8, wherein a flowerpot is placed in the external hanging flower bed, and landscape plants are planted after soil is placed in the flowerpot, and the two bosses support the flowerpot, so that the grooves allow space for laying lines and pipelines after the external hanging flower bed is placed in the flowerpot.
10. The external hanging flower pond according to claim 8, wherein the two bosses are covered with grids, water-permeable ceramsite is placed on the grids, planting soil is placed on the grids, landscape plants are planted on the grids, and the grooves reserve spaces for laying lines and pipelines.
