4. Uncoiling, online annealing, online shot blasting and pickling, and coiling to obtain a pickled hot-rolled coil blank, wherein the online annealing process system comprises the following steps: the heating temperature is (700-750) DEG C, and the heating lasts for (20-30) min.
5. Uncoiling, cutting to length, leveling by ground furnace pressure, and finishing (grinding/sanding/polishing) the surface to obtain a finished product of the hot-rolled and annealed finish-polished plate, namely the hot-rolled and annealed finish-polished TA3G pure titanium plate with the thickness of 6.
Referring to fig. 2 and fig. 3, the metallographic phase, the comprehensive properties and the yield of the TA3G pure titanium plate rolled in the roll form of the present invention are compared with those of the conventional rolled plate in the sheet form.
The hot-rolled annealed pure titanium sheet having a thickness of 6 and a finish-polished TA3G was subjected to phase transformation evaluation, and the rolled pure titanium sheet processed by the rolling method of the present invention was 6.0TA3G, and the longitudinal-section metallographic image (a) and the cross-section metallographic image (b) were obtained from FIG. 2(a) and FIG. 2 (b).
The longitudinal section of the conventional sheet type rolling processed 6.0TA3G pure titanium plate is in a gold phase diagram 3(a) and the cross section is in a gold phase diagram 3 (b). The sheet prepared by the method not only has high performance and consistency, but also has high surface quality, high dimensional accuracy and high production efficiency, and the cost is far lower than that of the sheet rolled sheet in the prior art, and the method is a revolution for processing the medical high-performance TA3G pure titanium sheet.
And evaluating the comprehensive performance and yield of the hot-rolled annealed finish-polished TA3G pure titanium plate with the thickness of 6. See table below.

As can be seen from the above table, the hot-rolled annealed finish-polished TA3G pure titanium plate prepared by the preparation method of the medical high-performance TA3G pure titanium plate provided by the embodiment of the present invention is superior to a hot-rolled annealed finish-polished TA3G pure titanium plate prepared by conventional sheet rolling and having a thickness of 6 in terms of tensile strength rm (MPa), yield strength rp0.2(MPa), elongation (%), grain size (grade), and yield (%).
As can be seen from the above examples 1 and 2, the medical high-performance TA3G pure titanium plate and the preparation method thereof provided by the embodiments of the present invention have the following advantages:
1. and (3) hot rolling: although the method is characterized in that the coiling hot rolling is carried out by using a traditional stainless steel plate rolling mill, the thermoplastic processing temperature range of titanium is considered to be narrow, in order to prevent the problem of rolling tearing caused by the temperature drop of the surface of a plate in the rolling and thinning process, a temperature compensation device is additionally arranged on the inlet side of the hot rolling mill, the temperature parameter setting is consistent with the heating temperature, when the plate is rolled and thinned to about 1/3 of the thickness of an original plate blank, the temperature compensation device is positioned on a coiling platform through a mechanical lifting device, the temperature compensation is carried out through the temperature compensation device when the coiling is rolled back and forth, the dynamic elimination of processing hardening is realized, the plastic lifting of the material is realized, the thermoplastic rolling deformation is continuously realized, the actual maximum hot rolling plastic deformation of the TA3G pure titanium plate can reach 98 percent. A4-10 mm coiled belt can be obtained by hot rolling a plate blank with the thickness of 200mm with one heating, the one-heating forming efficiency is high, the processing loss is extremely low, the heat loss is about 0.5 percent, the heat loss is improved by 5 percent compared with the traditional sheet type rolling, and the processing cost is greatly reduced.
2. The plate is subjected to heat treatment by adopting on-line annealing, the TA3G pure titanium plate can obtain completely consistent grain size and mechanical property at the head and the tail, the consistency of the internal quality of the product is ensured, and the problem that the traditional stacking type annealing can not be completely annealed uniformly is avoided.
3. The annealed coil after hot rolling or cold rolling has good surface quality and small thickness tolerance range with the coil, the thickness tolerance of a hot-rolled coil of 4-10mm can be controlled within 0.2mm, the thickness tolerance of a cold-rolled coil of 1-4mm can be controlled within 0.1mm, and the plate tolerance band is improved by 1 time compared with that of a traditional sheet type rolling mode; the rolled tape blank of the small-thickness tolerance belt can be subjected to uncoiling, sizing, cutting, blanking, pressure leveling and finishing processing to obtain a medical TA3G pure titanium plate finished product with high performance and high surface quality.

Claims (7)

1. A preparation method of a medical high-performance TA3G pure titanium plate is characterized by comprising the following steps:
obtaining a titanium plate blank;
heating the titanium plate blank to obtain a heated titanium plate blank; wherein the heating temperature is 850-900 ℃, and the heating duration is 220-240 min;
rolling the heated titanium plate blank to obtain a hot-rolled coil, wherein the thickness range of the hot-rolled coil is 4-10mm, and the width of the hot-rolled coil is 1220 mm;
uncoiling, online annealing, online shot blasting and pickling and coiling the hot rolled coil to obtain a pickled hot rolled coil blank; wherein the temperature of the on-line annealing is 700-750 ℃, and the annealing time is 20-30 min;
uncoiling, cutting to length, leveling under ground furnace pressure and finishing the surface of the acid-washing hot-rolled coil blank to obtain a finished product of a hot-rolled and annealed finish-cast plate;
rolling the acid-washed hot-rolled coil blank by using a coil cold rolling mill to obtain a cold-rolled coil, wherein the thickness range of the cold-rolled coil is 1-4mm, and the width of the cold-rolled coil is 1220 mm;
uncoiling, online annealing, online shot blasting pickling and coiling the cold-rolled coil to obtain a pickled cold-rolled coil blank; wherein the temperature of the on-line annealing is 700-750 ℃, and the annealing time is 20-30 min;
uncoiling, cutting to length, leveling under ground furnace pressure and finishing the surface of the acid-washed cold-rolled coil blank to obtain a finished product of a cold-rolled and annealed finish-polished plate;
and the finished product of the hot-rolled annealed finish-polished plate or the finished product of the cold-rolled annealed finish-polished plate is the pure titanium plate.
2. The method for preparing the medical high-performance TA3G pure titanium plate according to claim 1, wherein the step of obtaining the titanium plate blank comprises the following steps:
obtaining 0-grade titanium sponge; wherein, in the 0-grade sponge titanium, C is less than or equal to 0.03wt percent, and N is less than or equal to 0.01wt percent;
obtaining an addition raw material; the raw material addition comprises the following steps: TiO22And TiFe 30;
adding TiO into the 0-grade titanium sponge2The weight percentage of oxygen in the grade 0 titanium sponge is in the range of (0.13-0.18%) by weight according to the addition standard;
adding TiFe30 into the grade 0 titanium sponge, wherein the addition standard is that the weight percentage of iron in the grade 0 titanium sponge is in the range of (0.15-0.20%) wt; obtaining a mixed raw material;
performing twice vacuum consumable melting on the mixed raw materials to obtain an ingot;
and forging and machining the cast ingot to obtain a titanium plate blank.
3. The method for preparing medical high-performance TA3G pure titanium plate according to claim 1, wherein the titanium plate blank has a thickness of 200mm, a width of 1220mm and a length of 7000 mm.
4. The method for preparing medical high-performance TA3G pure titanium plate according to claim 3, wherein the step of rolling the heated titanium plate blank to obtain the hot-rolled coil comprises:
carrying out primary rolling on the heated titanium plate blank by using a roll type hot rolling mill to obtain a primary rolled piece, wherein the thickness of the primary rolled piece is 60-70mm, the width of the primary rolled piece is 1220, and the length of the primary rolled piece is 7000;
carrying out secondary rolling on the primary rolled piece through a roll type hot rolling mill, and in the process of the secondary rolling, utilizing an online temperature compensation device to compensate the temperature of the inlet side of the roll type hot rolling mill; and after the second rolling is finished, obtaining the hot rolled coil.
5. The method for preparing the medical high-performance TA3G pure titanium plate according to claim 1, wherein the surface finishing steps are flat grinding and sanding.
6. The method for preparing the medical high-performance TA3G pure titanium plate according to claim 5, wherein the step of surface finishing processing of flat grinding and sanding comprises the following steps:
fixing a vacuum sucker on a flat grinding reference platform in advance, ensuring that the upper reference surface of the vacuum sucker is kept horizontal, and paving a rectangular circle of vacuum sealing rubber strips in a field-shaped lattice gap belt of the upper reference surface of the sucker according to the size close to the length and the width of a plate;
placing the acid-washed cold-rolled coil blank subjected to pressure leveling in the ground furnace on the reference surface of a vacuum chuck, ensuring that the sealing rubber strips are completely covered, keeping the four sides equidistant, starting the vacuum chuck to work, evacuating to the maximum adsorption force, and completely adsorbing and compacting the acid-washed cold-rolled coil blank subjected to pressure leveling in the ground furnace and the reference surface;
starting a flat grinding grinder to work, carrying out flat grinding cutting processing on the surface of the acid-washed cold-rolled coil blank subjected to leveling by virtue of the ground furnace pressure by virtue of a grinding wheel, and ensuring that the actual grinding amount of each flat grinding of each surface of the acid-washed cold-rolled coil blank subjected to leveling by virtue of the ground furnace pressure is consistent according to the consumption rates of different materials, wherein the grinding amount is 0.3-0.4mm, the single grinding amount is 0.04mm, the grinding frequency is not more than 10 times, and the grinding speed is 1 min/time, so as to obtain a cold-rolled coil blank subjected to flat grinding;
adjusting the gap of the abrasive belt machine to the thickness of the pure titanium plate in advance;
sanding is sequentially carried out according to the sequence of (240 meshes-320 meshes) - (400 meshes-600 meshes) - (800 meshes-1000 meshes) - (1200 meshes-2000 meshes), each surface of the cold-rolled coil blank after flat grinding is sanded twice by adopting the same abrasive belt, and the sanding standard is as follows: the surface smoothness reaches Ra less than or equal to 0.3 mu m.
