An acid-resistant cellar mud functional bacteria liquid culture medium is characterized in that: the culture medium comprises the following components in percentage by weight: double-wheel bottom grain immersion liquid: 5-8%, bean cake powder: 2 to 4%, K2HPO4:0.03~0.05%,NaAC:0.1~0.3%,MgSO4: 0.005-0.01%, 95% vol alcohol: 2-4%, 0.1-0.2% of ester-producing yeast powder, and high-quality pit mud: 6-8% of acid-resistant caproic acid bacterium liquid: 2-4%, water: 71.4-82.8%, pH: 4.2 to 4.5.
