5.一种多功能洗碗巾的制造方法,其特征在于:首先将按重量份数50~60份去离子水、10~15份月桂醇聚醚硫酸酯钠和0.05~0.2份环保螯合剂加热至75-80℃,充分搅拌至完全溶解,然后保温10-15分钟,杀菌消毒,然后加入5~10份月桂醇硫酸酯钠,充分搅拌均匀透明,待温度降至55-65℃后依次加入1~5份脂肪醇醚、1~5份烷基葡糖苷、5~10份C12-14份烯烃磺酸钠、1~5份椰油酰胺DEA、1~5份椰油酰水解燕麦蛋白钾和0.5~2.5份聚甘油醚26,充分搅拌均匀,待温度降至40-45℃后,再加入0.5~2份无残留清洗剂、1~5份海洋生物激活酶、0.05~0.2份防腐剂,充分搅拌至均匀透明,最后加入氢氧化钠或柠檬酸调节PH值至7.5-8.5,过滤出料,将过滤后的料体倒入洗衣片自动加工机床中的料斗中,待无纺布本体从料体中浸过后,进入烘烤装置中,被烘干的洗涤物质则附在无纺布本体上,由收卷辊将其卷起,上述过程即完成洗碗巾的制造。
6.根据权利要求5所述的一种多功能洗碗巾,其特征在于:所述的防腐剂为卡松;所述的环保螯合剂为CrodaquestA300;所述的无残留清洗剂为Crodateric PI。
7.根据权利要求5所述的一种多功能洗碗巾,其特征在于:所述的海洋生物激活酶包括由Na+,K+,Ca2+,Mg2+,Sr2+组成的阳离子、由Clˉ,SO42ˉ,Brˉ,HCO3ˉ(CO32ˉ),Fˉ组成的阴离子和以分子形式存在的H3BO3。
