Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to an antifogging material, in particular to a dry and wet dual-purpose antifogging towel and a preparation method thereof.
Background
The transparent window material can be fogged in the using process to influence the sight, which brings inconvenience to the daily life and work of people and even generates potential safety hazard. At present, the antifogging treatment of the transparent window mainly comprises two technical means of a physical method and a chemical method. The physical method is to heat the transparent window or accelerate the air flow on the surface of the window to quickly evaporate the small fog drops condensed on the surface of the window to realize fog prevention, but the general energy consumption is higher, and the additionally added heating or ventilating device also limits the application. The chemical method is to change the wettability of the surface of the sight window to water, and on one hand, a super-hydrophobic surface can be constructed, so that the small fog drops are difficult to gather on the surface to realize fog prevention; on the other hand, a super-hydrophilic surface can be constructed, so that the small fog drops condensed on the surface are quickly spread to form a uniform transparent liquid film, and the influence on the light transmittance is reduced. The hydrophilic surface modification is a technical means for antifogging application of the prior transparent window.
Compared with the processes of roll coating, spraying and the like adopted in the production of industrial anti-fog sheets, the wiping type anti-fog treatment method directly facing the end user has the characteristics of simplicity, convenience, low cost and the like, and is valued by the market. The anti-fog towel is one of the main types of wiping type anti-fog products and is divided into an anti-fog wet towel and an anti-fog dry towel. The anti-fog wet tissue is easy to carry out anti-fog treatment on the transparent window by wiping, but is easy to dry after being unpacked and used, so that the anti-fog effect is greatly reduced, and the anti-fog wet tissue is generally a disposable article, high in cost and not environment-friendly; the antifogging dry towel can be used for many times, but the antifogging dry towel can be used only after the base material is fogged (or the surface of the base material is sprayed with water), the active components in the antifogging towel can be taken away by external moisture in a large quantity, the antifogging effect can be quickly attenuated along with the increase of the use times, and the service life is short. Therefore, how to combine the advantages of the anti-fog wet tissue and the anti-fog dry tissue and comprehensively improve the easy wiping performance and the service life of the anti-fog tissue is a technical problem which needs to be solved urgently.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to solve the technical problem of overcoming the defects of the prior art and provides a dry-wet dual-purpose anti-fog towel and a preparation method thereof.
In order to solve the technical problem, the solution of the invention is as follows:
the dry and wet dual-purpose anti-fog towel comprises a packaging bag for sealing, a wiping towel contained in the packaging bag and an anti-fog liquid for dipping the wiping towel; the antifogging liquid is prepared by mixing 0.3-1 part by mass of imidazole migration agent, 0.5-2 parts by mass of activating agent, 0.01-0.05 part by mass of inorganic salt and 80-100 parts by mass of deionized water; the mass ratio of the antifogging liquid to the wiping towel is 30-100%.
In the invention, the imidazole migration agent is at least one of 1-butyl-3-hexanoic acid (polyethylene glycol monomethyl ether 350) ester imidazole bis (trifluoromethane) sulfimide salt, 1, 2-bis (3-dodecyl imidazole) ethane bromide salt and 1-dodecyl-3-methyl imidazole benzene sulfonate.
In the present invention, the activator is at least one of sodium cocamidopropionate, sodium cocoyl methyl taurate, and dodecyl di (aminoethyl) glycine.
In the invention, the inorganic salt is at least one of sodium bromide and sodium iodide.
In the invention, the wiping towel is one of non-woven fabrics, superfine fiber cloth and PVC cotton sheets.
In the invention, when the wiping towel is made of non-woven fabrics or superfine fiber fabrics, the antifogging liquid also comprises 10-20 parts by mass of absolute ethyl alcohol.
The invention further provides a preparation method of the wet and dry dual-purpose anti-fog towel, which comprises the following steps:
(1) Taking 0.3-1 part by mass of migration agent, 0.5-2 parts by mass of activating agent, 0.01-0.05 part by mass of inorganic salt and 80-100 parts by mass of deionized water, mixing and uniformly stirring to obtain antifogging liquid;
(2) Filling dry and clean wipes in a packaging bag, and then adding an antifogging liquid, wherein the mass ratio of the antifogging liquid to the wipes is 30-100%; and extruding and sealing the packaging bag to prepare the dry and wet dual-purpose anti-fog towel.
In the invention, when the wiping towel is non-woven fabric or superfine fiber cloth, 10-20 parts by mass of absolute ethyl alcohol is additionally added when the antifogging liquid is prepared.
The realization principle of the invention is as follows:
the moisture retention of the imidazole surfactant is utilized, so that the anti-fog towel can still keep a microcosmic wet state after solvents (water, ethanol and the like) in the wet towel are evaporated, the migration of activators and the like from the anti-fog towel to the surface of the transparent window can be promoted, and the consumption of active components in the anti-fog towel is reduced; the anti-fog towel is easier to wipe by utilizing the lubricity of the amino acid surfactant, and a uniform hydrophilic modification layer is favorably formed on the surface of the transparent window; the adoption of a proper amount of inorganic salt can increase the loading capacity of the activating agent on the surface of the anti-fog towel, and is beneficial to further prolonging the service life of the anti-fog towel.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that:
the invention solves the problem that the antifogging effect of the existing antifogging wet tissue is attenuated after a solvent is evaporated, overcomes the defect that the surface needs to be wetted when the existing antifogging dry tissue is used, can be directly wiped in a dry state and a wet state, endows a transparent window with excellent antifogging performance, and prolongs the service life of the antifogging wet tissue.
Detailed Description
