Abstract
The invention provides a TPU film with good surface polarity and a preparation process thereof, wherein the TPU film consists of 80-95 parts of polyurethane particles and 5-15 parts of silicon aluminum salt, and the preparation process comprises the following steps: firstly, respectively and sequentially putting the polyurethane particles and the aluminosilicate in parts by weight into a stirrer for stirring, and after uniformly stirring, putting the mixture into a drying dehumidifier for drying and dehumidifying treatment; putting the polyurethane particles and the silicon-aluminum salt mixture into a double-helix plasticizing machine for plasticizing, extruding the plasticized polyurethane particles and the plasticized silicon-aluminum salt mixture into cold water for cooling, and shearing the mixture into granules after cooling to obtain TPU membrane granules; putting the prepared TPU film particles into a dryer for drying treatment; and (3) putting the dried TPU film particles into a casting machine, carrying out casting treatment and roll forming, and finally obtaining the TPU film. The invention utilizes a reasonable chemical formula to adjust the gaps of the rearranged matrix molecules, so that the surface tension of the TPU film reaches 38-40 dyne value, and the requirements of users on printing and gluing are met.
Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of TPU (thermoplastic polyurethane) films and preparation processes thereof, and particularly relates to a TPU film with good surface polarity and a preparation process thereof.
Background
The TPU film belongs to longitudinal stretching film forming in a production process, the polarity of the surface of the TPU film can be greatly changed by rolling and stretching in the production process, the surface tension of the TPU film is closely related to a molecular arrangement matrix, the surface tension is small, printing ink printing is not facilitated, gluing is not facilitated, the surface tension is changed by a chemical processing aid in the printing and gluing process of the TPU film in general enterprises, toluene or DMF solvent is used for wiping the surface of the TPU film, the surface structure of the TPU film is damaged, the surface of the TPU film is enabled to be in a concave-convex state, the best gluing and printing effects are achieved, but with the prohibition of chemical reagents and the prohibition of harmful substances, the toluene and DMF solvent can not meet the market requirements any more.
Therefore, a TPU film and a process for preparing the same are needed to solve the above problems.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to solve the technical problems, the invention provides a TPU film with good surface polarity and a preparation process thereof, wherein the TPU film comprises 80-95 parts by weight of polyurethane particles and 5-15 parts by weight of silicon aluminum salt, and the preparation process of the TPU film comprises the following steps:
s1: firstly, respectively and sequentially putting the polyurethane particles and the aluminosilicate in parts by weight into a stirrer for stirring, and after uniformly stirring, putting the mixture into a drying dehumidifier for drying and dehumidifying treatment;
s2: putting the polyurethane particles and the silicon-aluminum salt mixture subjected to drying and dehumidifying treatment into a double-helix plasticizing machine for plasticizing, extruding the plasticized polyurethane particles and the silicon-aluminum salt mixture into cold water for cooling, and shearing into granules after cooling to obtain TPU membrane granules;
s3: putting the prepared TPU film particles into a dryer for drying treatment;
s4: and (3) putting the dried TPU film particles into a casting machine, carrying out casting treatment and roll forming, and finally obtaining the TPU film.
Preferably, the TPU film comprises 90 parts of polyurethane particles and 10 parts of silicon aluminum salt by weight.
Preferably, the screw temperature of the double-helix plasticizing machine is 200-210 ℃.
Preferably, the die temperature of the casting machine is 180-185 ℃.
Preferably, the TPU film has the characteristics of ink resistance, acid and alkali resistance, cold and heat shock resistance, yellowing resistance and ultraviolet light resistance.
The invention has the beneficial effects that: the reasonable chemical formula is utilized to solve the problems that the TPU film is stretched and rolled in the production process, the molecules rearrange the matrix, and the gaps of the rearranged matrix molecules are adjusted, so that the surface tension of the TPU film reaches 38-40 dyne values, and the requirements of printing and gluing during the use of a user are met.

s4: putting the prepared TPU film particles into a dryer for drying treatment for 20-30min, and taking out;
s3: and (3) putting the dried TPU film particles into a casting machine, wherein the die head temperature of the casting machine is 180-185 ℃, carrying out casting treatment and roll forming, and finally obtaining the TPU film.
Specifically, the TPU film has the characteristics of ink resistance, acid and alkali resistance, cold and heat shock resistance, yellowing resistance and ultraviolet light resistance, does not contain heavy metals, and the safety of the TPU film meets all environmental protection and safety standards.
Specifically, the TPU film is stretched in the production process, and gaps among rearranged matrix molecules are adjusted after rolling, so that the surface tension of the TPU film reaches 38-40 dyne values, and the requirements of users on printing and gluing in use are met.

3. The TPU film with good surface polarity as set forth in claim 1, wherein the screw temperature of the double helix plasticator is 200-210 ℃.
4. The TPU film with good surface polarity and the preparation process thereof as claimed in claim 1, wherein the die temperature of the casting machine is 180-185 ℃.
5. The TPU film with good surface polarity and the preparation process thereof as claimed in claim 1, wherein the TPU film has the characteristics of ink resistance, acid and alkali resistance, thermal shock resistance, yellowing resistance and ultraviolet light resistance.
