When an operator pulls the clip rack 7 to move left and right, the ring-shaped frame 53 rotates forward and backward alternately and also drives the connecting rod 11 to rotate forward and backward alternately, the connecting rod 11 rotates forward and backward alternately and drives the stirring blade 12 to rotate forward and backward alternately, and the stirring blade 12 rotates forward and backward alternately to stir the glaze slurry, so that the glaze slurry is better adhered to the building cup. When the operator stops pulling the return type rack 7, the forward and reverse alternate rotation of the agitating blade 12 is stopped. Therefore, the building cup can be better glazed, and the glazing effect is better.
