A safe and environment-friendly wood cutting machine comprises a main body (9) and a cutting disc (8), wherein the cutting disc (8) is arranged at the top of the main body (9), and is characterized by further comprising a propelling mechanism and a dust removing mechanism, wherein the propelling mechanism is arranged on the main body (9), and the dust removing mechanism is arranged on the propelling mechanism;
the propelling mechanism comprises a sealing cover (4), two driving assemblies, two lifting assemblies, two connecting shafts (10), two fourth gears (19) and two supporting wheels (20), wherein the sealing cover (4) is arranged on one side, close to the cutting disc (8), of the main body (9), an opening is formed in one side, close to the main body (9), of the sealing cover (4), the two lifting assemblies are respectively arranged on two sides of the main body (9), the two lifting assemblies are respectively connected with two sides of the sealing cover (4), the axis of the connecting shaft (10) is perpendicular to the plane where the cutting disc (8) is located, the two connecting shafts (10) are coaxially arranged, first bearings are respectively arranged at the ends, far away from each other, of the two connecting shafts (10), and the ends, far away from each other, of the two connecting shafts (10) are respectively connected with the inner walls, close to two sides of one end, close to the main body (9), of the sealing cover (4) through the first bearings, the two supporting wheels (20) are respectively arranged at one end of the two connecting shafts (10) close to each other, the two fourth gears (19) are respectively arranged on the two connecting shafts (10), the two driving assemblies are respectively arranged at two sides of the sealing cover (4), and the two driving assemblies are respectively connected with the two fourth gears (19);
the dust removal mechanism comprises a sealing plate (15), a communicating pipe (14), a one-way valve (13), two wind power assemblies, two air exhaust pipes (11) and two filter screens (23), the plane of the sealing plate (15) is perpendicular to the supporting rod (7), the sealing plate (15) is arranged inside the sealing cover (4), the sealing plate (15) is connected with the sealing cover (4) in a sealing mode, the communicating pipe (14) is arranged in the middle of the sealing plate (15), the one-way valve (13) is installed on the communicating pipe (14), the axis of each air exhaust pipe (11) is parallel to the supporting rod (7), the two air exhaust pipes (11) are arranged on one side, far away from the main body (9), of the sealing plate (15), one end of each air exhaust pipe (11) is connected with the sealing plate (15) in a sealing mode, the other end of each air exhaust pipe (11) is connected with one side, far away from the main body (9), of the sealing cover, the other end of the exhaust pipe (11) is communicated with the outside of the sealing cover (4), one side, close to each other, of each of the two exhaust pipes (11) is provided with an air inlet, the two filter screens (23) cover the positions of the two air inlets respectively, and the two wind power assemblies are arranged inside the two exhaust pipes (11) respectively.

The safe and environment-friendly wood cutting machine according to claim 1, wherein the main body (9) is provided with a control box, the control box is internally provided with P L C, the control box is provided with a display screen and at least two control keys, and the display screen and each control key are electrically connected with P L C.
