Description

Working current adjusting method for lithium electric welding machine
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of electric welding machines, in particular to a method for adjusting working current of a lithium electric welding machine.
Background
The electric welding machine with the lithium battery as the power supply brings great convenience in welding operation construction in places where unpowered electricity (field construction) or power electricity connection is inconvenient, is flexible to move, does not need a power supply cable, does not have noise of the electric generator welding machine, and is popular with many users. The lithium battery is limited by the performance of the lithium battery body or a Battery Management System (BMS) matched with the lithium battery body, the maximum peak current and the power output by the lithium battery have limitation requirements (the full charge voltage and the discharge cut-off voltage of the lithium battery have larger difference, so the output power of the lithium battery also has larger difference), and the output performance of the matched welding machine part can only be controlled within the limited range of the lithium battery, so that the lithium battery welding machine is similar to the welding machine with the same model and designed according to the same principle, and the lithium battery welding machine has a sense of force lack compared with the commercial power welding machine.

Further, in the step 2, when the working voltage of the welding machine is detected to be lower than 12V, the welding machine is considered to be in a short-circuit state, and the maximum current capable of being output is calculated according to the detected actual voltage of the lithium battery through a current limiting/boundary current formula, so that the working current value is within a calculated value.
Further, in the step 2, when the working voltage of the welding machine is detected to be higher than 30V, the welding is considered to be in a long arc state, and the working current is automatically reduced to a small current state for maintaining continuous arc.
Further, in the step 2, when the working voltage of the welding machine is detected to be 20-30V, the welding is considered to be in a normal welding arc state, and the control is carried out according to a conventional constant current mode.
And the system further comprises a microcontroller, wherein the microcontroller samples the output voltage of the welding machine, the output current of the welding machine, the output voltage of the lithium battery and the output current of the lithium battery in real time.
Further, the microcontroller selects the STM32F 407.
The invention has the advantages that the current limiting/boundary current formula Iout = Ubat Ibastmax eta/Uf is suitable for the normal welding state, the short circuit state and the long arc state in the welding process, the welding current of the welding machine is not limited in the traditional transverse flow design mode, the output current in a wider range can be obtained, the welding process performance is improved, the welding operation work efficiency is improved, and the endurance is increased.

Fig. 1 is a block diagram of the working principle of the present invention.
Fig. 2 is a graph of the current output of the present invention.
Fig. 3 is a schematic diagram of a microcontroller according to the present invention.
Detailed Description
The technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present invention, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are only a part of the embodiments of the present invention, and not all of the embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments of the present invention without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.
The scheme is provided for the lithium electric welding machine to better utilize the performance of the battery, and the peak discharge performance and the continuous discharge performance of the lithium battery system are fully utilized. The current limit/boundary current formula is Iout = Ubat @ Ibatmax @/Uf.
In the formula: iout-maximum current allowed to be output;
ubat — battery output voltage at the same time (for lithium batteries, the output voltage is related to the remaining charge/state of charge (SOC), which is variable);
ibatmax-maximum allowed supply current of the battery;
eta-efficiency of the welder;
uf-output voltage of the welder.
The formula is applicable to normal welding state, short circuit state and long arc state in the welding process. The welding current of the welding machine is not limited to the traditional constant current design mode, and the output current in a wider range can be obtained.
FIG. 1 is a functional block diagram of a welder system including a setup module, a drive module, and a power output module. The setting module refers to a functional part capable of finishing the work setting of the welding system and can be a key, a potentiometer, an encoder or information received by remote control. The driving module is a circuit system which amplifies or adjusts the output signal of the controller and can be used for driving a corresponding power device (power unit). The power output module refers to a circuit system which can provide required power and can work according to set requirements. The feedback signal is used for sampling parameters (nodes) of the required control and transmitting the collected information to the controller. It can be seen from fig. 1 that this is a closed loop control system, and the present solution is directed to a portion of the control module therein.
As shown in fig. 2, the area with small triangles is an extended current range relative to conventional designs, this orientation being that under short circuit conditions, a greater current accelerates the arc from a short circuit condition to a normal welding condition; the area with small squares is the energy saved for a commercial welder of constant current characteristics relative to conventional designs, which adds operating time to a lithium welder.
Further, in fig. 2, when it is detected that the operating voltage of the welding machine is lower than 12V, it is determined that the welding is in a short-circuit state, and according to the detected actual voltage of the lithium battery, the maximum current that can be output is calculated by using the current limiting/boundary current formula, i.e., Iout = Ubat ═ η/Uf, so that the operating current value is within the calculated value, and does not exceed the performance of the battery, and a better welding process performance can be obtained.
Further, in fig. 2, when the working voltage is detected to be higher than 30V, the welding is considered to be in a long arc state, the long arc state is not beneficial to welding, and the working current is automatically reduced to a low current state for maintaining continuous arc, so that the electric energy is saved.
Further explaining, in the attached figure 2, when the working voltage is detected to be 20-30V, the welding is considered to be in a normal welding arc state at the moment, and the control is carried out according to a conventional constant current mode.
As shown in fig. 3, a Microcontroller (MCU) N53 samples the output voltage of the welding machine, the output current of the welding machine, the output voltage of the lithium battery, and the output current of the lithium battery in real time, the signals are converted into digital signals through internal a/D conversion, and the microcontroller performs calculation and processing according to the control scheme, and transmits the controlled set current value and the sampled feedback current value to other actuators to finally obtain the required welding current.
Specifically, microcontroller chooses for use model STM32F407, and its four pins of 23, 24, 25, 26 gather feedback signal, include: the welding machine outputs a voltage signal, a current signal, a voltage signal and a current signal; the microcontroller samples the signals in real time, and the signals are converted into digital signals through internal A/D conversion; four pins 81, 82, 83 and 84 of the microcontroller N53 are used for collecting key setting signals; the microcontroller calculates and processes the set current value and the feedback current and voltage value obtained by sampling according to the control scheme provided by the patent, and the processing result is transmitted to the lower-level actuator through a pin PE group (16 pins: 97, 89, 1-5, 38-46) to finally obtain the required welding current. R33 and C39 form a power-on reset circuit of N53, C45 and C46 are coupling capacitors of N53, R34 and R35 are configuration resistors of N53, and C40-42, R68, R74 and R75 form an AD conversion filter circuit of N53.
The invention fully utilizes the peak discharge performance and the continuous discharge performance of the lithium battery system, the current limiting/boundary current formula Iout = Ubat Ibatimax eta/Uf is suitable for the normal welding state, the short circuit state and the long arc state in the welding process, the welding current of the welding machine is not limited in the traditional transverse flow design mode, the output current in a wider range can be obtained, the welding process performance is improved, the welding operation work efficiency is improved, and the endurance is increased.
