Abstract
The invention discloses a forging method of a forging with connecting skin, which comprises the following steps: putting the workpiece to be processed into a die for forging and forming, and taking out the workpiece when the workpiece is formed to 60-80% and the forging pressure is within the nominal pressure range of the die; processing a through hole at the connecting skin of the workpiece; and putting the workpiece into the mold again for continuous molding. The forging method can reduce the forging pressure required in the forging forming process, so that the problems that the nominal pressure of equipment cannot meet the production requirement, the abrasion of a die is serious and the service life is shortened due to overlarge forging pressure in the large forging forming process are solved.

Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of machining, in particular to a forging method of a forging with connecting skin.
Background
Forging and pressing belong to plastic processing, or pressure processing, and are mainly used for producing metal parts and processing certain non-metals, such as engineering plastics, rubber, ceramic blanks, adobes, composite material and the like. The forged part is called as a forged part.
Forging is the combination of forging and stamping, and is a forming method that uses a hammer head, an anvil, a punch head of a forging machine or a die to apply pressure to a blank to cause plastic deformation, thereby obtaining a product with a desired shape and size.

Therefore, how to reduce the forging pressure in the forging forming process to avoid the problem that the nominal pressure of the equipment cannot meet the production requirement due to the overlarge forging pressure in the large forging forming process, avoid the serious abrasion of the die and the shortened service life is a technical problem to be solved urgently by technical personnel in the field at present.
Disclosure of Invention
In view of the above, the invention aims to provide a forging method for a forging with connecting skin, which can reduce the forging pressure required in the forging forming process, thereby solving the problems that the nominal pressure of equipment cannot meet the production requirement, the abrasion of a die is serious and the service life is shortened due to the overlarge forging pressure in the large forging forming process.

step S3: and putting the workpiece into the mold again for continuous molding.

step S2: processing a through hole at the connecting skin of the workpiece;
step S3: and putting the workpiece into the mold again for continuous molding.
2. The forging method of claim 1, wherein in step S1, the part is heated to the forging temperature and then placed into the die for forming;
in step S3, the workpiece is first heated to the forging temperature and then placed in the mold for further molding.
3. The forging method of claim 1, wherein the through hole is located in a center of the web.
4. The forging method according to claim 1, wherein the through-hole is a circular through-hole or a polygonal through-hole.
5. The forging method of claim 1, wherein the area of the through-hole is 20% to 90% of the area of the continuous skin.
6. The forging method of claim 1, wherein in step S1, after the part is removed, the flash is removed from the part.
7. The forging method of any one of claims 1 to 6, wherein the material of the article is an aluminum alloy.
