In the invention, with reference to fig. 1, 2 and 3, rails 12 are respectively arranged at two side edges of the upper surface of the front frame 1 and two side edges of the upper surface of the rear frame 2, so as to facilitate operators to walk on the front frame 1 and the rear frame 2; the upper end of the first ladder stand 10 is rotatably arranged on the side walls of the front frame 1 through a lifting hook so as to rotate up and down and be detachably arranged, the first ladder stand 10 is retracted and is convenient to transport when rotating up, and the inner side of the lower end of the first ladder stand 10 is connected to the crawler travel assembly 3 through the supporting connecting frame 11; the two side walls of the rear frame 2 are provided with second crawling ladders 20, the inner sides of the second crawling ladders 20 are at least provided with a connecting plate 21, the upper ends of the second crawling ladders 20 are rotationally connected to the two side parts of the rear frame 2, the inner sides of the lower ends of the second crawling ladders 20 are connected to the crawler travel assembly 3 through the connecting plate 21, and the structure of the second crawling ladders 20 is identical to that of the first crawling ladders 10, so that the installation and the transportation are convenient.
In the present invention, as shown in fig. 8, 9, 10 and 11, the conveying device 6 includes a conveying support 61, a belt 62, a gear motor 63, and a driving roller 64 rotatably connected to the front end of the conveying support 61, a driven roller 65 rotatably connected to the rear end of the conveying support 61, the belt 62 is wound around the upper and lower surfaces of the conveying support 61 along the space between the driving roller 64 and the driven roller 65, the gear motor 63 is disposed at the front end side of the conveying support 61, the output shaft of the gear motor 63 is in driving connection with the driving roller 64, a tensioning device 66 for adjusting the tension of the belt 62 is disposed at the side of the conveying support 61 and at the rear side of the gear motor 63, the gear motor 63 is slidably disposed at both sides of the front end of the conveying support 61, and the gear motor 63 is pushed to slide on both sides of the front end of the conveying support 61 by the tensioning device 66, so that the gear motor 63 is driven to move toward the front end or the rear end of the conveying support 61, and the driving roller 64 is pushed to move the driven roller 65 toward the front end or the rear end of the conveying support 61, thereby achieving a stable sand conveying effect of tensioning the belt 62. A connecting seat 67 is arranged at the edge of the bottom surface of the conveying support frame 61, and the conveying support frame 61 is fixedly connected with a conveying installation seat 91c through the connecting seat 67 by bolts, so that the conveying support frame 61 is fixed in the lower end support frame 9; around the rear edge of the conveyor support frame 61 is provided an outwardly inclined upwardly projecting guard plate 68 which increases the amount of sand and gravel material stored by the belt 62. The two sides of the upper edge of the conveying support frame 61 are fixedly connected through a gantry-shaped brace 601, and the height of the gantry-shaped brace 601 is level with the lower edge of the material protection plate 68 or lower than the upper edge of the material protection plate 68; when sand falls on the transmission belt 62, the sand and stone materials higher than the material protection plate 68 are smoothed through the gantry-shaped brace 601, so that the sand and stone materials are flattened, the sand and stone materials are not easy to scatter in the transmission process, an upper rotating carrier roller assembly 602 which is folded into an arc shape is transversely arranged between two sides of the upper edge in the transmission support frame 61, so that the transmission belt 62 is arranged along the transmission support frame 61 in a groove shape, the crushed stone materials with jaws fall into the groove-shaped transmission belt 62 to be transmitted, more crushed stone materials can be conveyed, meanwhile, the sand and stone with jaws can be reduced to scatter from the transmission belt 62 at will, a lower rotating carrier roller 603 is transversely fixed below the two sides of the lower edge in the transmission support frame 61, the lower rotating carrier roller 603 transversely spans the transmission support frame 61, when the transmission belt 62 moves on the lower rotating carrier roller, a better supporting and pushing effect is achieved on the transmission belt 2, friction force of the transmission belt 62 is reduced, the transmission belt 62 is driven by the roller 64, the lower rotating carrier roller assembly 603 and the upper rotating motor assembly 65 and the upper rotating carrier roller assembly 602 are fixed on the upper side of the transmission support frame 61, and the front side of the transmission support frame 61 is adjusted by the tensioning device 66. A scraper 604 is transversely arranged at the front end of the conveying support frame 61 and positioned below the rear of the driving roller, the upper surface of the scraper 604 is in contact with the lower surface of the driving belt 62, the scraper 604 spans the lower surface of the driving belt 62, the scraper 604 is in compressed contact with the lower surface of the driving belt 62, the scraper 604 is in upward arch transition, the driving belt is prevented from loosening in the conveying process, when the driving belt 62 is horizontally placed, the scraper 604 and the lower rotating carrier roller 603 are at the same position or higher than the lower rotating carrier roller 603, the scraper 604 and the lower rotating carrier roller 603 simultaneously support the driving belt 62, and soil adhered on the surface of the driving belt 62 is scraped away by the scraper 604; the crushed stone materials often contain soil or water and often adhere to the surface of the driving belt 62, and when the crushed stone materials are transferred by the driving belt 62 and returned to the rear end to run and rotate, the mud scraping plate 604 contacts with the surface of the driving belt 62 to scrape the adhered soil or sand powder away.
In the invention, as shown in fig. 12 and 13, at least one group of aligning roller assemblies 605 are transversely arranged below the conveying support frame 61, the aligning roller assemblies 605 are arranged between adjacent lower rotating rollers 603 at intervals, when the length of a transmission belt exceeds 15m, one group of aligning roller assemblies 605 are additionally arranged every 8-12 m, the aligning roller assemblies 605 comprise a lower joist 605a, an upper adjusting joist 605b, aligning rollers 605c and a deflection adjusting roller 605d, two ends of the lower joist 605a are transversely fixed below the conveying support frame 61 through a vertically arranged fixed support frame 605e, a first rotating shaft 605f is arranged in the center of the lower joist 605a, the lower end of the first rotating shaft 605f is fixed on the lower joist 605a, the upper end of the first rotating shaft 605f is connected with the center of the upper adjusting joist 605b, thereby the upper adjusting joist 605b is rotatably arranged on the lower joist 605a between the two fixed support frames e through the first rotating shaft 605f, the two ends of the aligning idler 605c are horizontally connected and fixed at the two ends of the upper adjusting joist 605b through the idler brackets 605g which are vertically arranged, when the transmission belt 62 deflects in the forward transmission process, the first rotary shaft 605f drives the upper adjusting joist 605b to deflect and rotate, the deflection adjusting roller 605d is arranged in front of the two ends of the aligning idler 605c through the L-shaped supporting shaft 605h, the fixed end of the L-shaped supporting shaft 605h is hinged with the fixed supporting frame 605e, the deflection adjusting roller 605d is sleeved on the outer wall of the free end of the L-shaped supporting shaft 605h, the L-shaped supporting shaft 605h and the deflection adjusting roller 605d are arranged at the front side position of the lower joist 605a, the free end of the L-shaped supporting shaft 605h is provided with a tension spring 605i, the tension spring 605i is connected between the fixed supporting frame 605e and the free end of the L-shaped supporting shaft 605h, an L-shaped blocking block 605j is arranged at the rear side of the lower joist 605a and positioned at two sides of the first rotary shaft 605f, the fixed end of the L-shaped blocking block 605j is slidably arranged on the lower joist 605a, one end of the L-shaped blocking block 605j extends upwards to be at least flush with the height of the aligning idler 605c, when the driving belt 62 is pressed on the surface of the aligning idler assembly 605 to run, the edge of the driving belt 62 presses on the offset adjusting roller 605d, if the driving belt 62 deflects during the conveying running process, the L-shaped supporting shaft 605h drives the offset adjusting roller 605d to horizontally swing back and forth at the outer side of the upper adjusting idler 605b, and simultaneously, the upper adjusting idler 605b is caused to rotate by an offset angle by taking the aligning idler 605c as the center, during the rotation, the aligning idler 605c on the upper adjusting idler 605b is contacted with the L-shaped blocking block 605j, the aligning idler 605c is prevented from further offset rotation, at this time, the edge of the driving belt 62 will exert a thrust force on the offset adjusting roller 605d, at this time, the L-shaped supporting shaft 605h horizontally rotates by an offset angle with the fixed supporting frame 605e as the center, the L-shaped supporting shaft 605h is gradually rotated to the original position under the elastic force of the extension spring 605i, the aligning idler 605c is driven by the aligning idler 605c to drive the driving belt 62 to be automatically returned to the original position after being offset, so as to realize automatic offset correction of the offset, and the driving belt 62 spans from one end close to the driving roller 64 or the driven roller 65 and is arranged below the conveying supporting frame 61 to adjust the driving belt 62, so that the offset of the driving belt 62 is prevented, and the running reliability of the driving belt is greatly improved; when the aligning roller assembly 605 is installed, a fixed supporting frame 605e is vertically welded at two ends of an L-shaped supporting shaft 605h, a deflection adjusting roller 605d is respectively installed on the fixed supporting frame 605e through the L-shaped supporting shaft 605h on one side of the front side of a lower supporting frame 605a, the deflection adjusting roller 605d is perpendicular to the lower supporting frame 605a and a transmission belt 62, an L-shaped blocking block 605j is horizontally and vertically arranged on the lower supporting frame 605a on one side of the rear side of the lower supporting frame 605a in a sliding manner, the free end of the L-shaped blocking block 605j extends upwards towards the rear side of the aligning roller 605c, the degree of freedom of the L-shaped blocking block 605j is level with the height of the aligning roller 605c, then the aligning roller 605c is arranged on the first rotating shaft 605f through an upper adjusting supporting beam 605b, the aligning roller 605c, the upper adjusting supporting beam 605b and the lower supporting beam 605a are kept parallel from top to bottom and are arranged on the same vertical surface in an installation manner, and then the spring 605i is installed between the top end of the fixed supporting frame 605e and the free end of the L-shaped supporting frame 605 h; the L-shaped blocking blocks 605j on both sides of the L-shaped support shaft 605h are adjusted so that the L-shaped blocking blocks 605j and the L-shaped support shaft 605h are installed within a desired prescribed distance, thereby defining the position of the rotational offset of the upper adjustment joist 605 b.
In the invention, the upper rotating carrier roller assembly 602 comprises a carrier roller mounting support plate 6021, a carrier roller connecting plate assembly 6022, an L-shaped edge support plate 6023, a left carrier roller 6024, a middle carrier roller 6025 and a right carrier roller 6026 which are respectively arranged on the carrier roller mounting support plate 6021, wherein the left carrier roller 6024, the middle carrier roller 6025 and the right carrier roller 6026 form an arc concave section on the carrier roller mounting support plate 6021, one end of the left carrier roller 6024, one end of the right carrier roller 6026 and two ends of the middle carrier roller 6025 are respectively detachably connected on the carrier roller mounting support plate 6021 through the carrier roller connecting plate assembly 6022, the L-shaped edge support plate 6023 is arranged at two ends of the carrier roller mounting support plate 6021, the other end of the left carrier roller 6024 and the other end of the right carrier roller 6026 are respectively detachably connected at two ends of the carrier roller mounting support plate 6021 through the L-shaped edge support plate 6023, so that a driving belt 62 is laid in the arc concave section, after the upper rotating carrier roller assembly 602 is arranged on the carrier roller mounting support frame 61, the driving belt 62 is arranged in a conveying space formed in the arc concave section, and when the driving belt 62 runs, the driving belt 62 and the middle carrier roller assembly 6024 and the middle carrier roller 6025 can rotate flexibly and flexibly in time, and the running force is adjusted; the short side end of the L-shaped edge support plate 6023 is provided with the guide roller 60231, the guide roller 60231 extrudes the edge of the driving belt 62 to prevent the driving belt 62 from shifting in the conveying process, so that the abrasion between the edge of the driving belt 62 and the conveying frame is reduced, the conveying is convenient, the stability of the driving belt is ensured, the used carrier roller can be made of a smooth nylon material, and when the driving belt 62 inclines to one direction in the running process, the driving belt 62 is limited to deviate.
In the present invention, as shown in fig. 1, 2, 3 and 4, the carrier roller connection plate assembly 6022 includes a carrier roller mounting base plate 60220, a first support connection plate 60221 fixed at one end of the carrier roller mounting base plate 60220, and a second support connection plate 60222, the first support connection plate 60221 is vertically fixed on one end surface of the carrier roller mounting base plate 60220, a fixed connection portion 60223 is provided along a top end side wall of the second support connection plate 60222, a top end of the second support connection plate 60222 is fixedly connected with the first support connection plate 60221 through the fixed connection portion 60223, a lower end of the second support connection plate 60222 is inclined downward and along the other end direction of the carrier roller mounting base plate 60220, so that the lower end of the second support connection plate 60222 is inclined and fixed on the carrier roller mounting base plate 60220, the second support connection plate 60222 is inclined and fixed between the fixed connection portion 60220 and the fixed connection portion 60223, a lower end of the second support connection plate 60222 is far away from one side of the first support connection plate 60220 and a top end of the second support connection plate 6035 is not connected with the top end of the first support connection plate 6035 through an included angle between the second support connection plate 6028 and the top end of the second support connection plate 6035; the two ends of the middle carrier roller 6025 are respectively fixed on a carrier roller mounting bottom plate 60220 through a first support connecting plate 60221, one end of the left carrier roller 6024 and one end of the right carrier roller 6026 are respectively detachably connected and fixed on the carrier roller mounting bottom plate 60220 through a second support connecting plate 60222, the lower surface of the long side of the L-shaped edge support plate 6023 is obliquely fixed on the carrier roller mounting support plate 6021 through the carrier roller mounting bottom plate 60220, the end part of the long side of the L-shaped edge support plate 6023 is connected with the bottom end of the second support connecting plate 60222, and the other end of the left carrier roller 6024 and the other end of the right carrier roller 6026 are respectively detachably connected with the end part of the short side of the L-shaped edge support plate 6023; in the invention, clamping ports 60224 which are mutually and symmetrically communicated are arranged among the top end of the first support connecting plate 60221, the top end of the second support connecting plate 60222 and the fixed connecting part 60223, screw holes 60225 which are arranged in the fixed connecting part 60223 and are along the width direction of the carrier roller mounting bottom plate 60220, the horizontal height of the lowest part of the clamping ports 60224 is positioned below the screw holes 60225, two ends of the middle carrier roller 6025 are fixedly clamped on the first support connecting plate 60221 through the clamping ports 60224, and one ends of the left carrier roller 6024 are fixedly clamped on the second support connecting plate 60222 through the clamping ports 60224; As another embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 14, a fixed support plate 60210 is horizontally disposed below the carrier roller mounting support plate 6021, a second rotation shaft 60211 is disposed at the center of the fixed support plate 60210, the bottom end of the carrier roller mounting support plate 6021 is fixed to the fixed support plate 60210 by a second rotation shaft 60211, and the second rotation shaft 60211 is used for controlling the swing amplitude of the carrier roller mounting support plate 6021; when the transmission belt 62 is inclined and deviated in the running process, the transmission belt 62 contacts with the guide roller 60231, the guide roller 60231 is stressed by the lateral force of the deviation of the transmission belt 62, so that the two sides of the transmission roller on the transmission roller mounting support plate 6021 are unbalanced, the transmission roller mounting support plate 6021 deflects towards the front of the deviation of the transmission belt 62 by taking the second rotary shaft 60211 as the center, after deflection, the transmission roller mounting support plate 6021 has a rotary acting force under the action of the second rotary shaft 60211, when the transmission roller rotates, the transmission belt 62 is reset by friction force generated by relative speed deviation of the running speed of the transmission belt 62, and along with the reset of the transmission belt 62, the transmission roller is restored to the position perpendicular to the transmission belt 62, so that the transmission belt 62 runs under the state of no deviation, thereby avoiding the phenomenon of inflexible rotation or blocking in the running process of the transmission belt 62, and the two ends of the transmission roller mounting support plate 6021 are outwards extended with limiting pieces 60212, the limiting pieces 60212 are springs or rigid rods for preventing the transmission roller mounting support plate 6021 from rotating at an overlarge angle, and the transmission roller mounting support plate 6021 is pulled back to the original position under the action of the elasticity of the springs.
According to another aspect of the present invention, referring to fig. 1 to 13, a method for installing a movable jaw crusher according to the present invention comprises the steps of:
step 1: firstly, assembling the crawler traveling assembly 3, the lower end supporting frame 9, the front frame 1 and the power driving assembly 4 into a traveling system, assembling the rear frame 2, the jaw breaking host 5, the feeding hopper 7 and the lifting hydraulic cylinder 8 into a jaw breaking system, transferring the traveling system and the jaw breaking system to a construction operation site, firstly, installing and fixing the traveling system, then, adjusting the lifting height of the lifting hydraulic cylinder 8, and then controlling the crushing traveling system to slowly travel to the lower side of the rear frame 2, so that the lower end supporting frame 9 is positioned right below the rear frame 2 and can be mutually matched and installed; thereby avoiding dislocation when the rear frame 2 is firmly matched with the lower end supporting frame 9;
step 2: the lifting hydraulic cylinder 8 is regulated to slowly descend, the rear frame 2 is firmly and fittingly placed on the lower end supporting frame 9 and then connected and fixed through bolts, so that the heavy equipment is avoided to hoist and mount the crushing system to the crushing system, the conveying device 6 is inserted from the front frame 1 and passes through a conveying channel 60 formed in the lower end supporting frame 9, then the conveying device 6 is fixed in the lower end supporting frame 9, a tensioning regulating device 66 arranged on the conveying device 6 is regulated, the reducing motor 63 is pushed to slide on two sides of the front end of the conveying supporting frame 61, a driving roller 64 on the conveying device 6 is pushed to drive a driven roller 65 to move towards the front end or the rear end of the conveying supporting frame 61, the purpose of tensioning the conveying belt 62 is achieved, and then a self-aligning carrier roller assembly 605 is installed and regulated to enable the tightness of the conveying belt 62 to be properly arranged on the conveying supporting frame 61, and crushing operation can be carried out after debugging;
Step 3: after the crushing operation is completed, the bolts connected between the rear frame 2 and the lower end supporting frame 9 are disassembled, the lifting hydraulic cylinder 8 is adjusted to slowly lift, the jaw breaking system is separated from the traveling system, and the traveling system is controlled to move and be far away from the jaw breaking system. A movable jaw crusher, characterized in that: the jaw crusher comprises a jaw crusher system and a traveling system, wherein the traveling system is composed of a front frame, a power driving assembly, a crawler traveling assembly, a conveying device and a lower end supporting frame, the jaw crusher system is composed of a rear frame, a jaw crusher main body, an upper hopper and lifting hydraulic cylinders, the lower end supporting frame is fixed on the crawler traveling assembly through bolts, the bottom end of the rear frame is detachably arranged on the lower end supporting frame through bolts, the bottom end of the rear frame is arranged on the crawler traveling assembly through the lower end supporting frame, the power driving assembly is arranged on the front frame, the front frame is fixedly arranged on the crawler traveling assembly through the lower end supporting frame, the front frame and the rear frame are distributed on the same horizontal surface plane of the lower end supporting frame, the jaw crusher main body is fixedly arranged on the rear frame, the upper hopper is positioned at the rear upper part of the crawler crusher main body, a discharge port of the upper hopper is communicated with a feed inlet of the broken main body, the side part of the rear frame is fixedly arranged on the side part of the lower end supporting frame, the lifting hydraulic cylinders are fixedly arranged at the two ends of the lower end supporting frame, the lifting hydraulic cylinders extend from the two sides of the front frame to the lower end supporting frame, and extend from the lower end supporting frame to the two sides of the crawler crusher main body, and the lifting device is fixedly arranged at two ends of the front frame.
