Technical Field

Background
The aluminum material casting is a method for directly casting a product after the material is melted at high temperature. Generally, the product is melted in an electric arc furnace, poured into a high-temperature resistant casting mold, cooled, crystallized, annealed or cut to prepare the product. In the production, the high production efficiency, the crystallization meeting the requirement and the network structure formation are ensured mainly by controlling the melting atmosphere, the melting temperature and the cooling condition. However, in the cooling crystallization process, the crystallization temperature is often inconsistent, and grain segregation occurs, so that concentrated cavities, namely shrinkage cavities, are formed in the product.
The aluminum material casting generates a large amount of waste gas, the waste gas contains a large amount of harmful gas, and the waste gas almost comes from various processes of casting production, wherein the processes mainly comprise: insufficiently combusted substances and a large amount of dust.

Referring to fig. 1 to 3, in an embodiment of the present invention, an aluminum material casting vacuum refining degassing apparatus for mounting to an exhaust port of an aluminum material casting device includes: the aluminum material casting device comprises a combustion box 2 and a purification box 5, wherein an air inlet pipe 1 used for being communicated with an exhaust port of the aluminum material casting device is arranged on the combustion box 2, the air inlet pipe 1 is communicated with the interior of the combustion box 2, an air guide pipe 4 is further connected to the combustion box 2, and the other end of the air guide pipe 4 is communicated with the purification box 5.
The air guide pipe 4 is provided with a strengthening fan 3 for strengthening the speed of the smoke in the combustion box 2 entering the purification box 5.
The combustion box 2 is internally provided with a heating pipe 22, and the combustion box 2 is communicated with an igniter 21 for igniting substances in the combustion box 2.
The side wall of the combustion box 2 is provided with a high-temperature resistant heat-resistant wall 23, and the heat-resistant wall 23 is made of heat-resistant alloy materials.
The purification tank 5 includes: exhaust fan 51, filter box 52, atomizing case 53 sets up in the top of filter box 52, with atomizing case 53 intercommunication, exhaust fan 51 sets up in the top of filter box 52, communicates with filter box 52.
An atomization smoke inlet 531 communicated with the air guide pipe 4 is formed in the side end of the atomization box 53, a water guide pipe 538 is arranged at the top of the atomization box 53, a plurality of atomization nozzles 533 are communicated with the water guide pipe 538, a circulating water pipe 536 is arranged at the tail end of the water guide pipe 538, a liquid filter 535 is arranged at the tail end of the other end of the circulating water pipe 536, the circulating water pipe 536 is connected with a water outlet of the liquid filter 535, a water outlet 534 is arranged at the bottom end of the atomization box 53, the water outlet 534 is connected with a water inlet of the liquid filter 535 through a pipeline, and a filtration smoke inlet 522 communicated with the filter box 52 is formed in the top end of the atomization.
A pressurizer 537 for pressurizing the water introduced into the atomizing nozzle 533 is provided in the circulation water pipe 536 between the water introduction pipe 538 and the liquid filter 535.
The lower end of the atomization box 53 is provided with a water guide strip 532 inclined towards a water outlet 534.
The top of the filter box 52 is communicated with the exhaust fan 51, and a plurality of filter plates 521 are arranged in the filter box 52.

4. An aluminum material casting vacuum refining degassing apparatus as defined in claim 1, wherein a side wall of said combustion box is provided with a heat-resistant wall for resisting high temperature, and said heat-resistant wall is made of heat-resistant alloy material.

The aluminum material casting vacuum refining degassing device as set forth in claim 1, wherein said purge bin comprises: exhaust fan, rose box, atomizing case, the atomizing case sets up in the top of rose box, with the atomizing case intercommunication, the exhaust fan sets up in the top of rose box, with the rose box intercommunication.

The aluminum material casting vacuum refining degassing device as claimed in claim 5, wherein the side end of the atomization box is provided with an atomization smoke inlet communicated with a wind guide pipe, the top of the atomization box is provided with a water guide pipe, the water guide pipe is communicated with a plurality of atomization nozzles, the end of the water guide pipe is provided with a circulating water pipe, the end of the other end of the circulating water pipe is provided with a liquid filter, the circulating water pipe is connected with a water outlet of the liquid filter, the bottom end of the atomization box is provided with a water outlet, the water outlet is connected with a water inlet of the liquid filter through a pipeline, and the top end of the atomization box is provided with a filtration smoke inlet communicated with a filter box.
7. The aluminum material casting vacuum refining degassing apparatus as defined in claim 6, wherein a pressurizer for pressurizing water introduced into the atomizing nozzle is provided in the circulating water pipe between the water guiding pipe and the liquid filter.
8. The aluminum material casting vacuum refining degassing device as defined in claim 6, wherein the lower end of the atomization box is provided with a water guide strip inclined towards the water outlet.
9. The aluminum material casting vacuum refining degassing device as defined in claim 5, wherein the top of said filter box is connected to an exhaust fan, and said filter box is provided with a plurality of filter plates.
