Description

Anti-virus air filter element and application thereof
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of chemistry, in particular to an anti-virus air filter element and application thereof.
Background
With the development of human population and industry, air pollution is serious, dust, metal particles, sulfides, nitrates, organic hydrocarbons and the like exist in the air, viruses and bacteria exist in the air when people contact with people, people and animals, and the substances pollute the air and damage the bodies of people. Heavy metal substances are difficult to excrete after entering the body of people, and remain in the body to slowly destroy organs and nervous systems of the body of people. The viruses and bacteria directly bring diseases to people after entering the bodies of people, for example, the death number of people caused by influenza viruses is more than tens of thousands of people every year in the world, and the trend is rising in recent years.
Theoretically, people can effectively block viruses in the air by wearing the mask. Many gauze masks on the market at present are simply prevent the droplet and filter large granule dust gauze mask, and are disposable article mostly, and disposable article use amount is big, can not effectively retrieve after the use and bring secondary pollution easily, causes the infection of refuse treatment staff easily, and the risk that causes virus secondary diffusion is great.
At present, 84 disinfectant and chlorine dioxide are better used for disinfection and sterilization in the market, the sterilization rate of the two disinfectant reaches 99.9%, and pathogenic bacteria in the air can be basically killed. Chlorine dioxide is a broad-spectrum, highly efficient sterilizing agent. Many foreign research results show that chlorine dioxide can kill many pathogenic bacteria such as escherichia coli, staphylococcus aureus and the like at an extremely low concentration (0.1 ppm). Even if the microorganism is interfered by organic substances, the microorganism can be completely killed when the concentration is tens of ppm. Chlorine dioxide is widely used in life because it is non-toxic to human body. However, the application of the mask is difficult because chlorine dioxide is in a gaseous state at normal temperature and is not easy to store. The common way of storing chlorine dioxide in industry is to formulate it into a solution and make it into a solid effervescent tablet. The liquid chlorine dioxide applied to the mask has large volume and inconvenient use, and has no practical significance. The solid flaky chlorine dioxide is not breathable, is easy to leak after being prepared into particles and fine powder, is easy to cause particle accumulation, is not uniformly distributed, and leaks air without passing through a solid layer, so that the solid flaky chlorine dioxide cannot be effectively filtered and sterilized.
