The tails of the two rows of pins 222a and 222b are all fisheye-shaped through holes, so that when the pins are connected with the second PCB 32, a welding process is not needed, the production difficulty and cost are reduced, and poor contact caused by problems of missing welding, false welding and the like is fundamentally solved. The service life is prolonged. Referring to fig. 24, the second PCB 32 is respectively provided with 16 through holes for the insertion of the crystal heads so as to connect with the two rows of pins 222a, 222b and 8 through holes for the insertion of the cutting-type cutting tool 72.
Referring to fig. 25, the cutting type cutting tool 72 includes a first cutting tool body 721, the upper portion of the first cutting tool body is provided with a slot 722 extending to the middle portion, and the inner side wall of the slot 722 is pressed into a tool bit shape for cutting the cable so as to contact with the cable inner conductor to realize data transmission. The tail of the first cutter body 721 adopts the fisheye-shaped through hole 723, so that when the first cutter body is connected with the second PCB 32, a welding process is not needed, the production difficulty and cost are reduced, poor contact caused by problems of missing welding, false welding and the like is fundamentally solved, and the service life is prolonged. Two sides of the first cutter body 721 are provided with limiting clamping points 724 for limiting the cutting type cutter 72 during insertion.
Referring to fig. 26, the second terminal base 42 is provided with card slots 421 corresponding to the second wire clamping device 52, in this embodiment, the number of the two rows of pins 222a and 222b is eight, the number of the card slots 421 is also eight, and two of the two card slots are distributed at four corners of the terminal base 42.
Referring to fig. 27a and 27b, the second wire-clamping device 52 includes a second wire-bonding cap body 521, the second wire-bonding cap body 521 has a hole 522 for passing the cable and extending from the back surface to the front surface, the front surface of the wire-bonding cap body 521 is provided with a pressing surface 524, the back surface of the wire-bonding cap body 521 is provided with a plurality of wire-clamping assemblies communicated with the hole 522, and the plurality of wire-clamping assemblies are uniformly distributed on the wire-bonding cap body 521 along the circumferential direction of the hole 522.
Specifically, each wire clip assembly includes a first sidewall 5231 and a second sidewall 5232, two semi-enclosed grooves 5233 (the number is not limited to two, but is preferably two) are formed on the top of the first sidewall 5231, two open grooves 5234 (the number is not limited to two, but is preferably two) are formed on the top of the second sidewall 5232, the semi-enclosed grooves 5233 are disposed corresponding to the open grooves 5234, the first sidewall 5231, the second sidewall 5232 and the wire bonding cover body 521 form a wire cutting groove 5235, and two adjacent first sidewalls 5231 and two adjacent second sidewalls 5232 are connected through a partition 5236. As shown in the figure, four wire clamping assemblies are uniformly distributed at four corners of the back surface of the wire bonding cover body 521, each wire clamping assembly includes a first side wall 5231 and a second side wall 5232, two semi-closed grooves 5233 are formed at the top of each first side wall 5231, two open grooves 5234 are formed at the top of each second side wall 5232, and the corresponding semi-closed grooves 5233 and the open grooves 5234 can fix the cable clamp more firmly. Every two semi-closed grooves 5233 are clamped into corresponding cable wire groups, and signal crosstalk between the wire groups can be effectively blocked through the semi-closed grooves 5233, so that the signal transmission efficiency is enhanced. The isolation portion 5236 is a trapezoid formed by four connecting plates, and can separate the wire groups on two adjacent card wire assemblies while enhancing the strength between the sidewalls, thereby reducing signal crosstalk. The isolating part 5236 is provided with a limiting clamping groove 5237. The crimping inclined plane 525 arranged on the front face of the wire crimping cover body 521 can increase the connection tightness between the wire group and the electric plug connector, reduce signal attenuation and ensure the signal transmission quality.

the 180-degree routing assembly comprises a 180-degree universal plug core (22), a second PCB (printed circuit board) circuit board (32), a cutting type clamping knife (72), a second terminal base (42) and a second wire clamping device (52) which are sequentially arranged in the female socket body (1) of the electric plug connector, wherein the 180-degree universal plug core (22) and the cutting type clamping knife (72) are connected through the second PCB circuit board (32), and the cutting type clamping knife (72) penetrates through the second terminal base (42) and is inserted into a cable in the second wire clamping device (52).
3. Electrical plug connector female socket according to claim 1, characterized in that: a dustproof door mechanism (13) is arranged in a window (12) of the female socket body (1) of the electric plug connector.
