the system comprises a plurality of groups of camera modules, a plurality of monitoring platforms and a plurality of groups of positioning modules, wherein the camera modules are arranged in the building in a distributed manner, record video in all directions during working, and transmit the video data to a display screen of the community monitoring platform in real time;
the central control module is connected with the power supply equipment, the access control equipment, the electric equipment, the wireless communication module, the air quality detection module, the temperature detection module and the smoke detection module, the central control module is connected with the mobile terminal through the wireless communication module, and the community monitoring platform is connected with the central control module and used for giving instructions to the central control module;
the temperature detection module and the smoke detection module work in a matched mode and are used for detecting whether electric equipment and power supply equipment in a building are in a fire or not;
the image processing module is used for processing the image data of the image data acquired by the image pickup module;
the comparison module is used for comparing the portrait data preset in the database with the extracted portrait data, and after the comparison is successful, the wireless communication module controls the entrance guard equipment to work through the central control module, so that a building elevator or a safe anti-theft door and window are opened;
the infrared temperature measurement module is matched with the camera module and is used for detecting the body temperature of the person shot by the camera module;
and the identity recognition module is used for calling the personnel information in the database and comparing and recognizing the personnel information with the portrait data extracted by the portrait extraction module when the infrared temperature measurement module detects the abnormal body temperature of the personnel, displaying the portrait data of the abnormal body temperature personnel in a picture form through a display screen of the community monitoring platform after the identification is successful, and generating alarm reminding through an alarm module on the community monitoring platform.
