Background
When the blast area of the former eight-steel new area A, B, C blast furnace needs to be adjusted, the tuyere small sleeve is replaced by frequently utilizing the damping down opportunity. 2) when the blast furnace is produced, the tuyere small sleeve is generally provided with a tuyere small sleeve with the inner diameter phi 125mm or phi 120mm, the air inlet area of the blast furnace is respectively 0.368 square meter and 0.339 square meter, if the air inlet area needs to be reduced in the blast furnace operation, a tuyere lining with the inner diameter phi 100mm is additionally arranged, so that the air inlet inner diameter of the tuyere is changed from phi 120mm to phi 100mm, and the air inlet area of the blast furnace is correspondingly reduced to 0.236 square meter;
3) if the blast furnace needs to continuously adjust the air inlet area to 0.259 square meters, before the tuyere lining is installed, a brick cutting machine is used for cutting off the small end of the tuyere lining by 10mm, and the inner diameter of the tuyere lining is changed from phi 100mm to phi 105mm, so that the operation requirement of the blast furnace is met;
4) according to the different demands of blast furnace air inlet area, use the brick cutting machine to cut off 10mm length with the tuyere bush stub in proper order, can change the tuyere bush internal diameter into phi 105mm, phi 110mm, phi 115mm, phi 120mm, phi 125mm and so on the tuyere small jacket of different internal diameter sizes, adapt to the different demands of blast furnace operation, satisfy blast furnace production.
The invention adopts high-temperature high-strength wear-resistant ceramic castable to manufacture and additionally install a tuyere lining capable of adjusting the air inlet diameter, and the performance indexes of the high-temperature high-strength wear-resistant ceramic castable are that the refractoriness is more than or equal to 1790 ℃, AL2O3 is more than or equal to 70%, the bulk density is more than or equal to 2.75g/cm3, the breaking strength is 110 ℃, × 24h is more than or equal to 12MPa, 1400 ℃ × 3h is more than or equal to 14MPa, the compressive strength is 110 ℃, × 24h is more than or equal to 50MPa, 1400 × 3h is more than or equal to 150MPa, the line change after burning is 1400 × 3h +/-0.1%, the safe use temperature is 1500 ℃, and the tuyere lining can be randomly adjusted according to the production needs of a blast furnace to change.
Compared with the prior art, the method does not need to replace the tuyere small sleeve, and the tuyere lining is directly installed in after the blowpipe is disassembled. The invention reduces the operation time and improves the work efficiency, and the invention does not need the operation step of pulling out and reinstalling the tuyere small sleeve, thereby greatly accelerating the operation progress. The danger source is few: only two kinds of high-temperature materials and coal gas exist, the danger is low, and personal injury safety accidents are not easy to happen. Only tuyere stock of one or two internal diameter sizes, e.g., phi 125mm, phi 120mm, needs to be stocked. Reduce the reserve volume and occupy less fund amount.
