In addition, the hanging rack 12 on the hanging beam 10 of the invention can be detached, so that bamboo shoots can be firstly put in through polyethylene bags outside the fresh-keeping warehouse, then the bags are hung on the hanging rack 12, finally the hanging rack 12 is hung on a transport vehicle, finally the transport vehicle is moved into the fresh-keeping warehouse, and the hanging rack 12 is directly connected to the hanging beam 10.
