Description

Application of pesticide polymer synergist in herbicide
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the field of pesticides, particularly relates to a synergist, and particularly relates to an application of a pesticide polymer synergist in a herbicide.
Background
N- (phosphonomethyl) glycine (glyphosate) is usually used in the form of its salt, and its isopropylamine salt, sodium salt, potassium salt, ammonium salt, etc. are completely dissolved in water, and are usually used for processing into glyphosate aqueous solution, glyphosate wettable powder, soluble granules, etc. When the glyphosate is prepared into the aqueous solution for use, the surface tension of the glyphosate is higher, and the glyphosate cannot be adhered to the surface of a target, so that a surfactant is usually required to be added to reduce the surface tension of the aqueous solution during use, and the spreadability and the adhesive force of the glyphosate on the surface of the target are increased, so that the effect of increasing the deposition amount is achieved. Because the surfactant which can be used for the glyphosate aqueous solution is not too many, and most anionic and nonionic surfactants can generate turbidity and the like in the glyphosate aqueous solution system, the selection of the surfactant in the glyphosate aqueous solution system is limited to a great extent, and in the very limited available surfactant, an aqueous solution which can obtain good appearance viscosity of the preparation and can obviously improve the activity of the glyphosate aqueous solution is prepared, which is a problem commonly faced by the industry.
The auxiliary agents used in the production of the glyphosate preparation mainly comprise alkyl glycoside (APG), imidazoline amphoteric surfactant, betaine surfactant, plant source surfactant (grass saponin, etc.), alkyl ammonium chloride, fatty alcohol ether wetting penetrant (barrel mixed use), tallow amine polyoxyethylene ether (TAE 0), and other surfactants, but the tallow amine surfactant has the defects of large use amount, high cost, low pesticide effect, difficult foam elimination, and the like in the conventional surfactant.
The current polymeric adjuvant products do not address the increased activity and increased duration of glyphosate formulations, for example, in patent publication No. CN101475691A, acrylamide modified polymeric micro-crosslinked gels are disclosed, which are prepared using anions, cations and non-ions, but the products prepared are not suitable for use in glyphosate formulations.
Therefore, a synergist in the aspect of pesticide is developed and can be used in a glyphosate aqueous solution formula and a herbicide formula taking glyphosate as a main component, so as to solve the problems of low weeding rate of the existing glyphosate preparation and weed turning-over after a long time after application.

In the following examples, the pesticide polymer synergist G801 used was the model number of a product produced and sold by qianhao new technology research center limited of Shantou. The raw materials used in the other examples were all commercially available.
Example 1: test of optimum addition amount of pesticide polymer synergist G801
Mixing a pesticide polymer synergist G801 and a 30% glyphosate aqueous solution, and adding different amounts of pesticide polymer synergists G801 into the same 30% glyphosate aqueous solution to prepare different mixed samples, wherein the weight condition of the pesticide polymer synergist G801 added in each mixed sample is shown in the following table 1. The addition amount of the pesticide polymer synergist G801 is 30% of the original glyphosate aqueous solution by mass percent, namely 100G30% of the glyphosate aqueous solution is added with 1% of the pesticide polymer synergist G801, actually 1G of the pesticide polymer synergist G801 is added, the final product is 101G, and the weight ratio of the 30% of the glyphosate aqueous solution to the pesticide polymer synergist G801 can also be converted to 100:1, namely, the mixture is mixed under the condition of 100:1 to obtain a mixed sample. The mixed sample to which the agricultural chemical polymer synergist G801 was not added is denoted as mixed sample 1, and actually mixed sample 1 serves as a control sample.
And (3) diluting the mixture samples by 60 times with water respectively to obtain liquid medicine, wherein the dilution times are calculated according to the mass of the 30% glyphosate water agent, and the mass of the pesticide polymer synergist G801 is not considered. The herbicide is applied to the leaf surfaces of weeds in a liquid medicine spraying mode, the weed killing rate in 7 days and 14 days and the weed green turning rate in 30 days are respectively detected, the standard of weed killing by the herbicide is that all the leaf surfaces of the weeds are withered and yellow, and the core leaves and the top leaves of the broad-leaf weeds of the grassy weeds are withered and yellow.
The experimental conditions were: more than 80% of weeds are 20-40 cm in height, part of weeds are less than 20 cm in height, part of weeds are more than 40 cm in height, statistics of weeds are carried out by counting broad-leaved plants and gramineous plants in a defined application area, and the area of each test area is 0.2 square meters.
The test plots are located in open weed clumpy plots and are divided manually, three test plots are arranged at intervals for each test, the average temperature in the pesticide application period is 24-30 ℃, the test plots are divided into a small part of dates in cloudy days or rain gusts in 30 days after pesticide application, and a large part of dates are in sunny days.
Two periods are respectively counted aiming at the weed condition of a pesticide application plot, the weed killing rate is counted once 7 days after pesticide application, the influence of the polymer synergist G801 on the quick-acting performance of the herbicide is mainly evaluated, the weed killing rate is counted once 14 days after pesticide application, the influence of the polymer synergist G801 on the killing rate of the herbicide is mainly evaluated, the green return rate of the weed is counted 30 days after pesticide application, and the influence of the polymer synergist G801 on the weeding persistence is mainly evaluated. The weed killing rate is calculated by dividing the number of dead weed plants by the number of surviving weed plants before application, the green return rate is calculated by dividing the number of green return plants by the number of dead weed plants counted 14 days after application, and the test result of each mixed sample is the average value of three test plots. Weed kill rates at 7 days, 14 days and 30 days after application of the different mixed samples are shown in table 1 below.
TABLE 1 mixing ratio and effect of pesticide polymer synergist G801 and 30% glyphosate aqueous solution
Figure DEST_PATH_IMAGE001
As can be seen from Table 1, the polymeric pesticide synergist G801 can improve the weed killing rate of 7 days and 14 days after glyphosate application, the optimal addition amount of the polymeric pesticide synergist G801 is 1.0-2.0%, the effect is the best when the addition amount is 1.5%, and the weed killing rate and the green returning rate begin to decrease after the addition amount exceeds 2.0%. From the data of the weed killing rate of 7 days, the weed killing rate of the mixed sample added with the polymer synergist G801 exceeds 16.5 percent of the same herbicide without the polymer synergist, which indicates that the quick action of the polymer synergist G801 on the herbicide is better improved. From the data of the weed killing rate in 14 days, the weed killing rate of the mixed sample added with the polymer synergist G801 exceeds 12.8 percent of the same herbicide without being added, which indicates that the killing rate of the herbicide is better improved by the polymer synergist G801. From the data of the 30-day weed green-turning rate, the weed green-turning rate of the mixed sample added with the polymer synergist G801 is 0, which shows that the persistence of the herbicide is better improved by the polymer synergist G801.
In the test process, the control effect on malignant weeds is observed, and the main reason for improving the killing rate of the weeds is the improvement of the killing rate of resistant weeds, such as erigeron breviscapus, goosegrass herb, crab grass, Equisetum arvense, green bristlegrass herb, acalypha australis and the like, the killing rate of the preparation without the pesticide polymer synergist G801 on the weeds is lower, the killing rate of the preparation with the pesticide polymer synergist G801 on the resistant weeds is higher, and some resistant weeds are still not killed, such as part of goosegrass and the like which survive, so that the killing rate cannot reach 100%.
The mixed sample 1 and the mixed sample 12 were subjected to a weeding test at a low temperature period of 10 to 15 ℃ in the same manner as the test at 15 to 25 ℃. In the low temperature period (within 30 days after application) of the test, the temperature occasionally exceeds 15 ℃, but the low temperature time is short and is only less than 2 days, and the rest time is below 15 ℃. The test results at low temperature are given in table 2 below:
TABLE 2 Low-temperature herbicidal effect of pesticide polymer synergist G801 and 30% glyphosate aqueous solution
Figure 23480DEST_PATH_IMAGE002
It can be seen that the 30% glyphosate water agent added with the pesticide polymer synergist G801 has obviously improved weeding effect in a low-temperature period and longer lasting period, and although the green return rate is higher than that of the application at the temperature of more than 15-25 ℃, the basic control of the green return of weeds is realized.
Example 2 Effect of polymeric synergist of pesticides G801 on weed kill Rate of other Glyphosate formulations
The amount of the pesticide polymer synergist G801 added into the glyphosate preparation is 2% of the weight of the glyphosate preparation, the pesticide polymer synergist G801 is added into a liquid preparation, a powder preparation or a granular preparation according to the same proportion, and the timing of adding the pesticide polymer synergist G801 into the powder granules or the glyphosate preparation can be carried out in a dilution stage.
In the preparation dilution stage, whether the pesticide polymer synergist G801 is contained or not, the same preparation is diluted by the same times, and the concentration is kept within the range of 5000ppm +/-200 ppm when the preparation is diluted to the concentration calculated according to the glyphosate concentration. The specific experimental results are shown in the following Table 3
