Fig. 1 illustrates an architecture diagram of an electronic device 110 provided in an embodiment of the present invention, where the electronic device 110 includes a detachable camera assembly 120. The detachable camera assembly 120 may be mounted in the electronic device 110, i.e., in a mounted state. As shown in fig. 1, the detachable camera assembly 120 may also be detached from the electronic device 110, i.e., in a detached state. That is, the detachable camera assembly 120 can be detached from the electronic device 110, separate from the electronic device 110. That is, the detachable camera assembly 120 has a detached state and an attached state.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the electronic device 110 in an embodiment of the present invention may include at least one of: cell-phone, panel computer, intelligent wearing equipment etc. are including dismantling the equipment of subassembly of making a video recording.
In embodiments of the present invention, the detachable camera assembly 120 may maintain the camera operation with its own minimal system. The detachable camera assembly 120 may communicate remotely with the electronic device 110. For example, the detachable camera module 120 may wirelessly communicate with the electronic device 110 in a bluetooth wireless manner or a WIFI wireless manner.
Fig. 2 is a flowchart illustrating an image capturing method applied to the electronic device 110 shown in fig. 1 according to an embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 2, the image capturing method provided in the embodiment of the present invention is applied to the electronic device 110, and includes steps 210 to 220.
In step 210, when the detachable camera module 120 is in the detached state, the electronic device 110 obtains shooting scene data of the detachable camera module 120.
In some embodiments of the present invention, the detachable camera component 120 acquires the shooting scene data in response to the received image capturing instruction sent by the electronic device 110 when determining that the detachable camera component is in the detached state. The detachable camera component 120 sends the shooting scene data to the electronic device 110.
In step 220, when the shooting scene data meets the preset condition, the electronic device 110 outputs a prompt message or prohibits the detachable camera module 120 from collecting an image.
In an embodiment of the present invention, when the detachable camera assembly 120 is in the detached state, the electronic device 110 obtains shooting scene data of the detachable camera assembly 120. The electronic device 110 determines whether the detachable camera assembly 120 is likely to capture sensitive information by determining whether the shooting scene data satisfies a preset condition. And under the condition that the shooting scene data meet the preset conditions, outputting prompt information or prohibiting the detachable camera shooting assembly 120 from collecting images so as to prompt the user that the image collection possibly has a risk of illegal violation, namely prompting the user not to make a behavior of violation of morality or law.
The specific implementation of each of steps 210-220 is described in detail below.
First, a specific implementation of step 210 is described. As one example, the image capture instruction may be a user input such as a click input, a slide input, a press input, or a preset gesture operation in a shooting application on the electronic device 110.
For example, when the user clicks an image capture control in a capture application in the electronic device 110, then the electronic device 110 receives an image capture instruction. The electronic device 110 sends the received image capture instruction of the user to the detachable camera assembly 120. The detachable camera assembly 120 performs focusing, photographing, and the like in response to the image capturing instruction.
In the embodiment of the invention, the detachable camera shooting component can judge whether the detachable camera shooting component is in a detachable state or an installation state by detecting whether the target pin of the detachable camera shooting component is in a connected state. The target pins are pins used for mounting the detachable camera module 120 on the electronic device 110.
For example, when the target pin is in a connected state, it represents that the detachable camera module 120 is in an installed state, i.e., the detachable camera module 120 is installed on the electronic device 110. When the target pin is not connected, it represents that the detachable camera module 120 is in a detached state, i.e. the detachable camera module 120 is detached from the electronic device 110.
In the case where the detachable camera component 120 determines that it is in the detached state, it represents that the shooting application in the electronic device 110 is in the detached shooting mode. Since the shooting scene is more flexible and some sensitive information may be shot when the detachable camera module 120 determines that it is in the detached state, it is necessary to acquire shooting scene data of the detachable camera module 120 to determine whether the user is performing legally compliant image acquisition.
In some embodiments, when the image captured by the user is sensitive information, the user needs to be prompted that the image capture has a violation risk, so the captured scene data of the detachable camera assembly 120 may be a preview image captured by the detachable camera assembly 120. That is, the detachable camera assembly 120 may acquire a preview image captured by itself in response to the image capture instruction.
In other embodiments, when the image capture location of the detachable camera assembly 120 is sensitive, the user may also be prompted that the image capture is at risk of illegal violation. The shooting scene data of the detachable camera assembly 120 can also be the position information of the detachable camera assembly 120. That is, the detachable camera assembly 120 acquires the position information of the detachable camera assembly 120 in response to the image capture instruction.
As an example, the detachable camera module 120 may utilize its own Positioning module, such as a Global Positioning System (GPS) module, to obtain the position information of the detachable camera module 120.
After the detachable camera component 120 acquires the shooting scene data, the shooting scene data is sent to the electronic device 110. As an example, the detachable camera assembly 120 may transmit the shooting scene data to the electronic device 110 in a bluetooth mode, a WIFI wireless mode, or the like.
The specific implementation of step 220 is described below. In the embodiment of the present invention, if the types of the shooting scene data are different, the corresponding preset conditions are different.
In some embodiments, if the captured scene data is a preview image acquired by the detachable camera assembly 120, the preset condition is that the similarity between the preview image and a preset target image is greater than a first threshold.
That is, step 220 includes the electronic device 110 outputting a prompt message or prohibiting the detachable camera assembly 120 from capturing an image if the similarity between the preview image and the preset target image is greater than the first threshold. The preset target images may be one or more.
When the number of the preset target images is multiple, the similarity between the preview image and the preset target image is greater than a first threshold, which means that the similarity between the preview image and at least one preset target image in the multiple preset target images is greater than the first threshold. The preset target image is an image including sensitive information.
That is, in the case where there is a preset target image in the preset image library whose similarity to the preview image is greater than the first threshold, the prompt information is output or the detachable camera assembly 120 is prohibited from capturing an image. The preset image library comprises at least one preset target image, namely the preset image library comprises at least one illegal or illegal image.
If the similarity between the preview image and the preset target image is less than or equal to the first threshold, that is, the shooting scene data does not satisfy the preset condition, the detachable camera shooting assembly 120 is controlled to collect the image.
It should be noted that, if the number of the preset target images is multiple, the similarity between the preview image and the preset target image is less than or equal to the first threshold, which means that the similarity between the preview image and each preset target image is less than or equal to the first threshold. That is, there is no target image having a similarity greater than the first threshold value with the preview image in the preset image library.
In the embodiment of the present invention, an algorithm for calculating the similarity between the preview image and the preset target image is not limited herein. For example, a hash value of the preview image and a preset hash value of the target image may be obtained, and then a hamming distance between the hash values of the two images is calculated to determine the similarity between the two images. For another example, the similarity between images may also be calculated using feature points of the images.
In the embodiment of the invention, the accuracy of judging the illegal photographing behavior can be improved by utilizing the content in the preview image acquired by the detachable camera component 120, so that the user can be accurately prompted.
In other embodiments, if the shooting scene data is the position information of the detachable camera module 120, the preset condition is that the position information of the detachable camera module 120 matches with the preset target position information.
That is, step 220 includes outputting a prompt or disabling the detachable camera assembly 120 from capturing an image if the position information of the detachable camera assembly 120 matches a preset target position information.
The preset target position information may be one or more. When the number of the preset target position information is multiple, the position information of the detachable camera module 120 matches the preset target position information, which means that the position information of the detachable camera module 120 matches at least one of the preset target position information. The preset target position information comprises position information of a preset sensitive place. For example, a sensitive location may be a more private or sensitive location such as a bank, a toilet, or a military location. .
That is, in the case where there is target position information matching the position information of the detachable camera assembly 120 in the preset position information base, the prompt information is output or the detachable camera assembly 120 is prohibited from capturing an image. The preset position information base comprises preset at least one preset target position information.
If the position information of the detachable camera shooting assembly 120 is not matched with the preset target position information, that is, the shooting scene data does not meet the preset conditions, the detachable camera shooting assembly 120 is controlled to collect images. It should be noted that, if the number of the preset target position information is multiple, the position information of the detachable camera module 120 does not match the preset target position information, which means that the position information of the detachable camera module 120 does not match each preset target position information. That is, there is no target location information in the preset location information base that matches the location information of the detachable camera assembly 120.
In some examples, the preset location information base may include latitude and longitude range information of a plurality of areas. If the latitude and longitude range corresponding to the position information of the detachable camera shooting assembly 120 is the same as the latitude and longitude range of an area in the preset position information base, or the latitude and longitude range corresponding to the position information of the detachable camera shooting assembly 120 is within the latitude and longitude range of an area in the preset position information base, the position information of the detachable camera shooting assembly 120 can be considered to be matched with the preset target position information, that is, the preset target position information matched with the position information of the detachable camera shooting assembly 120 exists in the preset position information base.
In some embodiments of the invention, the speed of judging illegal photographing behaviors can be increased by using the position information of the detachable camera shooting assembly, so that the user can be prompted more efficiently.
In some embodiments of the present invention, the prompt message may be a text message that prompts the user that there is a risk of illegal violation image acquisition. Wherein the text prompt message may be displayed on the screen of the electronic device 110. In other embodiments, the prompt may be a voice prompt.
In some embodiments of the present invention, the electronic device 110 may send a control command to the detachable camera assembly 120 to turn off the detachable camera assembly 120, i.e., disable the detachable camera assembly 120 from capturing images.
In some embodiments of the present invention, the electronic device 110 controls the detachable camera assembly 120 to capture an image in case the shooting scene data does not satisfy the preset condition. The electronic device 110 receives and stores images captured by the removable camera assembly 120.
That is to say, if the shooting scene data does not satisfy the preset condition, and the possibility of capturing an image representing illegal violation is very low, the electronic device 110 may send a control instruction to the detachable camera assembly 120 to control the detachable camera assembly 120 to capture the image. After the detachable camera assembly 120 captures an image, the captured image is sent to the electronic device 110. The electronic device 110 receives and stores the image collected by the detachable camera component 120, and the image collection process is completed.
Under the condition that the shooting scene data does not meet the preset conditions, the electronic device 110 controls the detachable camera assembly 120 to collect images, and the requirement that a user utilizes the detachable camera assembly 120 to conveniently collect images in a detachable state can be met.
It should be noted that the user may manually detach the detachable camera module 120 from the electronic device 110 in the mounted state, but in order to improve the efficiency of detaching the detachable camera module 120, the detachable camera module 120 may be automatically detached by using the electronic device 110. Therefore, in some embodiments of the present invention, before step 210, an image capturing method provided by an embodiment of the present invention further includes: the electronic device 110 receives a first input; the electronic device 110 controls the detachable camera assembly 120 to transition from the mounted state to the detached state in response to the first input.
As one example, the first input may be a click input, a slide input, a press input, or a preset gesture operation.
As one example, the first input may be a single click input directed to a detach camera component control in an image capture application.
By receiving the first input of the user, the electronic device 110 automatically separates the detachable camera assembly 120 from itself, which reduces user operations and improves detachment efficiency.
In some embodiments of the present invention, the prompt information may be information for prompting the user whether to continue image acquisition in order to meet personalized requirements of the user. Therefore, the image capturing method provided in the embodiment of the present invention further includes, after step 220: the electronic device 110 receives control information for the reminder information; in response to the control information, controlling the detachable camera assembly 120 to acquire an image; the electronic device 110 receives and stores images captured by the removable camera assembly 120.
As one example, the control information may be a click input, a slide input, a press input, or a preset gesture operation. As a specific example, the reminder information includes a first control and a second control. The first control is displayed with "yes" for prompting the user to select the first control, so that the electronic device 110 controls the detachable camera assembly 120 to capture an image. And no is displayed on the second control, and is used for prompting the user to select the second control, so that the electronic device 110 controls the detachable camera assembly 120 to prohibit image acquisition. The control information may be a single click input of the user for the first control in the prompt information.
In some embodiments of the present invention, the electronic device 110 displays a prompt message indicating that there is a risk of violating the relevant laws or regulations and responsibility to be undertaken in response to the control message to prompt the user.
In the embodiment of the invention, the personalized requirements of the user are met by inquiring whether the user collects the images on the basis of the existence of the risk of illegal violation and determining whether to collect the images according to the selection of the user.
The image acquisition method provided by the embodiment of the invention is described in detail below with reference to different types of shooting scene data.
(1) Shooting scene data is a preview image shot by the detachable camera component 120
As shown in fig. 3, after receiving an image capturing instruction from a user, the electronic device 110 sends the image capturing instruction to the detachable camera assembly 120. The detachable camera component 120 captures a scene in response to a capture instruction, obtains a preview image, and sends the preview image to the electronic device 110. After receiving the preview image, the electronic device 110 calculates the similarity between the preview image and the preset target image. Next, the electronic device 110 determines whether the similarity between the preview image and the preset target image is greater than a first threshold.
If the similarity between the preview image and the preset target image is greater than the first threshold, that is, the preset target image whose similarity with the preview image is greater than the first threshold exists in the preset image library, the electronic device 110 prompts the user that the illegal violation risk exists. The electronic device 110 then prompts the user whether to continue capturing images. If the user chooses to continue to capture images, the electronic device 110 again prompts the user that there is a risk of illegal violation. The electronic device 110 then controls the detachable camera assembly 120 to continue capturing images. The electronic device 110 receives and stores images captured by the removable camera assembly 120. After the image is captured, the electronic device 110 may cancel capturing the image according to the user's instruction.
If the similarity between the preview image and the preset target image is greater than the first threshold, the electronic device 110 may further prohibit the detachable camera assembly 120 from capturing an image. The electronic device 110 may automatically cancel capturing the image, e.g., may exit the capture interface.
If the similarity between the preview image and the preset target image is less than or equal to the first threshold, that is, the similarity between the preview image and each preset target image in the preset image library is less than or equal to the first threshold, the electronic device 110 controls the detachable camera component 120 to continue to capture images. The electronic device 110 receives and stores images captured by the removable camera assembly 120. After the capturing of the image is completed, the electronic device 110 may cancel capturing the image according to an instruction of the user.
(2) Taking scene data as position information for the removable camera assembly 120
As shown in fig. 4, after receiving an image capturing instruction from a user, the electronic device 110 sends the image capturing instruction to the detachable camera assembly 120. The detachable camera assembly 120 acquires its own position information in response to the photographing instruction. The detachable camera assembly 120 then transmits the location information back to the electronic device 110. After receiving the position information of the detachable camera assembly 120, the electronic device 110 determines whether the position information of the detachable camera assembly 120 matches preset target position information. That is, it is determined whether target position information matching the position information of the detachable camera assembly 120 exists in a preset position information base.
If the position information of the detachable camera module 120 matches the preset target position information, that is, the target position information matching the position information of the detachable camera module 120 exists in the preset position information base, the processing steps are the same as those of the target image existing in the preset image base in fig. 3, and are not described herein again.
If the position information of the detachable camera module 120 does not match the preset target position information, that is, the target position information matching the position information of the detachable camera module 120 does not exist in the preset position information base, the processing steps are the same as those of the processing steps in which the target image does not exist in the preset image base in fig. 3, and are not described herein again.
