With the development of networks, online documents gradually enter the lives of users, the online documents store data of electronic documents in a cloud server, and the cloud server and a terminal perform data interaction through network communication to acquire document information.

As shown in fig. 2(a), taking a document as a table-type document as an example, the table has 4 rows from 1 to 4, and 4 columns from a to D, user a inputs the text information "x 1" in a2 cell of the document, inputs the text information "x 2" in a B2 cell of the document, user B inputs the text information "x 3" in a C3 cell of the document, the server updates the online document based on the text information input by user a and user B, records the relationship between the document location where the text information is located (i.e. the above cell) and the user identifier, and then sends the updated online document (i.e. the document shown in fig. 2 (a)) to user C and user D, where user C and user D may be users of the next node of the default collaborative processing document, user C inputs the interactive information "y 1" for "x 1", and inputs the interactive information "y 3" for "x 3", the user d inputs interactive information "y 2" for "x 2", the user c and the user d send the interactive information and the document position of the text information to which the interactive information is directed to the server through respective corresponding terminal devices, for example, the user c sends the interactive information "y 1" and the document position a2 where the text information "x 1" to which the interactive information "y 1" is directed to the server, so that the server determines that the user corresponding to a2 is the user a according to the document position, the server sends the interactive prompt message to the user a, the user a clicks the interactive prompt message to open and view the online document and the interactive information "y 1", similarly, the user d sends the interactive information "y 2" and the form position B2 to the server, the server sends the interactive prompt message to the user a corresponding to B2, the user a clicks the interactive prompt message to open and view the online document and the interactive information "y 2", since both the user c and the user d interact with the text information of the user a, the server may merge the interactions of the user c and the user d and send the interaction prompt information to the user a only once, as shown in fig. 2(b), the online document received by the user a.
The user C needs to send the interaction information "y 3" and the table position C3 to the server, and then the server sends an interaction prompt message to the user b corresponding to C3, and the user b can open and view the online document and the interaction information "y 3" by clicking the interaction prompt message, as shown in fig. 2(C) for the online document received by the user b.
Further, if the content of the interactive information "y 1" is "@" user e, the server needs to send an interactive prompt message to user e, and user e clicks the interactive prompt message to open and view the online document and the interactive information "y 1", as shown in fig. 2(d) for the online document received by user e.
The present disclosure is described above from the perspective of a server, and is described below with reference to fig. 3, from the perspective of a first user, please refer to fig. 3, another embodiment of the present disclosure provides a method for sending an interactive prompt message of an online document, which may be specifically executed by an electronic device, where the electronic device may be a terminal device of the first user, and the terminal device may be a desktop terminal or a mobile terminal, and the present disclosure includes:
step S301: receiving edit information input by a first user through an online document, sending the edit information to a server so that the server can update the online document according to the edit information input by the first user, and sending the updated online document to at least one second terminal device, wherein position information of the edit information in the online document has a corresponding relation with a user identifier of the first user;
step S302: receiving interaction prompt information sent by a server according to a user identifier of a first user;
the interaction prompt information is generated based on the interaction information after the server receives the interaction information aiming at the editing information sent by any second terminal equipment, and the interaction information is input by a second user of the second terminal equipment through an updated online document.
It should be noted that the method shown in this embodiment is substantially the same as the method shown in fig. 1 in the foregoing, and the difference is only that the method shown in fig. 1 is described with a server as an execution subject of the method, and the method shown in this embodiment is described with a first terminal device of a first user as an execution subject of the method. Therefore, the method, the scheme of the alternative embodiment and the generated technical effect shown in the present embodiment may specifically refer to the description of the method shown in fig. 1 and the scheme in the alternative embodiment, which are not described herein again.
The present disclosure is described above from the perspective of a server and a first user, and is described below with reference to fig. 4, from the perspective of a second user, please refer to fig. 4, yet another embodiment of the present disclosure provides an interactive prompt information sending method for an online document, which may be specifically executed by an electronic device, where the electronic device may be a terminal device of the second user, and the terminal device may be a desktop terminal or a mobile terminal, and the present disclosure includes:
step S401: receiving an updated online document sent by a server, wherein the updated online document is obtained by updating the online document according to editing information input by each first user after the server receives the editing information sent by at least one first terminal device, the editing information is input by the first user of the first terminal through the online document, and target position information of each editing information in the online document has a corresponding relation with a user identifier of each first user;
step S402: receiving interactive information which is input by a second user based on an updated online document and aims at target editing information, sending the interactive information and the target position information of the target editing information to a server, so that the server determines a user identifier of a target first user corresponding to the target editing information according to the target position information of the target editing information and the corresponding relation between the target position information and the user identifier, and sends corresponding interactive prompt information to first terminal equipment of the target first user, wherein the interactive prompt information corresponding to the target first user is generated based on the interactive information of the target editing information corresponding to the target first user.
It should be noted that the method shown in this embodiment is substantially the same as the method shown in fig. 1 in the foregoing, and the difference is only that the method shown in fig. 1 is described with a server as an execution subject of the method, and the method shown in this embodiment is described with a second terminal device of a second user as an execution subject of the method. Therefore, the method, the scheme of the alternative embodiment and the generated technical effect shown in the present embodiment may specifically refer to the description of the method shown in fig. 1 and the scheme in the alternative embodiment, which are not described herein again.
Referring to fig. 5, a scheme of the embodiment of the present disclosure is described from the perspective of a terminal device corresponding to a first user, a server, and a terminal device corresponding to a second user:
step S501: the method comprises the steps that a first terminal device receives editing information input by a first user through an online document;
step S502: the first terminal equipment sends the editing information to a server;
step S503: the server updates the online document according to the editing information;
step S504: the server sends the updated online document to the second terminal equipment;

It should be noted that the method shown in the present embodiment is substantially the same as the method shown in fig. 1, fig. 3, and fig. 4, and therefore, the method shown in the present embodiment and the technical effects thereof can be referred to the description of the corresponding method schemes in the foregoing, and are not repeated herein.
Fig. 6 is a schematic structural diagram of an interactive prompt information sending apparatus for an online document according to another embodiment of the present disclosure, and as shown in fig. 6, the apparatus according to the embodiment of the present disclosure may include:
a first receiving module 601, configured to receive edit information sent by at least one first terminal device, where the edit information is input by a first user of the first terminal through an online document, and target location information of each edit information in the online document has a corresponding relationship with a user identifier of each first user;
an updating module 602, configured to update the online document according to editing information input by each first user;
a first sending module 603, configured to send the updated online document to at least one second terminal device;
a second receiving module 604, configured to receive interaction information for at least one target editing information and target position information of at least one target editing information, which are sent by any second terminal device, where the interaction information is input by a second user of the second terminal device through an updated online document;

the first transceiving module 701 is configured to receive editing information input by a first user through an online document, and send the editing information to a server, so that the server updates the online document according to the editing information input by the first user, and sends the updated online document to at least one second terminal device, where position information of the editing information in the online document has a corresponding relationship with a user identifier of the first user;
a second transceiver module 702, configured to receive an interaction prompt message sent by a server according to a user identifier of a first user;
the interaction prompt information is generated based on the interaction information after the server receives the interaction information aiming at the editing information sent by any second terminal equipment, and the interaction information is input by a second user of the second terminal equipment through the updated online document.
Fig. 8 is a schematic structural diagram of an interactive prompt information sending apparatus for an online document according to another embodiment of the present disclosure, and as shown in fig. 8, the apparatus according to the embodiment of the present disclosure may include:
the first transceiving module 801 is configured to receive an updated online document sent by a server, where the updated online document is obtained by updating the online document according to editing information input by each first user after the server receives editing information sent by at least one first terminal device, where the editing information is input by the first user of the first terminal through the online document, and target location information of each piece of editing information in the online document has a corresponding relationship with a user identifier of each first user;
the second transceiver module 802 is configured to receive interaction information, which is input by a second user based on an updated online document and is directed to a target editing information, send the interaction information and target location information of the target editing information to the server, so that the server determines a user identifier of a target first user corresponding to the target editing information according to the target location information of the target editing information and a corresponding relationship between the target location information and the user identifier, and sends corresponding interaction prompt information to the first terminal device of the target first user, where the interaction prompt information corresponding to the target first user is generated based on the interaction information of the target editing information corresponding to the target first user.
Referring now to fig. 9, a schematic diagram of an electronic device (e.g., the server in fig. 1, the terminal device in fig. 3, the terminal device in fig. 4) 600 suitable for implementing embodiments of the present disclosure is shown. The terminal device in the embodiments of the present disclosure may include, but is not limited to, a mobile terminal such as a mobile phone, a notebook computer, a digital broadcast receiver, a PDA (personal digital assistant), a PAD (tablet computer), a PMP (portable multimedia player), a vehicle terminal (e.g., a car navigation terminal), and the like, and a stationary terminal such as a digital TV, a desktop computer, and the like. The electronic device shown in fig. 9 is only an example, and should not bring any limitation to the functions and the scope of use of the embodiments of the present disclosure.
The electronic device includes: a memory and a processor, wherein the processor may be referred to as the processing device 601 hereinafter, and the memory may include at least one of a Read Only Memory (ROM)602, a Random Access Memory (RAM)603 and a storage device 608 hereinafter, which are specifically shown as follows:
as shown in fig. 9, electronic device 600 may include a processing means (e.g., central processing unit, graphics processor, etc.) 601 that may perform various appropriate actions and processes in accordance with a program stored in a Read Only Memory (ROM)602 or a program loaded from a storage means 608 into a Random Access Memory (RAM) 603. In the RAM 603, various programs and data necessary for the operation of the electronic apparatus 600 are also stored. The processing device 601, the ROM 602, and the RAM 603 are connected to each other via a bus 604. An input/output (I/O) interface 605 is also connected to bus 604.
Generally, the following devices may be connected to the I/O interface 605: input devices 606 including, for example, a touch screen, touch pad, keyboard, mouse, camera, microphone, accelerometer, gyroscope, etc.; output devices 607 including, for example, a Liquid Crystal Display (LCD), a speaker, a vibrator, and the like; storage 608 including, for example, tape, hard disk, etc.; and a communication device 609. The communication means 609 may allow the electronic device 600 to communicate with other devices wirelessly or by wire to exchange data. While fig. 9 illustrates an electronic device 600 having various means, it is to be understood that not all illustrated means are required to be implemented or provided. More or fewer devices may alternatively be implemented or provided.
In particular, according to an embodiment of the present disclosure, the processes described above with reference to the flowcharts may be implemented as computer software programs. For example, embodiments of the present disclosure include a computer program product comprising a computer program carried on a non-transitory computer readable medium, the computer program containing program code for performing the method illustrated by the flow chart. In such an embodiment, the computer program may be downloaded and installed from a network via the communication means 609, or may be installed from the storage means 608, or may be installed from the ROM 602. The computer program, when executed by the processing device 601, performs the above-described functions defined in the methods of the embodiments of the present disclosure.
It should be noted that the computer readable medium in the present disclosure can be a computer readable signal medium or a computer readable storage medium or any combination of the two. A computer readable storage medium may be, for example, but not limited to, an electronic, magnetic, optical, electromagnetic, infrared, or semiconductor system, apparatus, or device, or any combination of the foregoing. Computer program code for carrying out operations for the present disclosure may be written in any combination of one or more programming languages, including but not limited to an object oriented programming language such as Java, Smalltalk, C + +, and conventional procedural programming languages, such as the "C" programming language or similar programming languages. receiving edit information sent by at least one first terminal device, wherein the edit information is input by a first user of the first terminal through an online document, and target position information of each edit information in the online document has a corresponding relation with a user identifier of each first user;
updating the online document according to the editing information input by each first user;
sending the updated online document to at least one second terminal device;
receiving interaction information aiming at least one target editing information and target position information of at least one target editing information sent by any second terminal equipment, wherein the interaction information is input by a second user of the second terminal equipment through an updated online document;
determining the user identification of each target first user corresponding to at least one target editing information according to the target position information of at least one target editing information and the corresponding relation between the target position information and the user identification;
and generating interaction prompt information corresponding to the target first users based on the interaction information aiming at each target editing information, and respectively sending the interaction prompt information corresponding to each target first user to the first terminal equipment of each target first user.

Optionally, the method further comprises at least one of: if the specified user participating in the interaction exists in the interaction information aiming at the target editing information, sending interaction prompt information aiming at the interaction information of the target editing information to the specified user participating in the interaction;
and sending the interactive prompt information to a user which is preset by a second user and receives the interactive prompt information.
Optionally, before the interactive prompt information corresponding to each target first user is respectively sent to the first terminal device of each target first user, the method further includes:

the updating module is used for updating the online document according to the editing information input by each first user;
the first sending module is used for sending the updated online document to at least one second terminal device;

the fifth sending module is used for sending notification information of the interaction prompt information to be sent to each target first user to any second terminal equipment;
when the second sending module sends the interaction prompt information corresponding to each target first user to the first terminal device of each target first user, the second sending module is specifically configured to:
and if a withdrawal instruction which is sent by any second terminal equipment and is input by the second user based on the notification information is not received within the preset time length, respectively sending interaction prompt information corresponding to each target first user to the first terminal equipment of each target first user.
According to one or more embodiments of the present disclosure, there is provided an interactive prompt information transmitting apparatus for an online document, including:
the first transceiving module is used for receiving editing information input by a first user through an online document, sending the editing information to the server, so that the server can update the online document according to the editing information input by the first user, and send the updated online document to at least one second terminal device, wherein the position information of the editing information in the online document has a corresponding relation with the user identifier of the first user;
the second transceiver module is used for receiving the interaction prompt information sent by the server according to the user identification of the first user;
the interaction prompt information is generated based on the interaction information after the server receives the interaction information aiming at the editing information sent by any second terminal equipment, and the interaction information is input by a second user of the second terminal equipment through the updated online document.
According to one or more embodiments of the present disclosure, there is provided an interactive prompt information transmitting apparatus for an online document, including:
the first transceiving module is used for receiving an updated online document sent by the server, and the updated online document is obtained by updating the online document according to the editing information input by each first user after the server receives the editing information sent by at least one first terminal device, wherein the editing information is input by the first user of the first terminal through the online document, and the target position information of each editing information in the online document has a corresponding relation with the user identifier of each first user;
the second transceiving module is used for receiving interaction information which is input by a second user based on an updated online document and aims at target editing information, sending the interaction information and the target position information of the target editing information to the server, so that the server determines a user identifier of a target first user corresponding to the target editing information according to the target position information of the target editing information and the corresponding relation between the target position information and the user identifier, and sends corresponding interaction prompt information to first terminal equipment of the target first user, wherein the interaction prompt information corresponding to the target first user is generated based on the interaction information of the target editing information corresponding to the target first user.

Claims (12)

1. An interactive prompt message sending method for an online document is characterized by comprising the following steps:
receiving edit information sent by at least one first terminal device, wherein the edit information is input by a first user of the first terminal through an online document, and target position information of each edit information in the online document has a corresponding relation with a user identifier of each first user;
updating the online document according to the editing information input by each first user;
sending the updated online document to at least one second terminal device;
receiving interaction information aiming at least one target editing information and target position information of the at least one target editing information, which are sent by any second terminal equipment, wherein the interaction information is input by a second user of the second terminal equipment through the updated online document;
determining the user identifier of each target first user corresponding to the at least one target editing information according to the target position information of the at least one target editing information and the corresponding relation between the target position information and the user identifier;
and generating interaction prompt information corresponding to the target first users based on the interaction information aiming at each target editing information, and respectively sending the interaction prompt information corresponding to each target first user to the first terminal equipment of each target first user.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the interactive prompt message comprises at least one of:
the second user inputs a reminding message of the interactive information aiming at the target editing information;
target editing information, interactive information of the target editing information and target position information corresponding to the target editing information;
a document identification of the online document;
the address of the online document stored in the server.
3. The method according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the interaction information comprises at least one of:
comment information, subscription information, evaluation information, and update information.
4. The method of claim 3, further comprising at least one of: if the specified user participating in the interaction exists in the interaction information aiming at the target editing information, sending interaction prompt information aiming at the interaction information of the target editing information to the specified user participating in the interaction;
and sending the interaction prompt information to a user which is preset by a second user and receives the interaction prompt information.
5. The method according to claim 1 or 2, wherein before the step of sending the interaction prompt information corresponding to each target first user to the first terminal device of each target first user, the method further comprises:
sending notification information of the interaction prompt information to be sent to each target first user to any second terminal equipment;
the sending of the interaction prompt information corresponding to each target first user to the first terminal device of each target first user includes:
and if a withdrawal instruction which is sent by any second terminal equipment and is input by the second user based on the notification information is not received within a preset time length, respectively sending interaction prompt information corresponding to each target first user to the first terminal equipment of each target first user.
6. An interactive prompt message sending method for an online document is characterized by comprising the following steps:
receiving edit information input by a first user through an online document, sending the edit information to a server, so that the server updates the online document according to the edit information input by the first user, and sends the updated online document to at least one second terminal device, wherein position information of the edit information in the online document has a corresponding relation with a user identifier of the first user;
receiving interaction prompt information sent by the server according to the user identification of the first user;
the interaction prompt information is generated based on interaction information after the server receives the interaction information aiming at the editing information sent by any second terminal equipment, and the interaction information is input by a second user of the second terminal equipment through the updated online document.
7. An interactive prompt message sending method for an online document is characterized by comprising the following steps:
receiving an updated online document sent by a server, wherein the updated online document is obtained by updating the online document according to editing information input by each first user after the server receives editing information sent by at least one first terminal device, the editing information is input by the first user of the first terminal through the online document, and target position information of each editing information in the online document has a corresponding relation with a user identifier of each first user;
receiving interaction information which is input by a second user based on the updated online document and aims at target editing information, sending the interaction information and the target position information of the target editing information to the server, so that the server determines the user identification of a target first user corresponding to the target editing information according to the target position information of the target editing information and the corresponding relation between the target position information and the user identification, and sends corresponding interaction prompt information to first terminal equipment of the target first user, wherein the interaction prompt information corresponding to the target first user is generated based on the interaction information of the target editing information corresponding to the target first user.
8. An interactive prompt message sending device for an online document, comprising:
the first receiving module is used for receiving editing information sent by at least one first terminal device, wherein the editing information is input by a first user of the first terminal through an online document, and target position information of each piece of editing information in the online document has a corresponding relation with a user identifier of each first user;
the updating module is used for updating the online document according to the editing information input by each first user;
the first sending module is used for sending the updated online document to at least one second terminal device;
the second receiving module is used for receiving interaction information aiming at least one piece of target editing information and target position information of the at least one piece of target editing information, which are sent by any second terminal equipment, wherein the interaction information is input by a second user of the second terminal equipment through the updated online document;
the determining module is used for determining the user identifier of each target first user corresponding to the at least one target editing information according to the target position information of the at least one target editing information and the corresponding relation between the target position information and the user identifier;
and the second sending module is used for generating interaction prompt information corresponding to the target first users based on the interaction information aiming at each target editing information, and respectively sending the interaction prompt information corresponding to each target first user to the first terminal equipment of each target first user.
9. An interactive prompt message sending device for an online document, comprising:
the first transceiving module is used for receiving editing information input by a first user through an online document, and sending the editing information to a server, so that the server can update the online document according to the editing information input by the first user, and send the updated online document to at least one second terminal device, wherein the position information of the editing information in the online document has a corresponding relation with a user identifier of the first user;
the second transceiver module is used for receiving the interaction prompt information sent by the server according to the user identifier of the first user;
the interaction prompt information is generated based on interaction information after the server receives the interaction information aiming at the editing information sent by any second terminal equipment, and the interaction information is input by a second user of the second terminal equipment through the updated online document.
10. An interactive prompt message sending device for an online document, comprising:
the first transceiving module is used for receiving an updated online document sent by a server, wherein the updated online document is obtained by updating the online document according to editing information input by each first user after the server receives editing information sent by at least one first terminal device, the editing information is input by the first user of the first terminal through the online document, and target position information of each piece of editing information in the online document has a corresponding relation with a user identifier of each first user;
and the second transceiver module is used for receiving interaction information which is input by a second user based on the updated online document and aims at one target editing information, sending the interaction information and the target position information of the target editing information to the server, so that the server determines the user identifier of the target first user corresponding to the target editing information according to the target position information of the target editing information and the corresponding relation between the target position information and the user identifier, and sends corresponding interaction prompt information to the first terminal equipment of the target first user, wherein the interaction prompt information corresponding to the target first user is generated based on the interaction information of the target editing information corresponding to the target first user.
11. An electronic device, comprising:
the electronic device comprises a memory and a processor;
the memory has stored therein a computer program;
the processor, when running the computer program, is configured to perform the method of any of claims 1-7.
12. A computer-readable medium, on which a computer program is stored which, when being executed by a processor, carries out the method of any one of claims 1 to 7.
