Technical Field
The invention relates to an arrangement method of an elevator with a machine room.
Background
The arrangement of components in an elevator machine room or machine equipment room is one of the keys of elevator design, and is always an important factor in the design of the whole elevator in relation to the overall structure of the elevator and the utilization rate of building space. In a conventional elevator with a machine room, the area of the elevator machine room must be greater than or equal to the cross-sectional area of the elevator hoistway. In the elevator machine room are arranged hoisting machines, hoisting machine frames, damping elements, machine beams or similar support elements, car-side rope end connections, counterweight-side rope end connections and speed limiters. These components require space to be taken up in the elevator machine room and space must be reserved between the individual components for safety, installation and maintenance. To meet these requirements, the layout and size of the elevator machine room are limited. Especially, under the condition that the space of the elevator machine room is limited, the space in the elevator machine room is too small, and even the whole elevator structure cannot be arranged, so that the requirements of related maintenance and installation space in the national standard are difficult to meet.

Detailed Description
Fig. 1 shows a perspective view of an elevator with a machine room according to the invention. A machine room elevator according to the invention has an elevator machine room 10 and an elevator hoistway 20. An elevator machine room 10 is disposed above an elevator hoistway 20. A machine room elevator according to the present invention includes at least a traction machine assembly, a governor assembly, a counterweight-side rope end termination assembly, and a car-side rope end termination assembly. The traction machine assembly has at least a traction machine 1 and a traction machine supporting device 2. The governor assembly has at least a governor 5 and a governor support 6. The opposite-heavy-side rope end termination assembly has at least a heavy-side rope end termination 3 and a heavy-side rope end termination support 4. The car-side rope termination assembly has at least a car-side rope termination 7 and a car-side rope termination support 8. In fig. 1, the hoisting machine assembly and counterweight-side rope termination assembly are arranged in the elevator machine room 1, while the governor assembly and car-side rope termination assembly are arranged in the top area 21 of the elevator hoistway 20. The traction machine assembly, the counterweight-side rope end termination assembly, the governor assembly, and the car-side rope end termination assembly may be arranged in any manner known to those skilled in the art as long as the normal operation of the elevator with a machine room according to the present invention is not affected. As can be seen in fig. 1, the area of the elevator machine room 10 is smaller than the cross-sectional area of the elevator hoistway 20. In particular, the area of the elevator machine room 10 may be less than seventy percent of the cross-sectional area of the elevator hoistway 20.
Fig. 2 presents a top view of the elevator machine room 10 and the top area 21 of the elevator shaft 20 of a machine room elevator according to the invention. As can be seen from fig. 2, the hoisting machine assembly and the counterweight-side rope termination assembly are disposed on one side of the machine room elevator according to the invention, and the governor assembly and the car-side rope termination assembly are disposed on the side opposite to the one side of the machine room elevator according to the invention.
Fig. 3-16 show views in sections a-a and B-B of fig. 1, according to embodiments of the present invention.
According to the embodiment of fig. 3, a hoisting machine assembly, a speed limiter assembly and a car-side rope termination assembly are arranged in the elevator machine room 10, and a counterweight-side rope termination assembly is arranged in the top area 21 of the elevator hoistway 20.
