Abstract
The invention relates to a sealed waterproof system which comprises a silent compressor, an air storage device, a compressed air pressure equalizing device, a movable inflation pipeline, an automatic telescopic air supply pipeline, a compressed air pipeline quick assembly device, a driving chain device, a driving motor, a driving mechanism, a following movable drag chain and a pipe bundle. The invention relates to a sealing device capable of efficiently preventing water from entering a bogie wheel pair gear box of various railway track traffics during cleaning. According to the requirements of the vehicle bogie wheel pair cleaning process, when the wheel pair is disassembled and cleaned, the rapid protection connection can be carried out on the gear box through the compressed air pipeline quick assembly device, and the wheel pair moving state can still carry out good sealing on the wheel pair when the wheel pair is cleaned by combining the compressed air pressure equalizing device, the movable inflation pipeline and the automatic telescopic air supply pipeline, so that cleaning water is prevented from entering the gear box, and the requirements of the vehicle bogie wheel pair on the cleaning protection of the gear box can be met.

Technical Field
The system is suitable for cleaning the bogie wheel pair gear box of various railway track traffic vehicles before component assembly, and cleaning and protecting operation in the overhaul process and before assembly. The proposal of the device can better realize the sealing between the relative rotation parts when cleaning, prevent the cleaning liquid from entering the gear box when cleaning by jet flow, and has clear principle and reliable effect. The hidden danger of adopting jet flow to clean the wheel set is eliminated, and the road is paved by using the technology.
Background
The wheel set of the train is an important component, ensures the running state of the wheel set to be intact, is vital to the safe running of the train, and because the wheel set runs in the open environment for a long time, the outside of the wheel set is full of dirt, and because of long-term meshing of a transmission gear, small scrap iron and lubrication are also generated and mixed and adhere to the surface of the gear, so that the abrasion is aggravated, and the transmission quality is influenced.

Because the outer edge surface of the gear box is in a negative complex shape, the gear box can only be washed by a water jet method, and the design operation finds that when the outer surface of the gear box is washed by the water jet, washing liquid enters the interior of the gear box through the rotating surface of the shaft and is mixed with lubricating oil in the interior.
Since the cleaning liquid is usually alkaline, if the cleaning liquid cannot be completely removed after being mixed into the gear box, the cleaning liquid corrodes the surface of the gear, thereby bringing troubles to subsequent operations. Meanwhile, the cleaning agent is water-based, and if the cleaning agent is not cleaned completely, the cleaning agent can be frozen when the outdoor temperature is low, and the cleaning agent further becomes an obstacle to the running of gears and bearings.
In order to avoid the occurrence of the consequences, when dirt on the outer side of the gear box is cleaned, a full-manual mode is adopted, time and labor are wasted, cost is high, and sometimes when jet flow cleaning is needed, cleaning pressure is reduced, and cleaning effect is influenced inevitably. The part 1 in the figure is an air storage device, and in consideration of the small size of an oil outlet of a gear box, compressed air with normal pressure is used as a blocking medium, and the situation that the blocking pressure is insufficient due to limited air inflow can occur, so that the problem can be solved by increasing the pressure of the compressed air. The method for increasing the pressure of the compressed air can adopt a special compressor or a pressurizing method, and the purpose of arranging the air storage tank is to reduce the influence on other air using structures during plugging.
The second part is an air charging device which consists of a movable air charging pipeline and an air supply pipeline with a telescopic function. The air supply line can be accessed from above the wheel pair, as shown in the figure, or from the track, and the principle is to avoid interference with other structures. However, when accessing from below, the supply lines disconnected in the removal position have to be manually pulled back into the access position due to limited space, in particular to prevent the pit from causing any possible obstruction to the movement of the lines.

The sealing system for preventing water inflow in cleaning a wheel-to-gear box of a vehicle bogie as claimed in claim 1, wherein the inflating device is a movable inflating pipeline and an automatic telescopic gas pipeline, and the moving state of the wheel-to-gear box in the cleaning process and the accompanying and continuous operation of the gas pipeline can be satisfied.
4. The system as claimed in claim 1, wherein the system includes a compressed air line quick mount for quick snap-fitting engagement with an oil inlet port on the gearbox.
5. A sealing system for preventing water ingress during cleaning of a wheel-to-gear box of a vehicle bogie as claimed in claim 1 wherein the system is provided with drive train means to smoothly move the wheel-pair from each station to the next station.
