Detailed Description
The preferred embodiments of the present invention will be described in conjunction with the accompanying drawings, and it will be understood that they are described herein for the purpose of illustration and explanation and not limitation.
In the related art, only one indoor unit located in the entrance doorway is needed in a living room, and a user can answer an entrance guard call only by walking to the entrance doorway, so that the operation is inconvenient. There is also a possibility that calls are made to both the indoor unit and the bound mobile terminal, causing interference to multiple users and wasting communication resources.
In order to solve the above problem, an embodiment of the present invention first determines whether a user exists in a residential room, and determines response processing of an indoor unit or a mobile terminal according to the presence of the user. So as to reduce the interference to the mobile terminal and save network resources.
Referring to fig. 1, the method for controlling an entrance guard call in this embodiment includes:
step 101: and receiving an entrance guard calling request sent by the entrance machine.
Step 102: and determining the associated indoor intelligent equipment according to the access control calling request.
Step 103: and sending an instruction command for acquiring the human body information to the associated indoor intelligent equipment.
Step 104: and receiving feedback information about the human body information sent by the associated indoor intelligent equipment.
Step 105: and when receiving a feedback message which is sent by at least one indoor intelligent device in the associated indoor intelligent devices and indicates that the human body information exists, forwarding an entrance guard calling request to the at least one indoor intelligent device.
The present embodiment may be implemented by a central control device. The central control device may be a cloud server, or a central control device located in a unit building, or a dedicated central control device located in a living room, or some indoor intelligent device located in the living room. The cloud server can be responsible for access control call control of the whole network. A central control device located within a building unit may be responsible for access call control for each room within the building unit. The special central control equipment positioned in the living room or certain indoor intelligent equipment positioned in the living room is responsible for the entrance guard call control of the living room.
The entrance machine in this embodiment may be located outside a doorway of a residential area, or may be located outside a unit door of an entire building, or outside a door of a living room of a user, and is an entrance calling device for a foreign person.
If the door phone is located outside a cell door or outside a unit door of the whole building, the door call request includes house number information and also can include building number information, and the central control equipment needs to determine the associated indoor intelligent equipment according to the house number information. If the door phone is positioned outside the door of the living room of the user, the door phone is only related to one living room of the user, and the central control device can directly determine the associated indoor intelligent device.
The indoor intelligent equipment is various equipment with entrance guard response function in a user room door, and can be an entrance guard indoor machine, an intelligent television, an intelligent router, a mobile terminal and the like, and the intelligent equipment such as the intelligent television, the intelligent router and the like can have the entrance guard response function after entrance guard application software is installed. The indoor intelligent equipment can select equipment which is located in a user room, is not frequently moved in position, has a communication function and has an access response function. There may be one or more indoor smart devices in the room. These indoor intelligent devices can be dispersed throughout the living room.
In this embodiment, the human body information may be whole human body information (e.g., whole human body shape information), or local human body information (e.g., human face information), and the information that can identify the existence of a human body belongs to the human body information in this embodiment, such as infrared thermal information of a human body, or image feature information of a human body.
In this embodiment, after receiving the instruction command for acquiring the human body information, the indoor intelligent device starts to perform human body detection in various ways. In the first mode, the human body information is acquired through an infrared scanning mode. And then judge whether someone, to the central control equipment feedback shows whether someone feedback message. Or sending a feedback message containing the infrared scanning information to the central control equipment, and judging whether a person exists by the central control equipment. And in the second mode, the surrounding environment is shot through the camera to obtain an image, human body characteristic analysis is carried out on the human body, whether a person exists is further judged, and a feedback message indicating whether the person exists is fed back to the central control equipment. Or sending a feedback message containing the image to the central control equipment, and judging whether the person is present by the central control equipment. Other methods for human body detection are also available, and are all suitable for the embodiment.
After the central control device receives the feedback message sent by the indoor intelligent devices, since there may be a plurality of indoor intelligent devices, which indoor intelligent device detects a person, that is, feeds back a message indicating that there is human body information, and then the central control device forwards the access control call request to which indoor intelligent device. Therefore, the possibility of obtaining the user response is higher, and the user response is closer to the user, so that the user operation is convenient.
The access control calling request sent by the central control device to the indoor intelligent device may not contain house number information, so as to reduce the complexity of analyzing the access control calling request by the network resource and the indoor intelligent device.
After receiving the access control calling request, the indoor intelligent device can prompt the user in modes of ringing and the like, and can play audio and video acquired by the door phone to the user. Through the operation of the user on the indoor intelligent equipment, the indoor intelligent equipment can respond to the entrance guard call, and generates and sends a response message to the central control equipment. For example, a control command indicating that the door is opened is sent, for example, voice or video of the user is acquired and sent to the door phone through the central control device.
Optionally, when receiving feedback messages indicating that human body information exists and sent by at least two of the associated indoor smart devices, the method further includes: step a 1-step a 2.
Step A1: and acquiring at least two pieces of identity information corresponding to the at least two pieces of human body information.
Step A2: and determining the indoor intelligent equipment corresponding to the identity information with the highest priority according to the priorities corresponding to the at least two identity information.
The step 105 comprises: step a 3.
Step A3: and forwarding the access control calling request to the indoor intelligent equipment corresponding to the identity information with the highest priority.
The central control device may receive a result that all of the plurality of indoor intelligent devices detect the presence of a person, and then, which indoor intelligent device is selected as the response device may have a plurality of processing modes. The present embodiment selects the responding indoor smart device according to the priority of the identity information of the user. For example, the identity information may be divided into an administrator and a general user, with the administrator having a higher priority than the general user. And when the user with the administrator identity in the room is detected, the entrance guard calling request is preferentially forwarded to the indoor intelligent device with the administrator identity detected.
When the identity information is acquired, the acquired image can be subjected to face recognition and the like by the central control equipment or the indoor intelligent equipment so as to acquire the identity information of the user. Wherein, the corresponding relation between the human face characteristics and the identity information is pre-stored.
Optionally, when receiving feedback messages indicating that human body information exists and sent by at least two of the associated indoor smart devices, the method further includes: step B1-step B2.
Step B1: and acquiring at least two pieces of distance information corresponding to the at least two pieces of human body information.
Step B2: and determining the indoor intelligent equipment corresponding to the shortest distance information in the at least two pieces of distance information.
The step 105 comprises: step B3.
Step B3: and forwarding the access control calling request to the indoor intelligent equipment corresponding to the shortest distance information.
The embodiment selects the responding indoor intelligent device according to the distance from the user to the indoor intelligent device. The closer the user is, the more suitable the indoor intelligent equipment is to be controlled, and the influence on the user is small.
When the distance information is acquired, the indoor intelligent equipment can acquire the distance information through an infrared distance measuring technology, or the image is analyzed through shooting the focal length and the size and the position of the human body in the image so as to acquire the distance information. And sends the distance information to the central control device. Or the infrared scanning information, the image and other related information are sent to the central control device, and the central control device analyzes and obtains the distance information.
When receiving feedback messages indicating that human body information exists, which are sent by at least two of the associated indoor intelligent devices, there may be other ways to select the indoor intelligent device from them, which are all suitable for this embodiment.
Optionally, the method further includes: step C1-step C2.
Step C1: and sending an instruction command for acquiring the equipment state to the associated indoor intelligent equipment.
Step C2: and receiving a feedback message about the equipment state sent by the associated indoor intelligent equipment.
The step 105 comprises: step C3.
Step C3: and when receiving a feedback message which is sent by at least one indoor intelligent device in the associated indoor intelligent devices and indicates that the human body information exists, and receiving a feedback message which is sent by the at least one indoor intelligent device and indicates the working state, forwarding an entrance guard calling request to the at least one indoor intelligent device.
In this embodiment, a user may set device states for the indoor intelligent devices in advance, including a working state and a sleep state, for example, a certain indoor intelligent device is in the working state in a first time period, and is in the sleep state in a second time period. For example, the indoor smart device located in the bedroom can be set to be in a dormant state in the rest time that the user is accustomed to, so that the user is less disturbed. Therefore, in this embodiment, when the device state of the indoor smart device is the working state, it indicates that the indoor smart device is suitable for receiving the response operation of the user, and will not cause much interference to the user. And when the indoor intelligent equipment in the working state detects the human body information, forwarding an entrance guard calling request to the at least one indoor intelligent equipment, namely, selecting the at least one indoor intelligent equipment as the indoor intelligent equipment suitable for receiving response.
Step C1 and step C2 may be performed before step 103 or after step 103. The instruction command for acquiring the equipment state and the instruction command for acquiring the human body information may be the same command or different commands.
When a feedback message indicating a sleep state sent by the at least one indoor smart device is received, there may be a plurality of processing manners, as described below.
Optionally, the method further includes: step D1 or step D2.
Step D1: and when a feedback message which is sent by the at least one indoor intelligent device and represents a dormant state is received, shielding the forwarding of the access control call request to the at least one indoor intelligent device.
The present embodiment is adapted to perform step C1 and step C2 after or in synchronization with step 103, and block forwarding of the entrance guard call request to the at least one indoor smart device when receiving the feedback message indicating the sleep status sent by the at least one indoor smart device. That is, even if the indoor smart device detects a person, as long as the indoor smart device is in a dormant state, the forwarding of the entrance guard call request to the indoor smart device is blocked, so that the indoor smart device does not participate in the response. The judgment level equivalent to the device state is higher than the judgment level of the human body information detection.
Step D2: when a feedback message which is sent by the at least one indoor intelligent device and represents a sleep state is received, an indication command for obtaining human body information sent to the at least one indoor intelligent device is shielded.
The embodiment is suitable for executing steps C1 and C2 before step 103, and when receiving the feedback message indicating the sleep state sent by the at least one indoor smart device, blocking sending the instruction command for acquiring the human body information to the at least one indoor smart device. That is, the indoor smart device in the sleep state may not participate in the detection of the human body information. The judgment level equivalent to the device state is higher than the judgment level of the human body information detection.
Alternatively, the step 105 comprises: step D3.
Step D3: when receiving the feedback message which is sent by the at least one indoor intelligent device and represents the dormancy state, only receiving the feedback message which is sent by the at least one indoor intelligent device and represents the existence of the human body information, and forwarding the access control calling request to the at least one indoor intelligent device.
In this embodiment, if only one indoor smart device detects a user, even if the indoor smart device is in a sleep state, the access control call request is forwarded to the indoor smart device. The possibility that the user misses the entrance guard call is reduced, and the purpose of timely informing the user is achieved. The judgment level equivalent to the device state is lower than the judgment level of the human body information detection.
Optionally, the method further includes: step E1.
Step E1: and when the feedback message which is sent by the associated indoor intelligent equipment and indicates that the human body information exists is not received, forwarding the access control calling request to the preset default indoor intelligent equipment.
In this embodiment, when the feedback message indicating that the human body information exists, which is sent by the associated indoor intelligent device, is not received, all indoor intelligent devices may not detect the user, and the feedback message indicating that the human body information does not exist is sent, which indicates that no person exists in the living room, and the access control call request may not be forwarded to any indoor intelligent device, and the feedback message indicating that no person exists in the living room may be sent to the door phone.
