In the fabric moving process, the first pressing roller 5, the second pressing roller 6, the first ironing roller 8 and the second ironing roller 9 are all driven by the motor 14 to rotate, so that the fabric can be assisted to move towards the winding shaft 2, resistance and friction of the fabric in moving are small, and the fabric is not easy to wear. During the fabric moving, water in the water storage plates 29 at the upper end and the lower end is sprayed to the fabric through the water spraying holes 28, the subsequent wrinkle removal can be facilitated after the water is sprayed to the outside of the fabric, and the fabric can not be damaged after the ironing of the ironing plate layer 35. The fabric is firstly pressed by the first pressing roller 5 and the second pressing roller 6 and then ironed by the first ironing roller 8 and the second ironing roller 9, and wrinkles on the outer part of the fabric are ironed and removed.

A fabric wrinkle removing device for western-style clothes production is characterized by comprising an ironing mechanism, wherein the ironing mechanism is arranged at one end between two side plates (4), and a rolling mechanism is arranged between the other ends of the two side plates (4); the two side plates (4) are both arranged at the top of the frame (1), and one end of the top of the frame (1), which is close to the ironing mechanism, is rotatably provided with a winding roller (2);
ironing mechanism includes first ironing roller (8) and second ironing roller (9), rolling mechanism includes first compression roller (5) and second compression roller (6), first ironing roller (8) and first compression roller (5) rotate respectively and install both ends top between two curb plates (4), second ironing roller (9) and second compression roller (6) rotate respectively and install the below between two curb plates (4), the curb plate (4) and the junction of second ironing roller (9) and second compression roller (6) all are provided with mounting groove (10), the internally mounted of mounting groove (10) has sliding block (11) that can reciprocate, the both ends of second ironing roller (9) and second compression roller (6) all rotate with sliding block (11) of mounting groove (10) inside and install, the second ironing roller (9) is detachably connected with the sliding block (11), and the first ironing roller (8) is detachably mounted with the side plate (4);
the first ironing roller (8) and the second ironing roller (9) both comprise ironing plate layers (35), the ironing plate layers (35) are sleeved on the outer portion of the inner rod (34), an inflatable bag (36) is further sleeved between the outer portion of the inner rod (34) and the ironing plate layers (35), a plurality of third hydraulic columns (21) are further mounted between the outer portion of the inner rod (34) and the inflatable bag (36), one end, far away from the third hydraulic columns (21), of the inner rod (34) is connected with a push plate (22), and the push plate (22) can be in contact with the inner wall of the inflatable bag (36);
and a plurality of limiting mechanisms are arranged on one opposite side of the two side plates (4) at the same height.
2. Fabric wrinkle-removing device for western-style clothes production according to claim 1, characterized in that the bottom of the side plate (4) is fixedly connected with the top of the frame (1) through a bracket (3), and the winding roller (2) is installed below the ironing mechanism.

The fabric wrinkle removing device for western-style clothes production according to claim 1, wherein sliding grooves (12) are formed in two sides of the inside of the mounting groove (10) along the height direction, protruding heads (37) are connected to two ends of each sliding block (11), the protruding heads (37) are slidably mounted inside the sliding grooves (12), and a first hydraulic column (13) is vertically mounted between the bottom of each sliding block (11) and the bottom end of the inside of the mounting groove (10).

The fabric wrinkle removing device for western-style clothes production according to claim 1, wherein a moving hole (20) is formed in the joint of the sliding block (11) and the second ironing roller (9) and the joint of the side plate (4) and the first ironing roller (8), a connecting plate (16) is rotatably installed inside the moving hole (20), a motor (14) is installed on one side of the sliding block (11) and one side of the side plate (4), the output end of the motor (14) is connected with the connecting plate (16) through a rotating shaft (15), a sleeve (18) is connected to the connecting plate (16) far away from the rotating shaft (15), and a second hydraulic cylinder (17) is horizontally installed between the end of the sleeve (18) and the connecting plate (16).

step three: before the fabric moves, two side edges of the fabric are placed into the mounting frames (7) on the two sides, the electric sliding blocks (30) drive the rotating belts (27) to move along the sliding rails (33), the electric sliding blocks (30) simultaneously push the limiting plates (32) until the side edges of the fabric are in contact with the limiting plates (32), and the fabric is spread without stacking; the fourth hydraulic column (25) drives the transport frame (26) to move in the vertical direction, the upper rotating belt (27) and the lower rotating belt (27) are in contact with each other, the fabric is extruded in the middle, and the fabric is kept in a flat state in the moving process;
step four: in the fabric moving process, water in the water storage plates (29) at the upper end and the lower end is sprayed to the fabric through the water spraying holes (28), the fabric is firstly extruded by the first pressing roller (5) and the second pressing roller (6) and then ironed by the first ironing roller (8) and the second ironing roller (9), and wrinkles outside the fabric are ironed and removed;
