The processing apparatus for herbal pieces-for-chinese-medicine according to claim 1, wherein the rectangular frame has symmetrically disposed on the front and rear side walls thereof strip-shaped chutes, wherein the front and rear ends of the blade are disposed with projections adapted to be inserted into the strip-shaped chutes, the projections are mounted with bolts, the front and rear side walls of the rectangular frame are disposed with T-shaped grooves on the upper and lower sides of the strip-shaped chutes, and elastic washers are disposed between the T-shaped grooves and the bolts for positioning the blade by screwing the bolts.

The processing apparatus for herbal pieces-according to claim 1, wherein the drying mechanism comprises a second housing, a stirring rod rotatably mounted in the second housing, and a power mechanism mounted on the top end of the second housing for driving the stirring rod to work, wherein a heating plate is disposed on the inner wall of the second housing, a second feeding port and a second discharging port are correspondingly formed in the upper and lower ends of the second housing, a second air outlet is formed in the top end of the second housing, an air inlet is formed in a position close to the lower part of the side wall of the second housing, and a second fan is connected to the air inlet.

The processing apparatus for herbal pieces-according to claim 3, wherein said stirring rod comprises a first stirring rod and a plurality of second stirring rods uniformly arranged along the circumference of the first stirring rod, and a plurality of stirring blades are installed on said first stirring rod and said second stirring rod.

The processing apparatus as claimed in claim 3, wherein the second blower blows heated air into the second housing to form a laminar flow with a wind speed of 6m/s and a partial negative pressure of 20-35Pa, and the processed Chinese medicinal pieces are dried under the condition to reach a desired moisture content.

The processing apparatus of claim 1, wherein the first housing has a double-layered structure comprising an inner housing and an outer housing, the inner housing has a plurality of through holes, and the air outlet of the first fan is connected to the cavity formed between the inner housing and the outer housing.
