Abstract
The invention discloses a surface polishing device for an inner container of a pressure cooker, wherein a vessel is provided with an upward opening, and magnetorheological polishing liquid is placed in the vessel; the sucker is positioned right above the vessel; the magnetic field generator and the driving device are both located under the vessel, the driving device comprises a first driving motor, a rotating disk, second driving motors and a U-shaped frame, the rotating disk is fixed on the first driving motor, the second driving motors are fixed on the rotating disk, the U-shaped frame is fixed on a motor shaft of each second driving motor, and the magnetic field generator is fixed at the top of the U-shaped frame. The invention has the advantages that: the magnetic field generator is used for changing the form of the magnetorheological polishing solution, the magnetorheological polishing solution is converted into a solid polishing column by the change of a magnetic field, the inner container is polished, the form of the magnetorheological polishing solution above the magnetic field generator is continuously changed, the inner surface of the inner container is comprehensively polished, and the polishing effect with higher precision can be realized because the polishing granularity of the magnetorheological polishing solution is smaller.

The invention relates to a surface polishing device for an inner container of a pressure cooker.
Background
The pressure cooker is a common electrical appliance in a kitchen of people, serves as an important original inner container in the pressure cooker, has higher requirement on the polishing precision of the inner surface of the pressure cooker, is uniform in coating film in subsequent work, is favorable for heating food materials, adopts manual polishing or abrasive paper polishing of a machine in the conventional polishing mode, is too low in polishing precision and cannot meet the design requirement of the inner container, and therefore the polishing precision of the inner wall of the inner container is urgently required to be improved.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a surface polishing device for an inner container of a pressure cooker, which can effectively solve the problem that the surface polishing precision of the inner container of the pressure cooker is too low.
In order to solve the technical problems, the invention is realized by the following technical scheme: the polishing device for the surface of the inner container of the pressure cooker comprises a vessel, magnetorheological polishing liquid, a sucker, a magnetic field generator and a driving device, wherein the vessel is provided with an upward opening, and the magnetorheological polishing liquid is placed in the vessel;
the sucker is positioned right above the vessel and used for sucking the bottom of the inner container to enable the opening of the inner container to face the vessel;
the magnetic field generator and the driving device are located under the vessel, the driving device comprises a first driving motor, a rotating disk, at least two second driving motors and a U-shaped frame, the rotating disk is fixed on a motor shaft of the first driving motor, the second driving motors are fixed on the rotating disk, each U-shaped frame is fixed on a motor shaft of each second driving motor, and the magnetic field generator is fixed at the top of each U-shaped frame.
Preferably, burnishing device still includes third driving motor, third driving motor fixes on the fixed plate, third driving motor's motor shaft and sucking disc fixed connection drive the inner bag through third driving motor and also rotate, further promote the high effect of polishing, shorten the polishing time.
Preferably, the magnetorheological polishing liquid consists of polishing particles, magnetorheological fluid and polishing needles, the magnetorheological fluid is changed into a solid state under the action of a magnetic field, so that the polishing particles and the polishing needles are fixed, and the polishing particles and the polishing needles can realize different polishing effects.

Compared with the prior art, the invention has the advantages that: the magnetorheological polishing solution is contained in a vessel with an upward opening, the bottom of an inner container to be polished is sucked by a sucker and reversely buckled in the vessel, the form of the magnetorheological polishing solution is changed by a magnetic field generator, the magnetorheological polishing solution is converted into a solid polishing column by the change of a magnetic field, the inner container is polished, meanwhile, the first driving motor and the second driving motor can drive the magnetic field generator to rotate, the form of the magnetorheological polishing solution above the magnetic field generator is continuously changed, the inner surface of the inner container is comprehensively polished, and the polishing effect with higher precision can be realized because the polishing granularity of the magnetorheological polishing solution is smaller.

the sucker 3 is positioned right above the vessel 1 and is used for sucking the bottom of the inner container 5 to enable the opening of the inner container 5 to face the vessel 1;
The magnetorheological polishing solution 2 is contained in the vessel 1 with the upward opening, the bottom of the liner 5 to be polished is sucked by the sucking disc 3 and reversely buckled in the vessel 1, the form of the magnetorheological polishing solution 2 is changed by the magnetic field generator 4, so that the magnetorheological polishing solution 2 is converted into the solid polishing column 12 by the change of the magnetic field, the liner 5 is polished, meanwhile, the magnetic field generator 4 is driven by the first driving motor 6 and the second driving motor 8 to rotate, the form of the magnetorheological polishing solution 2 above the magnetic field generator 4 is continuously changed, the inner surface of the liner 5 is comprehensively polished, and the polishing granularity of the magnetorheological polishing solution 2 is smaller, so that the polishing effect with higher precision can be realized.
In order to further improve the polishing efficiency, the polishing device further comprises a third driving motor 10, the third driving motor 10 is fixed on the fixing plate 11, a motor shaft of the third driving motor 10 is fixedly connected with the suction cup 3, and the rotating direction of the third driving motor 10 is opposite to the rotating direction of the first driving motor 6, so that the relative speed of the inner container 5 and the polishing column 12 changed from the magnetic field to the polishing column is increased, and the polishing is accelerated.
Generally speaking, the rotation axis of the third driving motor 10, the rotation axis of the inner container 5 and the rotation axis of the first driving motor 6 are overlapped, the rotation radius of the inner container 5 is reduced, so that the size of the vessel 1 is reduced, the use amount of the magnetorheological polishing liquid 2 is also reduced, the magnetorheological polishing liquid 2 generally comprises the magnetorheological fluid, polishing particles and polishing needles, the contents of the magnetorheological fluid, the polishing particles and the polishing needles are proportioned according to the material and the roughness of the inner container 5 to be polished, if the thickness is rough, the amount of the polishing needles can be increased, and if the thickness is fine, the amount of the polishing particles can be increased.
