In order to better understand the method for preventing strip breakage and steel stacking provided in the embodiments of the present specification, please refer to fig. 2, fig. 2 is a flow chart for preventing strip breakage and steel stacking, in fig. 2, parameters in the rolling process of a cold rolling mill set are firstly read online, in the embodiment, the parameters include the strip running speed of the last stand and the strip tension between the rolling stands; next, a speed determination is performed: judging the speed of the strip steel at the outlet of the rolling mill, namely whether the running speed of the strip steel of the last stand is more than or equal to 500m/min, if not, ending the process, if so, judging the tension: and judging whether the strip steel tension between the rolling mill frames is lower than 10KN or not, wherein the duration time is longer than 0.5s, if not, ending the process, if so, indicating that the strip is broken, opening a three-roller tension roller at the inlet of the rolling mill, automatically and quickly opening the roll gap of the working rollers of the frames, except the last frame, positioned in the front of the rolling mill group to 50mm, and automatically and quickly opening the roll gap of the working roller of the last frame to 15 mm. In the embodiment of the specification, when strip steel breakage is judged, the judgment result of the strip steel breakage can be represented through the pulse signal, and in addition, the opening of the roll gap of the working roll of the rolling mill frame can be controlled through the pulse signal.
In summary, the method for preventing strip steel from being piled up after strip steel is broken provided in the embodiments of the present specification, when strip steel is broken, the roll gap of the working roll of the rolling mill frame is quickly opened, and strip steel piling between frames is effectively prevented, so that the accident occurrence rate is reduced, the accident handling time is reduced, and the strip breaking speed is set by combining the influence degree of production accidents and the equipment type, so that the judgment of strip steel breaking is more reasonable. The method provided by the embodiment of the specification is implemented on site, the accident influence degree of a certain acid continuous rolling mill unit caused by strip steel breakage and steel piling between racks is effectively reduced, the average strip breakage processing time of each time is reduced from 86 minutes to 45 minutes, and a remarkable application effect is achieved. In addition, the calibration maintenance frequency of key equipment in the rolling mill area is reduced to 4 times from 12 times per year, and the equipment maintenance cost is greatly reduced.
In a second aspect, the present specification provides an apparatus for preventing strip breakage and steel stacking for a cold rolling mill train, the cold rolling mill train includes a rolling mill train and a tension roller located at an inlet of the rolling mill train, as shown in fig. 3, the apparatus includes:
the acquisition module 31 is used for acquiring target parameters in the process of rolling the strip steel by the cold rolling unit;
the strip steel breakage determination module 32 is used for determining whether strip steel rolled by the cold rolling unit has breakage or not based on the target parameters;
and the control module 33 is used for controlling the tension roller to be in an open state and controlling the roll gap of the working roller of each rolling stand in the rolling unit to be opened to a preset roll gap value if the strip steel rolled by the cold rolling unit is broken so as to ensure that the strip steel after the strip breaking normally runs.
Optionally, the obtaining module 31 is configured to:
acquiring the strip steel tension between rolling stands in the rolling mill group and acquiring the strip steel running speed of the last stand in the rolling mill group;
a strip break determination module 32 configured to:
determining whether the strip steel running speed of the last frame meets a preset speed range;
if the strip steel running speed of the last stand meets the preset speed range, determining whether the strip steel tension between the rolling stands continuously meets the preset tension range within a preset time length;
and if the strip steel tension between the rolling mill frames continuously meets the preset tension range within the preset time, determining that the strip steel rolled by the cold rolling mill group is broken.
Optionally, the apparatus further comprises:
the strip steel parameter acquisition module is used for acquiring target strip steel parameters of strip steel rolled by the cold rolling unit;
and the speed range determining module is used for determining a preset speed range corresponding to the target strip steel parameter according to the corresponding relation between the strip steel parameter and the speed range.
Optionally, a control module 33, configured to:
controlling the roll gap of a working roll of a final frame in the rolling unit to be opened to a first preset roll gap value;
and controlling the roll gaps of the working rolls of other frames except the last frame in the rolling unit to be opened to a second preset roll gap value, wherein the first preset roll gap value is smaller than the second preset roll gap value.
Optionally, a ratio between the first preset roll gap value and the second preset roll gap value ranges from 30% to 50%.
With regard to the above-mentioned apparatus, the specific functions of the respective modules have been described in detail in the embodiments of the method for preventing strip breakage and steel stacking provided in the embodiments of the present specification, and will not be described in detail herein.
In a third aspect, based on the same inventive concept as the method for preventing strip breakage and steel stacking in the foregoing embodiment, the present invention further provides a cold rolling mill train, including:
the device comprises a rolling unit, a tension roller positioned at the inlet of the rolling unit, a parameter measuring device arranged in the rolling unit area and a controller;
the parameter measuring equipment is used for acquiring target parameters in the process of rolling the strip steel by the cold rolling unit and sending the target parameters to the controller;
the controller is used for determining whether strip steel rolled by the cold rolling unit has strip breakage or not based on the target parameters; if the band steel rolled by the cold rolling unit is broken, the controller is used for controlling the tension roller to be in an open state and controlling the roll gap of the working roller of each rolling stand in the rolling unit to be opened to a preset roll gap value so as to enable the band steel after the band is broken to normally run.
In the embodiments of the present disclosure, the parameter measuring device may include a velocimeter, a thickness gauge, and other instruments.
In the embodiment of the present disclosure, the cold rolling mill train may further include a memory, and a computer program that is stored in the memory and is executable on the controller, and when the controller executes the computer program, the steps of the method for preventing strip breakage and steel stacking provided by the embodiment of the present disclosure are implemented.
In a fourth aspect, based on the same inventive concept as the method for preventing strip breakage and steel stacking in the foregoing embodiments, the present invention further provides a computer-readable storage medium, on which a computer program is stored, which, when being executed by a processor, implements the steps of any one of the foregoing methods for preventing strip breakage and steel stacking.
As will be appreciated by one skilled in the art, embodiments of the present invention may be provided as a method, system, or computer program product. Accordingly, the present invention may take the form of an entirely hardware embodiment, an entirely software embodiment or an embodiment combining software and hardware aspects. Furthermore, the present invention may take the form of a computer program product embodied on one or more computer-usable storage media (including, but not limited to, disk storage, CD-ROM, optical storage, and the like) having computer-usable program code embodied therein.
The present invention is described with reference to flowchart illustrations and/or block diagrams of methods, apparatus (systems), and computer program products according to embodiments of the invention. Claims (10)

1. A method for preventing strip steel from being broken and piled is applied to a cold rolling unit, the cold rolling unit comprises a rolling unit and a tension roller positioned at the inlet of the rolling unit, and the method is characterized by comprising the following steps:
acquiring target parameters of the cold rolling unit in the process of rolling the strip steel;
determining whether strip steel rolled by the cold rolling unit has strip breakage or not based on the target parameters;
and if the strip steel rolled by the cold rolling unit is broken, controlling the tension roller to be in an open state and controlling the roll gap of the working roller of each rolling stand in the rolling unit to be opened to a preset roll gap value so as to ensure that the strip steel after the strip is broken normally runs.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein said obtaining target parameters for rolling a strip by said cold rolling mill comprises:
acquiring the strip steel tension between rolling stands in the rolling mill group and acquiring the strip steel running speed of the last stand in the rolling mill group;
the step of determining whether the strip steel rolled by the cold rolling unit has strip breakage or not based on the target parameters comprises the following steps:
determining whether the strip steel running speed of the last frame meets a preset speed range;
if the strip steel running speed of the last stand meets the preset speed range, determining whether the strip steel tension between the rolling stands continuously meets the preset tension range within a preset time length;
and if the strip steel tension between the rolling mill frames continuously meets the preset tension range within the preset time, determining that the strip steel rolled by the cold rolling mill group is broken.
3. The method of claim 2, wherein prior to determining whether the strip running speed of the final stand satisfies a preset speed range, the method further comprises:
acquiring target strip steel parameters of the strip steel rolled by the cold rolling unit;
and determining a preset speed range corresponding to the target strip steel parameter according to the corresponding relation between the strip steel parameter and the speed range.
4. The method of claim 1, wherein said controlling the roll gap opening of the work rolls of each roll stand in the mill train to a preset roll gap value comprises:
controlling the roll gap of a working roll of a final frame in the rolling unit to be opened to a first preset roll gap value;
and controlling the roll gaps of the working rolls of other frames except the last frame in the rolling unit to be opened to a second preset roll gap value, wherein the first preset roll gap value is smaller than the second preset roll gap value.
5. The method of claim 4, wherein the ratio between the first predetermined roll gap value and the second predetermined roll gap value ranges from 30% to 50%.

7. The apparatus of claim 6, wherein the obtaining module is configured to:
acquiring the strip steel tension between rolling stands in the rolling mill group and acquiring the strip steel running speed of the last stand in the rolling mill group;
the strip steel breakage determination module is used for:
determining whether the strip steel running speed of the last frame meets a preset speed range;
if the strip steel running speed of the last stand meets the preset speed range, determining whether the strip steel tension between the rolling stands continuously meets the preset tension range within a preset time length;
and if the strip steel tension between the rolling mill frames continuously meets the preset tension range within the preset time, determining that the strip steel rolled by the cold rolling mill group is broken.
8. The apparatus of claim 6, wherein the control module is configured to:
controlling the roll gap of a working roll of a final frame in the rolling unit to be opened to a first preset roll gap value;
and controlling the roll gaps of the working rolls of other frames except the last frame in the rolling unit to be opened to a second preset roll gap value, wherein the first preset roll gap value is smaller than the second preset roll gap value.
9. A cold rolling mill train, characterized in that the cold rolling mill train comprises:
the device comprises a rolling unit, a tension roller positioned at the inlet of the rolling unit, a parameter measuring device arranged in the rolling unit area and a controller;
the parameter measuring equipment is used for acquiring target parameters in the process of rolling the strip steel by the cold rolling unit and sending the target parameters to the controller;
the controller is used for determining whether strip steel rolled by the cold rolling unit has strip breakage or not based on the target parameters; if the band steel rolled by the cold rolling unit is broken, the controller is used for controlling the tension roller to be in an open state and controlling the roll gap of the working roller of each rolling stand in the rolling unit to be opened to a preset roll gap value so as to enable the band steel after the band is broken to normally run.
10. A computer-readable storage medium, on which a computer program is stored which, when being executed by a processor, carries out the steps of the method of any one of claims 1 to 5.
