The Bluetooth headset with a shoulder and neck massage function according to claim 6, wherein the auxiliary positioning assembly is a fixing band, the fixing band comprises a first band body and a second band body, one end of the first band body and/or the second band body is connected with the left side and/or the right side of the first side wall of the massage seat body; the other end of the first belt body and/or the second belt body is provided with a movable connecting structure so as to realize the opening and closing of the first belt body and the second belt body.
