It should be understood that although the various steps in the flow charts of fig. 2-4 are shown in order as indicated by the arrows, the steps are not necessarily performed in order as indicated by the arrows. The steps are not performed in the exact order shown and described, and may be performed in other orders, unless explicitly stated otherwise. Moreover, at least some of the steps in fig. 2-4 may include multiple sub-steps or multiple stages that are not necessarily performed at the same time, but may be performed at different times, and the order of performance of the sub-steps or stages is not necessarily sequential, but may be performed in turn or alternating with other steps or at least some of the sub-steps or stages of other steps.
In one embodiment, as shown in FIG. 5, a health management system is provided, the system comprising: intelligent restaurant system 502, intelligent monitoring system 504, and data monitoring platform 506, wherein:
an intelligent restaurant system 502 for obtaining physical information and meal data of employees of the enterprise;
the intelligent monitoring system 504 is used for acquiring the movement data and the sleep data of the enterprise employees;
the data monitoring platform 506 is used for calculating body information, meal data, movement data and sleep data through the data monitoring platform to determine the body health condition of the enterprise staff; and establishing a diet scheme and an exercise scheme for the enterprise staff according to the physical health condition.
In the embodiment, the body information and the meal data of the enterprise staff are obtained through the intelligent restaurant system; acquiring movement data and sleep data of enterprise employees by using an intelligent monitoring system; determining the body health condition of the enterprise employee on the body information, the meal data, the movement data and the sleep data through a data monitoring platform; through the data monitoring platform, a diet scheme and a motion scheme aiming at the enterprise staff are established according to the physical health condition, so that the health of centralized crowds similar to the enterprise staff can be effectively and efficiently managed.
In one embodiment, intelligent restaurant system 502 is further configured to:
obtaining ordering data of enterprise employees;
selecting a corresponding health meal from a menu according to the meal ordering data and the body information;
and sending the healthy meal to a meal ordering terminal corresponding to the enterprise staff.
In the above embodiment, the ordering data of the enterprise staff is acquired through the intelligent restaurant system, the corresponding healthy meal is selected from the menu according to the ordering data and the body information, and the healthy meal is sent to the ordering terminal corresponding to the enterprise staff, so that the enterprise staff can select the healthy meal recommended by the intelligent restaurant system to eat, and the health of concentrated crowds similar to the enterprise staff can be effectively managed efficiently.
In one embodiment, intelligent restaurant system 502 is further configured to:
recording actual ordering data of enterprise employees;
after the staff of the enterprise finishes dining, recording the weight of the rest meal;
and calculating the diet data of the current enterprise employee according to the actual meal ordering data and the residual meal weight.
In one embodiment, intelligent restaurant system 502 is further configured to:
acquiring a meal photo and a corresponding meal weight;
performing identification analysis on the diet photos to obtain corresponding diet information;
and recording the meal information and the meal weight as actual meal ordering data corresponding to the enterprise staff.
In one embodiment, the actual food ordering data of the enterprise staff is recorded through the intelligent restaurant system, the weight of the residual food is recorded after the enterprise staff finishes eating, and the food ordering data and the weight of the residual food are obtained accurately, so that the food data of the enterprise staff can be acquired accurately, and the health of the concentrated crowd similar to the enterprise staff can be effectively and efficiently managed.
In one embodiment, intelligent monitoring system 504 is further configured to:
acquiring fundus pictures of enterprise employees;
identifying and analyzing the fundus picture by a fundus identification technology to obtain the blood sugar value of the enterprise staff;
acquiring historical blood sugar values of enterprise employees; determining the blood sugar change value of the enterprise employee according to the blood sugar value and the historical blood sugar value;
and when the blood sugar change value is larger than the blood sugar change threshold value, carrying out abnormal prompt and generating a corresponding blood sugar intervention scheme.
In the above embodiment, the intelligent monitoring system obtains the fundus picture of the enterprise employee, performs identification and analysis on the fundus picture through the fundus identification technology, obtains the blood sugar value of the enterprise employee, obtains the historical blood sugar value of the enterprise employee, determines the blood sugar variation value of the enterprise employee according to the blood sugar value and the historical blood sugar value, performs exception prompting when the blood sugar variation value is greater than the blood sugar variation threshold value, and generates the corresponding blood sugar intervention scheme, so that the health of the concentrated population of the similar enterprise employee can be effectively managed.
FIG. 6 is a diagram illustrating an internal structure of a computer device in one embodiment. The computer device may specifically be a terminal operated by any one of the health management systems in fig. 1. As shown in fig. 6, the computer apparatus includes a processor, a memory, a network interface, an input device, and a display screen connected through a system bus. Wherein the memory includes a non-volatile storage medium and an internal memory. The non-volatile storage medium of the computer device stores an operating system and may also store a computer program that, when executed by the processor, causes the processor to implement the health management method. The internal memory may also have stored therein a computer program that, when executed by the processor, causes the processor to perform a health management method.
Those skilled in the art will appreciate that the architecture shown in fig. 6 is merely a block diagram of some of the structures associated with the disclosed aspects and is not intended to limit the computing devices to which the disclosed aspects apply, as particular computing devices may include more or less components than those shown, or may combine certain components, or have a different arrangement of components.
In one embodiment, the health management system provided herein may be implemented in the form of a computer program that is executable on a computer device such as that shown in FIG. 6. The memory of the computer device may store the various system modules that make up the health management system, such as intelligent restaurant system 502, intelligent monitoring system 504, and data monitoring platform 506 shown in FIG. 5. The computer program constituted by the respective program modules causes the processor to execute the steps in the health management method of the respective embodiments of the present application described in the present specification.
For example, the computer device shown in fig. 6 may execute S202 through the intelligent restaurant system 502 in the health management system as shown in fig. 5. The computer device may perform S204 through the smart monitoring system 504. The computer device may perform S206 and S208 via the data monitoring platform 506.
In one embodiment, there is provided a computer device comprising a memory and a processor, the memory storing a computer program that, when executed by the processor, causes the processor to perform the steps of: acquiring body information and meal data of enterprise employees through an intelligent restaurant system; acquiring movement data and sleep data of enterprise employees by using an intelligent monitoring system; calculating body information, diet data, motion data and sleep data through a data monitoring platform, and determining the body health condition of the enterprise staff; and establishing a diet scheme and a motion scheme for the enterprise staff according to the physical health condition through a data monitoring platform.
In one embodiment, the computer program, when executed by the processor, causes the processor to further perform the steps of: acquiring ordering data of enterprise employees through an intelligent restaurant system; selecting a corresponding health meal from a menu according to the meal ordering data and the body information; and sending the healthy meal to a meal ordering terminal corresponding to the enterprise staff.
In one embodiment, the computer program when executed by the processor for obtaining meal data for a staff member of a business causes the processor to perform in particular the steps of: recording actual ordering data of enterprise employees; after the staff of the enterprise finishes dining, recording the weight of the rest meal; and calculating the diet data of the current enterprise employee according to the actual meal ordering data and the residual meal weight.
In one embodiment, the computer program, when executed by the processor, causes the processor to perform the steps of: acquiring a meal photo and a corresponding meal weight; performing identification analysis on the diet photos to obtain corresponding diet information; and recording the meal information and the meal weight as actual meal ordering data corresponding to the enterprise staff.
In one embodiment, the computer program, when executed by the processor, causes the processor to further perform the steps of: acquiring fundus pictures of enterprise employees by using an intelligent monitoring system; identifying and analyzing the fundus picture by a fundus identification technology to obtain the blood sugar value of the enterprise staff; acquiring historical blood sugar values of enterprise employees; determining the blood sugar change value of the enterprise employee according to the blood sugar value and the historical blood sugar value; and when the blood sugar change value is larger than the blood sugar change threshold value, carrying out abnormal prompt and generating a corresponding blood sugar intervention scheme.
In one embodiment, a computer readable storage medium is provided, storing a computer program that, when executed by a processor, causes the processor to perform the steps of: acquiring body information and meal data of enterprise employees through an intelligent restaurant system; acquiring movement data and sleep data of enterprise employees by using an intelligent monitoring system; calculating body information, diet data, motion data and sleep data through a data monitoring platform, and determining the body health condition of the enterprise staff; and establishing a diet scheme and a motion scheme for the enterprise staff according to the physical health condition through a data monitoring platform.
In one embodiment, the computer program, when executed by the processor, causes the processor to further perform the steps of: acquiring ordering data of enterprise employees through an intelligent restaurant system; selecting a corresponding health meal from a menu according to the meal ordering data and the body information; and sending the healthy meal to a meal ordering terminal corresponding to the enterprise staff.
In one embodiment, the computer program when executed by the processor for obtaining meal data for a staff member of a business causes the processor to perform in particular the steps of: recording actual ordering data of enterprise employees; after the staff of the enterprise finishes dining, recording the weight of the rest meal; and calculating the diet data of the current enterprise employee according to the actual meal ordering data and the residual meal weight.
In one embodiment, the computer program, when executed by the processor, causes the processor to perform the steps of: acquiring a meal photo and a corresponding meal weight; performing identification analysis on the diet photos to obtain corresponding diet information; and recording the meal information and the meal weight as actual meal ordering data corresponding to the enterprise staff.
In one embodiment, the computer program, when executed by the processor, causes the processor to further perform the steps of: acquiring fundus pictures of enterprise employees by using an intelligent monitoring system; identifying and analyzing the fundus picture by a fundus identification technology to obtain the blood sugar value of the enterprise staff; acquiring historical blood sugar values of enterprise employees; determining the blood sugar change value of the enterprise employee according to the blood sugar value and the historical blood sugar value; and when the blood sugar change value is larger than the blood sugar change threshold value, carrying out abnormal prompt and generating a corresponding blood sugar intervention scheme.
It will be understood by those skilled in the art that all or part of the processes of the methods of the embodiments described above can be implemented by a computer program, which can be stored in a non-volatile computer-readable storage medium, and can include the processes of the embodiments of the methods described above when the program is executed. Any reference to memory, storage, database, or other medium used in the embodiments provided herein may include non-volatile and/or volatile memory, among others. Non-volatile memory can include read-only memory (ROM), Programmable ROM (PROM), Electrically Programmable ROM (EPROM), Electrically Erasable Programmable ROM (EEPROM), or flash memory. Volatile memory can include Random Access Memory (RAM) or external cache memory. By way of illustration and not limitation, RAM is available in a variety of forms such as Static RAM (SRAM), Dynamic RAM (DRAM), Synchronous DRAM (SDRAM), Double Data Rate SDRAM (DDRSDRAM), Enhanced SDRAM (ESDRAM), Synchronous Link DRAM (SLDRAM), Rambus Direct RAM (RDRAM), direct bus dynamic RAM (DRDRAM), and memory bus dynamic RAM (RDRAM).
The technical features of the above embodiments can be arbitrarily combined, and for the sake of brevity, all possible combinations of the technical features in the above embodiments are not described, but should be considered as the scope of the present specification as long as there is no contradiction between the combinations of the technical features.
The above-mentioned embodiments only express several embodiments of the present application, and the description thereof is more specific and detailed, but not construed as limiting the scope of the present application. It should be noted that, for a person skilled in the art, several variations and modifications can be made without departing from the concept of the present application, which falls within the scope of protection of the present application. Therefore, the protection scope of the present patent shall be subject to the appended claims.

Claims (10)

1. A health management method, comprising:
acquiring body information and meal data of enterprise employees through an intelligent restaurant system;
acquiring the movement data and the sleep data of the enterprise staff by using an intelligent monitoring system;
calculating the body information, the diet data, the motion data and the sleep data through a data monitoring platform, and determining the body health condition of the enterprise staff;
and establishing a dietary scheme and a movement scheme aiming at the enterprise staff according to the physical health condition through the data monitoring platform.
2. The method of claim 1, further comprising:
obtaining ordering data of the enterprise staff through an intelligent restaurant system;
selecting a corresponding health meal from a menu according to the meal ordering data and the physical information;
and sending the health meal to a meal ordering terminal corresponding to the enterprise staff.
3. The method of claim 1, wherein obtaining the business employee's meal data comprises:
recording actual ordering data of the enterprise employees;
when the staff of the enterprise finishes eating, recording the weight of the rest meal;
and calculating the diet data of the current enterprise employee according to the actual meal ordering data and the residual meal weight.
4. The method of claim 3, wherein said recording actual meal ordering data for said business employee comprises:
acquiring a meal photo and a corresponding meal weight;
performing identification analysis on the diet photos to obtain corresponding diet information;
and recording the meal information and the meal weight as actual meal ordering data corresponding to the enterprise staff.
5. The method of claim 1, further comprising:
acquiring fundus pictures of the enterprise staff by using an intelligent monitoring system;
identifying and analyzing the fundus picture by a fundus identification technology to obtain the blood sugar value of the enterprise employee;
obtaining the historical blood glucose values of the enterprise employees;
determining a blood glucose change value of the enterprise employee according to the blood glucose value and the historical blood glucose value;
and when the blood sugar change value is larger than a blood sugar change threshold value, carrying out abnormal prompt and generating a corresponding blood sugar intervention scheme.
6. A health management system, characterized in that the health management system comprises:
the intelligent restaurant system is used for acquiring body information and meal data of enterprise employees;
the intelligent monitoring system is used for acquiring the movement data and the sleep data of the enterprise staff;
the data monitoring platform is used for calculating the body information, the meal data, the movement data and the sleep data through the data monitoring platform to determine the body health condition of the enterprise staff; establishing a dietary plan and an exercise plan for the employee of the enterprise based on the physical health condition.
7. The system of claim 6, wherein the intelligent restaurant system is further configured to:
obtaining ordering data of the enterprise staff;
selecting a corresponding health meal from a menu according to the meal ordering data and the physical information;
and sending the health meal to a meal ordering terminal corresponding to the enterprise staff.
8. The system of claim 7, wherein the intelligent restaurant system is further configured to:
recording actual ordering data of the enterprise employees;
when the staff of the enterprise finishes eating, recording the weight of the rest meal;
and calculating the diet data of the current enterprise employee according to the actual meal ordering data and the residual meal weight.
9. A computer-readable storage medium, storing a computer program which, when executed by a processor, causes the processor to carry out the steps of the method according to any one of claims 1 to 5.
10. A computer device comprising a memory and a processor, the memory storing a computer program that, when executed by the processor, causes the processor to perform the steps of the method according to any one of claims 1 to 5.
