Example 1:
referring to fig. 1, 2, 3 and 4, a system for assisting a mobile device in implementing a crush risk is shown. The system can assist an insurance company in remotely detecting the state of health of a screen of a mobile device before issuing an insurance contract. The system also assists insurance companies and consumers in detecting the condition of the screen when a consumer claims an insurance policy and when the screen is repaired.
Preferably, the system includes a mobile device 10, a server 20, and a client computer 30. The mobile device 10, server 20 and client computer 30 may communicate with each other via a network N. In fig. 1, one mobile device 10, one server 20, and one client computer 30 are depicted, but the number of these devices is arbitrary.
Preferably, the mobile device 10 is a mobile device that is to be secured to a screen. The mobile device 10 may be, but is not limited to, a mobile phone, a smart phone, a tablet, a PDA (personal digital assistant), a laptop computer, etc.
Preferably, the server 20 is a computer that can be operated by an insurance company or by a party commissioned by an insurance company. The server 20 may be configured by a general-purpose server, a personal computer, cloud computing, or the like, but is not limited thereto.
Preferably, the client computer 30 is a computer operated by a repair shop, a mobile device dealer, an insurance sales company or a party to whom they delegate. The client computer 30 may be configured by a personal computer or the like, but is not limited thereto.
Preferably, as shown with reference to fig. 2. The mobile device 10 has a database 101, a digital fingerprint generator 102, a digital signature generator 103, a display controller 104, a camera controller 105, and a communication controller 106 as functional elements, but is not limited thereto. These functional elements may be implemented, for example, by a CPU in a control unit of the mobile device 10, deploying a computer program stored on a storage unit into memory and executing the program to control the operation of each element of the mobile device 10.
Preferably, the database 101 stores information required for processing and information generated by processing. For example, the information generated by the process stored in the database 101 may be a digital fingerprint or a digital signature.
Preferably, the digital fingerprint generator 102 generates a digital fingerprint of the mobile device 10 based on the identification information of the mobile device 10. The identification information used to generate the digital fingerprint includes an international mobile equipment identity.
Further, an IMEI number, a mobile equipment identification number (MEID), an Electronic Serial Number (ESN), a vendor Identifier (IDFV) (for iOS), a custom generated unique ID, a MAC address, a serial number, a phone brand, and a handset model, or a combination of at least a portion thereof. The identification information used to generate the digital fingerprint may be one or more identifications randomly selected from the above-described identification information of the mobile device 10.
Preferably, the digital signature generator 103 generates a digital signature and a time-stamped unique digital signature based on the digital fingerprint generated by the fingerprint generator 102. That is, a unique digital signature is generated based on the identification information of the mobile device 10 and signed using a private key. The time stamp is the time stamp of the unique digital signature generation.
The unique digital signature may include location information of the mobile device 10 calculated based on signals received by the GPS receiver of the mobile device 10. A bar code, QR code, or other representation of the generated unique digital signature as an image may be used. Encoding the image form. The unique digital signature generated by the digital signature generator 103 with respect to the mobile device 10 is referred to herein as a "digital signature".
Preferably, the display controller 104 controls the display of the screen of the mobile device 10. The display controller 104 controls the display of images captured by, for example, a camera of the mobile device 10 and the display of the generated digital signature through the on-screen digital signature generator 103.
Preferably, the digital signature may be generated by the digital signature generator 103 and displayed on the screen in a manner that facilitates the screen damage detection process. For example, the digital signature may be displayed in a light color (e.g., gray). For the same reason, the background of the digital signature displayed on the screen may be monochromatic (e.g., white).
Fig. 3 shows an example of a display on the screen S of the mobile device 10. In this example, the digital signature D is displayed on the screen S of the mobile device 10 under the control of the display controller 104.
Referring to fig. 2, the camera controller 105 controls the camera of the mobile device 10 to capture an image. For example, the camera controller 105 stores an image photographed by a camera of the mobile device 10 in the database 101 according to an operation of a user. .
In addition, when the preset condition is satisfied, the camera controller 105 may store an image captured by the camera of the mobile device 10 in the database 101. Specifically, when the user of the mobile device 10 first directs the face of the screen of the mobile device 10 to the mirror, the camera controller 105 determines whether or not the following matters are important to reach the standard based on the image captured by the camera.
1) A screen displaying the digital signature appears on the mirror;
2) The whole screen appearing on the mirror surface is within the field of view of the camera;
3) The proportion of the whole screen to the whole image to be captured is within a predetermined range (for example, 80% to 100%);
4) The screen appearing on the mirror surface is flat; and
5) The surface of the screen is parallel to the surface of the mirror.
When all or part of the above requirements are met, the image is accurately captured by the camera of the mobile device 10 and the camera controller 105 stores the captured image in the database 101. Accurate screen capture of digital signatures can result in screen shots that are difficult to acquire, alter and/or use by another party.
Further, when the digital signature generated by the digital signature generator 103 is displayed on the screen, the camera controller 105 may prohibit unauthorized saving of the digital signature displayed on the screen of the mobile device 10, for example, by screen capturing. In this way, the digital signature can be prevented from being tampered with.
Preferably, the communication controller 106 controls the transmission and reception of data between the mobile device 10 and external devices. For example, the communication controller 106 controls transmission of the digital signature generated by the digital signature generator 103 and a screen image captured by the camera of the mobile device 10 on which the digital signature is displayed to the server 20.
Referring to fig. 4, the server 20 has a database 201, a communication controller 202, a detection component 203, an insurance manager 204, and a verification component 205 as functional components, but is not limited thereto. These functional elements may be implemented by a CPU in a control unit of the server 20 by deploying a computer program stored on a storage unit into a memory and executing the program to control the operation of each element of the server 20.
Preferably, the database 201 stores information required for processing and information generated by the processing. For example, database 201 stores digital signatures received from mobile device 10.
Preferably, the communication controller 202 controls data transmission and reception between the server 20 and an external device. For example, the communication controller 202 receives an image obtained by an image of a screen having a digital signature displayed thereon in association with a request for a broken screen contract. For example, the digital signature generator 103 generates a digital signature based on the identification information of the mobile device 10. The image of the screen on which the digital signature is displayed may be an image captured by a camera. An image of the mobile device 10 or an image captured by a camera of a device other than the mobile device 10.
Preferably, the detection component 203 can detect the digital signature and the screen status of the mobile device 10 from the received image. The detection of the screen status may confirm the presence or absence of screen damage, for example by scanning the image. The detection component 203 may detect the digital signature generated by the digital signature generator 103 and the condition of the screen of the mobile device 10 from the captured single image.
Preferably, the insurance manager 204 manages screen insurance contracts, insurance claims, and screen maintenance status. For example, the insurance manager 204 receives an image associated with the request for an insurance contract on the screen, and once the digital signature is detected by the detection component 203 and the screen is determined to be complete, the insurance contract information indicates: an insurance of a screen displaying a digital signature may be effectively stored in the database 201. At least a portion of the stored insurance contract information is then sent to the mobile device 10 via the communication controller 202.
Preferably, the verification component 205 determines the validity of the presented insurance claim (i.e., whether the screen on which the insurance claim is presented is covered by a valid insurance). This determination may be made after a person desiring to repair his cell phone screen claims an insurance claim. The verification component 205 compares the digital signature detected from the pre-repair image (the image of the damaged screen prior to repairing the damaged screen) received in connection with submission of an insurance claim with information stored in the database 201. In the event that the information stored in database 201 indicates that the screen is secured, verification component 205 determines that the security of the screen associated with the insurance claim is valid, and detects maintenance costs of the screen damage detected by the component.
Example 2
On the basis of the embodiment 1, a method for assisting the mobile equipment in carrying out the broken screen risk implementation is also disclosed. The processing flow of the method comprises the following steps:
referring to fig. 5, a flow of processing performed in the mobile device 10 and the server 20 when the screen of the mobile device 10 is ensured will be described. This process is performed under the control of the control units of the mobile device 10 and the server 20.
In step S11, after receiving an instruction to start processing of issuing an insurance contract from the user, the mobile device 10 generates a digital fingerprint of the mobile device 10 based on the identification information of the mobile device 10. The generated digital fingerprint is stored on a memory unit of the mobile device 10.
In step S12, the mobile device 10 generates a time-stamped digital signature based on the digital fingerprint generated in step S11 (i.e., based on the identification information of the mobile device 10).
In step S13, the mobile device 10 displays the digital signature generated in step S12 on the screen. Wherein the digital signature may be displayed in a light color (e.g., gray). The background of the digital signature displayed on the screen may be monochromatic (e.g., white). The camera captures a screen image that displays the digital signature. Image capturing may be performed in various ways.
For example, if the mobile device 10 includes a camera, the image captured by the camera of the mobile device 10 may be stored in the database 101 according to the user's operation. Alternatively, when a preset condition is satisfied, an image photographed by a camera may be stored in the database 101. As another example, an image may be obtained by capturing an image of a screen of the mobile device 10 with a camera of a device other than the mobile device 10.
In step S14, the mobile device 10 sends the captured associated screen image to the server 20 with an insurance contract request for the screen. If an image has been captured by a camera of a device other than the mobile device 10, the obtained image may be transmitted to the server 20 by a device other than the mobile device 10 (e.g., the client computer 30).
In step S15, the server 20 receives the single image received from the mobile device 10 (or another device) in association with the insurance contract request of the screen, and detects the digital signature (e.g., whether there is damage) and the screen condition of the mobile device 10 (e.g., whether there is damage).
In step S16, if the digital signature is detected in step S15 and it is determined that the state of the detected screen is in a good state (for example, in a complete state), the server 20 stores the digital signature in the storage unit, indicating that the insurance performs valid insurance contract information and policy information registration on the screen displaying the digital signature. That is, in this step, insurance for protecting the screen of the mobile device 10 is issued. In addition, the server 20 extracts a digital fingerprint from the received image and stores the digital fingerprint on the storage unit. In addition, insurance contract information (and information regarding the issuance of insurance) is sent to the mobile device 10.
Further, the server 20 detects the digital signature and the screen status of the mobile device 10 from a single image received from the mobile device 10. As a result, identification information of the mobile device 10 may be determined. The mobile device 10 insures the time of the contract request (which may be obtained from the digitally signed timestamp) and the screen status through a single communication between the mobile device 10 and the server 20. The issuing process of the insurance contract can be simplified.
Preferably, fig. 6 discloses another process flow of the inventive system. The process flow performed on the mobile device 10 and the server 20 when submitting an insurance claim for screen damage (e.g., screen break) to the mobile device 10 is depicted in fig. 6.
In step S21, in response to an operation of the user who makes a screen insurance claim, the mobile device 10 reads the digital signature stored on the storage unit and displays it on the screen. A damaged screen displaying the digital signature is photographed by a camera. The image captured herein may be referred to as a pre-repair image.
In step S22, the mobile device 10 transmits the pre-repair image obtained above to the server 20 in association with the screen insurance claim. If the image is captured by a camera of a device other than the mobile device 10, the obtained image may be sent to the server 20 by a device other than the mobile device 10 (e.g., the client computer 30).
In step S23, the server 20 receives a pre-repair image associated with the screen insurance claim. The server 20 detects the digital signature and screen damage from the received pre-repair image and verifies the validity of the insurance claim for repairing the screen damage. To verify the validity of an insurance claim, the server 20 compares the digital signature of the mobile device 10 stored on the storage unit with the digital signature detected from the received image and determines whether the two correspond to each other. In the above comparison, for example, the identification information, the time stamp, and the location of the mobile device 10 included in the digital signature are compared. If correspondence is determined, the server 20 determines whether a policy for repairing the detected damage is valid based on the valid policy information of the mobile device 10 stored on the storage unit.
In step S24, the server 20 stores a result of determining the validity of the insurance claim (e.g., information indicating that the insurance claim for repairing the damaged device is valid), and transmits the result to the mobile device 10.
That is, to verify the validity of an insurance claim, the server 20 compares the digital signature of the mobile device 10 stored on the storage unit with the digital signature detected from the image received in association with the image. Insurance claims from the mobile device 10. By doing so, it can be determined whether the damaged screen is the same as the insured screen. When it is determined to be the same, the server 20 determines whether or not the policy for repairing the detected damage is valid based on the valid policy information of the mobile device 10 stored on the storage unit.
Referring to fig. 7, a flow of processing performed in the mobile device 10 and the server 20 when the repair is reported to be completed after the repair screen will be described.
In step S31, in response to an operation of the user reporting that the screen repair is completed, the mobile device 10 reads the digital signature stored on the storage unit and displays it on the repaired screen. The screen displaying the digital signature is photographed by a camera of the mobile device 10 or a camera of another device. The image taken here is referred to as a post-repair image.
In step S32, the mobile device 10 transmits the restored image of the screen obtained in step S31 to the server 20. If the post-repair image is captured by a camera of a device other than the mobile device 10, the captured image may be transmitted to the server 20 by a device of the mobile device 10 other than the client device 30.
In step S33, the server 20 receives the post-repair image associated with the screen repair completion report. The server 20 detects the digital signature and the screen status from the received post-repair image and confirms whether repair of the damage has been completed. Specifically, to confirm repair completion of the damage, the server 20 compares the digital signature of the mobile device 10 stored on the storage unit with the digital signature detected from the received image, and confirms that the screen repair completion report is related to completion of repair of the screen that submitted the insurance claim. Then, the server 20 scans the received image and confirms that the screen has been restored and is in a good state.
In step S34, if the repair is confirmed to be completed in step S33, the server 20 stores information indicating that the repair is completed on the storage unit. This may prevent a second or more claims from being made for the same damage when the above information is stored on the storage unit. In addition, the server 20 notifies the mobile device 10 that the repair completion report has been accepted.
Through the above-described processing, when the server 20 accepts the maintenance completion report, it is possible to prevent a second or more claims from being made for the same damage. Meanwhile, even if a plurality of insurance claims are illegally submitted for the same damage, the insurance claim can be approved only once.
