It should be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are merely illustrative of the present application and are not intended to limit the present application.
Fig. 1 is an application environment diagram of a payment service data processing method in an embodiment. The payment service data processing method is applied to a payment service data processing system. The payment transaction data processing system includes a first computer device 110 and a second computer device 120. The first computer device 110 and the second computer device 120 may both be within a blockchain and connected over a network. The first computer device 110 and the second computer device 120 may each be a server or a terminal. The terminal may specifically be a desktop terminal or a mobile terminal, and the mobile terminal may specifically be at least one of a mobile phone, a tablet computer, a notebook computer, and the like. The server may be implemented as a stand-alone server or as a server cluster consisting of a plurality of servers. The second computer device 120 may be used to collect the payment transaction data set. The first computer device 110 may be used to obtain a payment transaction data set. The payment transaction data processing program may be applied to the first computer device 110. In addition, the payment transaction data processing method in the embodiment of the present application may be applied to an application environment including only the first computer device 110.
The blockchain is a novel application mode of computer technologies such as distributed data storage, point-to-point transmission, a consensus mechanism and an encryption algorithm. A Blockchain (Blockchain), which is essentially a decentralized database, is a string of data blocks that are associated using cryptographic methods. Each data block contains information of a batch of network transactions, and the information is used for verifying the validity (anti-counterfeiting) of the information and generating a next block. I.e. each data block may be a payment service data set. The blockchain may include a blockchain underlying platform, a platform product services layer, and an application services layer.
The block chain underlying platform can comprise processing modules such as user management, basic service, intelligent contract and operation monitoring. The user management module is responsible for identity information management of all blockchain participants, and the identity information management comprises public and private key generation maintenance (account management), key management, user real identity and blockchain address corresponding relation maintenance (authority management) and the like. And in case of authorization, supervise and audit certain real-identity transaction conditions, and provide rule configuration for risk control (wind control audit). The basic service module is deployed on all the block chain node equipment and used for verifying the validity of the payment service request and recording the valid request after the valid request is identified in common to storage. For a new payment service request, the basic service firstly performs interface adaptation analysis and authentication processing (interface adaptation), then encrypts payment service data through a consensus algorithm (consensus management), transmits the encrypted data to a shared account book completely and consistently (network communication), and performs record storage. The intelligent contract module is responsible for registration issuing of contracts and contract triggering and contract execution, and developers can define contract logic and issue the contract logic to a block chain (contract registration) through a certain programming language. And according to the logic of contract terms, a secret key or other event triggering execution is called to complete the logic of the contract and simultaneously provide the function of upgrading and canceling the contract. The operation monitoring module is mainly used for a terminal with administrator authority. The operation monitoring module is responsible for deployment, configuration modification, contract setting, cloud adaptation in the product release process and visual output of real-time status in product operation, such as: alarm, monitoring network conditions, monitoring node equipment health status, monitoring trends in payment traffic, and the like.
The platform product service layer provides basic capability and an implementation framework of typical application, and developers can superpose the characteristics of payment business based on the basic capability to complete the block chain implementation of payment business logic. The application service layer provides the application service based on the block chain scheme to the payment service participant for use.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 2, a payment transaction data processing method is provided. The embodiment is mainly illustrated by applying the method to the first computer device 110 in fig. 1. Referring to fig. 2, the payment service data processing method specifically includes the following steps:
step 202, acquiring a payment service data set, and reference service data and a first weight corresponding to each payment service data in the payment service data set.
Wherein the payment service data set comprises at least two payment service data. Payment transaction data refers to values associated with payment transactions. The payment service data may specifically be at least two of total transaction resource amount, total transaction number, daily service access amount, monthly service access amount, service visitor number, service resource input amount, and service resource input number. The reference service data refers to a target value corresponding to the service data. Each payment service data has corresponding reference service data. For example, the number of service visitors is 1.23, and the corresponding reference service data may be 2. Each payment service data has a corresponding first weight. The first weight corresponding to each payment service data may be the same or different. The first weight is used to measure the weight occupied by the payment service data in a certain data type.
In particular, the payment transaction data set may be stored at the first computer device or the second computer device. The payment service data processing program acquires a payment service data set, and reference service data and a first weight which correspond to each payment service data. The sum of the first weights of the payment service data corresponding to the same data type is 100%. For example, the data type of the payment service data is a service access data type. And the payment service data corresponding to the service access data type is service access amount and service visitor number, and the service access amount and the service visitor number respectively correspond to first weights, so that the sum of the first weights of the service access amount corresponding to the payment access data type and the service visitor number is 100%.
And 204, acquiring a second weight corresponding to each payment service data, wherein the second weight is determined according to a data type corresponding to each payment service data, and the data type comprises a service access data type, a service transaction data type and a service resource input data type.
Wherein each data type has a corresponding second weight. And the corresponding second weights of the payment service data of the same data type are the same. The service access data type refers to a type of data related to service access. The service access data type can reflect the activity information of the service. The service access data type may include at least one payment service data among a daily service access amount, a monthly service access amount, a number of service visitors.
The transaction data type of a service refers to a type of data related to a transaction of the service. The service transaction data type can reflect the information of the fund flow of the payment service. The transaction data type may include at least one of transaction resource amount and transaction number. The service resource investment data type refers to a data type related to service resource investment.
The service resource engagement data type refers to a type of data related to resource engagement of the service. The service resource investment data type can reflect the operation information of the payment service product. The service resource investment data may include at least one of a service resource investment amount and a number of service resource investments.
Specifically, the second weight is a weight predetermined according to a data type corresponding to the payment service data. Since the importance level in the payment service is different according to the data type, different weights need to be configured for different data types of the service data. For example, since the importance degree of the service transaction data type is greater than the service resource investment data, the second weight corresponding to the service transaction data type is greater than the second weight of the service resource investment data. The first weight and the second weight may be configurable as desired. The sum of the second weights for all data types is 1, i.e. 100%.
And step 206, displaying a first health degree of the payment service, wherein the first health degree is determined according to each payment service data, the reference service data corresponding to each payment service data, the first weight and the second weight.
And the payment service data sets corresponding to different payment services are different. The full scores corresponding to different payment services are the same. The payment service may refer to a recharging service, a code taking service, a water and electricity fee payment service, and the like, but is not limited thereto.
Specifically, the payment service data processing program may convert each payment service data into data of the same unit according to a ratio of each payment service data to the corresponding reference service data, respectively. Then, the first health degree of the payment service can be determined by calculating according to the first weight and the second weight. The first health degree can be regarded as a health degree measured value of the payment service.
And step 208, when the first health degree is less than or equal to the health degree threshold value, sending alarm information to the terminal with the administrator authority.
Specifically, the health threshold refers to a threshold preset at the first computer device. When the first health degree is less than or equal to the health degree threshold, the payment service data processing program may send an alarm message to a terminal having an administrator authority. The payment service data processing program can display the payment service data, the first health degree, the alarm information and the like on a terminal with administrator authority.
The payment service data processing method obtains the payment service data set, and the reference service data and the first weight which correspond to each payment service data in the payment service data set respectively, obtains the second weight which corresponds to each payment service data, wherein the second weight is determined according to the data type corresponding to each payment service data, wherein the data type comprises a service access data type, a service transaction data type and a service resource investment data type, the payment service data can be calculated in the same dimension by referring to the service data, the first health degree of the payment service scene is determined according to the two weights, and the determined first health degree of the payment service is more accurate according to the data related to the service access, the service transaction and the service resource, so that the time for sending the alarm information is more accurate, and the accuracy of the alarm is improved.
In one embodiment, the determining the first health degree comprises: determining a service sub-score corresponding to each payment service data according to the ratio of each payment service data to the corresponding reference service data; determining a service score corresponding to each payment service data according to the product of each service sub-score and the corresponding first weight and second weight; and determining the first health degree of the payment service according to the sum of the service scores corresponding to the payment service data.
Specifically, the payment service data processing program determines a service sub-score corresponding to each service data according to a ratio of each payment service to the corresponding reference service data. I.e. the units of the respective payment transaction data are converted into the same unit. And determining the service score corresponding to each payment service data according to the product of each service sub-score and the corresponding first weight and second weight. Namely, the value of each payment service data in the payment service is obtained. Then, the payment service data processing program determines a first health degree of the payment service data according to the sum of the service scores corresponding to the payment service data.
In this example, as shown in table 1, the following table is data required for calculating the health degree.
Figure BDA0002382788380000071
Figure BDA0002382788380000081
Wherein the sum of the second weights wt1+ wt2+ wt3 is 100%. The sum of the first weights for the same data type is 100%. Wherein, wt11+ wt12 is 100%, wt21+ wt22 is 100%, and wt31+ wt32 is 100%. Pv (pageview) is the page view volume or click through volume, i.e., the volume of service visits. Uv (unique visitor) is the number of independent visitors, i.e. the number of business visitors.
Then, the first degree of health
={(v11/B11*wt11+v12/B12*wt12)*wt1+(v21/B21*wt21+v22/B22*wt22)*wt2+(v31/B31*wt31+v32/B32*wt32)*wt3}*100
Where, is the multiplication number.
In this embodiment, as shown in table 2, a specific value required for calculating the first health degree in one embodiment is shown.
Figure BDA0002382788380000082
Figure BDA0002382788380000091
Then, according to the manner of calculation in the present embodiment, the calculation result is 73.66 points.
According to the payment service data processing method, different payment service data can be converted into data of the same unit according to the ratio of each payment service data to the corresponding reference service data; determining a service sub-score corresponding to each payment service data, and determining a service score corresponding to each payment service data according to the product of each service sub-score and the corresponding first weight and second weight; the first health degree of the payment service is determined according to the sum of the service scores corresponding to the payment service data, the first health degree can be determined according to the two weights and the multiple payment service data, and the accuracy of the health degree result is improved.
In one embodiment, the payment transaction data processing method further includes: acquiring a predicted second health degree, wherein the first health degree is the health degree of the payment service in the first time period, the second health degree is the health degree of the payment service in the second time period, and the second time period is a backward time period of the first time period; and when the deviation value between the second health degree and the first health degree reaches a preset deviation value, pushing payment service information corresponding to the payment service.
The first health degree is a health degree of the payment service in the first time period, that is, a health degree measured value. For example, the first time period may be 4 days 2/2020 and the second time period may be 5 days 2/2020. Alternatively, the first time period is 2 months in 2020, and the second time period is 3 months in 2020 or 4 months in 2020, and the like are not limited thereto. The payment service information includes, but is not limited to, payment service data and a payment service name, corresponding first and second health degrees, and the like.
Specifically, the payment transaction data processing program obtains the predicted second health. The second health degree is the health degree predicted value. The preset deviation value can be embodied in the form of percentage, and also can be embodied in the form of service score. And when the deviation value between the second health degree and the first health degree reaches a preset deviation value, the payment service data processing program pushes payment service information corresponding to the payment service to the administrator terminal. For example, if the second health degree is 70, the first health degree is 80.1, and the predetermined deviation value is 10, the deviation value between the second health degree and the first health degree is 10.1, and the predetermined deviation value is exceeded. Or the preset deviation value is 5%, and the deviation value between the second health degree and the first health degree is (80.1-70)/80.1 is 12.6%, and exceeds 5%, pushing payment information corresponding to the payment service.
According to the payment service data processing method, the predicted second health degree is obtained, when the deviation value between the second health degree and the first health degree reaches the preset deviation value, the payment service information corresponding to the payment service is pushed, the related information of the abnormal payment product can be automatically pushed, and the problem that the problem cannot be solved in time due to the fact that a leak occurs is avoided.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 3, a schematic flow chart of the second health degree prediction in one embodiment is shown. The acquisition mode of the predicted second health degree comprises the following steps:
step 302, a first numerical value corresponding to each time period within a preset number of time periods and a first health degree corresponding to the first numerical value are obtained.
The preset number refers to a number value stored in the first computer device in advance. The first value is used to identify the respective time period. For example, the first value corresponding to the 2/4-day period of 2020 is 1,2020, and the first value corresponding to the 2/5-day period of 2020 is not limited to 2 ….
Specifically, each time period has a corresponding first health and is stored in the first computer device. Taking one day as an example, the preset number of time periods may be 7 days, and then the payment service data processing program obtains a first numerical value corresponding to each day within 7 days, and a corresponding first health degree. Namely, the first health degree on day 1 and day 2, …, and day 7, respectively.
And 304, processing according to the first numerical value and the corresponding first health degree to obtain a first health degree function relation.
Specifically, the payment service data processing program obtains a value of a constant through interpolation or fitting processing according to the first numerical value and the corresponding first health degree, so as to obtain a first health degree function relation. The first health degree function relation may be a linear function relation or a nonlinear function relation. The first health degree function relational expression comprises a time section value parameter and a health degree parameter.
In this embodiment, the first health function relation may be in the form of y ═ kx + b. The constant b ═ y (average) -a × (average) calculated by the least square method.
Step 306, a second value corresponding to the second time period is obtained.
And 308, predicting to obtain a second health degree according to the second numerical value and the first health degree function relation.
Specifically, the payment service data processing program inputs the second numerical value into the first health degree function relational expression, and calculates to obtain the second health degree.
According to the payment service data processing method, the first numerical value corresponding to each time period in the preset number of time periods and the first health degree corresponding to the first numerical value are obtained, the first health degree function relation is obtained according to the first numerical value and the corresponding first health degree, the second numerical value corresponding to the second time period is obtained, and the second health degree is obtained through prediction according to the second numerical value and the first health degree function relation, so that the trend of the health degree can be obtained, products can be analyzed, and pushing is more accurate.
In one embodiment, the payment transaction data processing method further includes: and displaying a health degree interface, and displaying at least one of first health degree, a payment service data set, health degree trend information and weight configuration information corresponding to the payment service on the health degree interface, wherein the health degree trend information is determined according to a predicted second health degree, the second health degree is the health degree of the payment service in a second time period, the second time period is a backward time period of the first time period, and the weight configuration information is used for determining a first weight and a second weight.
Wherein, the health degree trend information is used for representing the future health degree trend of the payment service. The health trend information includes the predicted second health and may also include the known first health. The health degree trend information may be displayed in the form of a picture, a curve, data, or the like. The weight configuration information may be used to configure the first weight and the second weight. The weight configuration information can be configured according to requirements.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 4, a schematic view of a health interface in one embodiment is provided. The payment service data processing program can display the first health degree on a terminal with administrator authority, and the health degree is visualized. Wherein, the abscissa is the time period identification, if 11-02, it can represent 11 months and 2 days, and 11-03 represents 11 months and 3 days. The three curves represent three different payment services, respectively. Then a curve as shown in fig. 4 can be drawn according to each time period and the corresponding first health degree. The service scores and the like can also be displayed in the interface shown in fig. 4. A second health level for a second time period, i.e., the business health trend shown in the graph, i.e., health trend information, can also be displayed in fig. 4. For example, the current time is 11 months and 6 days, then a second health rating corresponding to 11-07 may be displayed via the platform interface. The first weight and the second weight may be modified in a fitness weight configuration.
According to the payment service data processing method, the health degree interface is displayed, at least one of the first health degree, the health degree trend information and the weight configuration information corresponding to the payment service is displayed on the health degree interface, the health degree trend information is determined according to the predicted second health degree, the weight configuration information is used for determining the first weight and the second weight, the payment service data set, the first health degree, the health degree trend and the configuration information of the payment service can be displayed more visually, and monitoring and decision making of a payment service product are facilitated.
In one embodiment, the payment transaction data processing method further includes:
and (a1) acquiring a first health degree and a second health degree corresponding to each time period in a preset number of time periods.
Specifically, each time period has a corresponding first health degree and second health degree. The first health degree is the measured health degree value. The second health degree is the health degree prediction value.
And (a2) determining a health degree deviation value corresponding to each time period according to the first health degree and the second health degree corresponding to each time period.
Specifically, the payment service data processing program may determine a health degree deviation value corresponding to each time period according to a difference between the first health degree and the second health degree corresponding to each time period. For example, if the first health degree is a and the second health degree is b, the deviation value is (b-a). Or, the payment service data processing program may determine the health degree deviation value corresponding to each time period according to the difference between the first health degree and the second health degree corresponding to each time period, and the ratio of the difference to the first health degree. For example, if the first health degree is a and the second health degree is b, the deviation value is (a-b)/a.
And (a3) determining the average health degree deviation values corresponding to the preset number of time periods according to the health degree deviation values corresponding to the time periods.
Specifically, the payment service data processing program may determine the average value of the health degree deviations corresponding to the time periods of the preset number according to the ratio of the sum of the health degree deviation values corresponding to the time periods to the preset number.

and (a4) correcting the first health degree function relation according to the health degree deviation mean value to obtain a second health degree function relation.
Specifically, the payment service data processing program takes the deviation mean value of the health degree as a constant item in the first health degree function relational expression. For example, if the mean value of the health deviations is 2, the first health function is y ═ kx + b, and the second health function is y ═ kx + b + 2.
And (a5) predicting to obtain a second health degree according to the second numerical value and the second health degree function relation.

According to the payment service data processing method, the first health degree and the second health degree corresponding to each time period in the preset number of time periods are obtained, the health degree deviation mean value corresponding to each time period is determined according to the first health degree and the second health degree corresponding to each time period, and then the first health degree function relational expression is corrected, so that the more accurate second health degree is obtained, and the payment service information pushing accuracy is improved.
In one embodiment, the payment transaction data set includes an amount of daily transaction resources, a number of daily transaction strokes, an amount of daily service visits, a number of daily service visitors, an amount of daily service resource investments, and a number of daily service resource investments.
Determining a first health degree of the payment service according to the payment service data and the reference service data, the first weight and the second weight corresponding to the payment service data respectively, wherein the determining comprises the following steps:
and determining the first health degree of the payment service of the first type according to reference service data, the first weight and the second weight which respectively correspond to the daily transaction resource amount, the daily transaction number, the daily service access amount, the daily service visitor amount, the daily service resource input amount and the daily service resource input number.
Wherein, the daily transaction resource amount may refer to the amount of money for one day of transaction. The daily transaction number is that the number is increased by 1 every time a transaction is successful in one day. The daily service visit amount may refer to a browsing amount or a click amount of a page of a certain service in a day, and the like. The daily service visitor number is the number of visitors accessing a page of a certain service in a day. A visitor visits a page multiple times during the same day. The daily service resource investment amount refers to the amount of resources invested in the payment service in one day, such as the number of coupons invested, or the subsidy amount invested. The number of the input strokes of daily business resources is one per day, and the number of the input strokes is increased by 1.
In particular, the first type of payment service may refer to a payment service using a frequency higher than a preset frequency. For example, a payment service using a car code, a meal order payment service, and the like are not limited thereto. And the payment service data processing program determines a first health degree of the first type of payment service according to reference service data, a first weight and a second weight which respectively correspond to the daily transaction resource amount, the daily transaction number, the daily service access amount, the daily service visitor amount, the daily service resource input amount and the daily service resource input number.
According to the payment service data processing method, the first health degree of the first type of payment service is determined according to the reference service data, the first weight and the second weight which respectively correspond to the daily transaction resource amount, the daily transaction number, the daily service access amount, the daily service visitor amount, the daily service resource input amount and the daily service resource input number, and the health degree of the first type of payment service can be determined according to data related to multiple services, so that the calculation modes of the health degrees corresponding to different types of payment services can be different, more accurate health degree is obtained, and the accuracy of alarm is improved.
In one embodiment, the payment transaction data set includes an amount of daily transaction resources, a number of daily transaction strokes, an amount of daily service access, an amount of monthly service access, a number of daily service visitors, an amount of daily service resource investments, and a number of daily service resource investments.
Determining a first health degree of the payment service according to the payment service data and the reference service data, the first weight and the second weight corresponding to the payment service data respectively, wherein the determining comprises the following steps:
and determining a first health degree of the second type of payment service according to reference service data, a first weight and a second weight which respectively correspond to the daily transaction resource amount, the daily transaction number, the daily service access amount, the monthly service access amount, the daily service visitor amount, the daily service resource input amount and the daily service resource input number, wherein the use frequency of the second type of payment service is lower than that of the first type of payment service.
Wherein, the monthly service access amount refers to the service access number in one month. Since the use frequency of the second type of payment service is lower than that of the first type of payment service, the payment service data value corresponding to the second type of payment service is smaller. Thus, for the second type of payment traffic, the monthly traffic volume corresponds to a first weight greater than the daily traffic volume. The second type of payment service may be, for example, a service that is used less frequently, such as a water and electricity fee payment service, and the like, but is not limited thereto.
In this embodiment, the data type corresponding to the daily transaction resource amount and the daily transaction number is a service transaction data type. Then the second weight corresponding to the daily transaction resource amount and the daily transaction number is the same. And the data types corresponding to the daily service access amount, the monthly service access amount and the daily service visitor number are service access number types. Then, the second weights corresponding to the daily service visit volume, the monthly service visit volume and the number of daily service visitors are the same. And the data type corresponding to the daily service resource input amount and the daily service resource input stroke number is the service resource input data type. Then, the second weight corresponding to the daily input amount of the business resources and the daily input number of the business resources is the same.
According to the payment service data processing method, the first health degree of the second type of payment service is determined according to the reference service data, the first weight and the second weight which respectively correspond to the daily transaction resource amount, the daily transaction number, the daily service access amount, the monthly service access amount, the daily service visitor amount, the daily service resource input amount and the daily service resource input number, wherein the use frequency of the second type of payment service is lower than that of the first type of payment service, and long-term data such as the monthly service access amount and the like are considered due to the fact that the use frequency of the second type of payment service is low, so that the health degree can be determined more accurately, and the accuracy of alarming is improved.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 5, a flow diagram of a payment transaction data processing method in another embodiment is shown. Wherein the health assessment background system may be located in the first computer device. The health degree evaluation background system acquires PV and UV data, namely data of a service access data type, service transaction amount and number of service transactions corresponding to the service transaction data type, service resource input amount and number of service resource input corresponding to the service resource input data type and other weighted data. The health degree evaluation background system can calculate the first health degree and display the first health degree on the health degree display system. The system can be displayed on the terminal health degree with administrator authority. The health degree evaluation background system can evaluate the health trend according to the historical data. And when the health degree sharply rises or falls, alarm information is sent. The health degree of the enterprise is analyzed and predicted according to the health degree of the payment business, and the analysis of the health degree of the enterprise is different from the analysis of the simple financial income expenditure of the enterprise. The existing revenue and expenditure data of a business cannot predict the future development and health curve of the product. For example, sometimes we obtain new users by investing resources, in case of income reduction, a large number of transaction and active users may be brought, and the health of the payment business should be increased rather than reduced simply due to the income reduction. And the health degree is measured only through income and expenditure, the health degree of the payment service cannot be accurately obtained, and the accuracy of the time for sending the alarm information cannot be improved.
