本发明提供了一种耐酸雨弹性外墙乳胶漆,按重量份称取以下成分:去离子水10‑15份,分散剂0.2‑0.8份,润湿剂0.1‑0.2份,消泡剂0.5‑1份,杀菌剂0.1‑0.3份,丙二醇1‑2份,醇酯‑12为1.2‑2份,纳米二氧化硅浆料2‑4份,硫酸钡2‑4份,改性瓜尔胶5‑10份,弹性丙烯酸乳液30‑50份,耐酸玻璃纤维3‑9份,改性丙烯酸树脂5‑10份,增稠剂1‑2份,流平剂2‑4份,颜填料3‑6份。在本发明的乳胶漆中添加了耐酸玻璃纤维和改性丙烯酸树脂,使得乳胶漆的耐酸雨性能提成,同时,在本发明的乳胶漆中还添加了改性瓜尔胶,改性瓜尔胶能够有效的提高胶膜的韧性。

本发明涉及建筑涂料领域,具体涉及一种耐酸雨弹性外墙乳胶漆。
背景技术
外墙乳胶漆在与其他类建筑饰面材料的竞争中,以其多姿多彩的装饰效果、简便快捷的施工方法、较低 的使用成本、安全环保等优势,已成为我国建筑外墙装饰的主要材料之一。然而,在外墙涂饰工程中,普遍存在涂层开裂和污染严重等问题,影响了外墙涂料的应用与推广进程。造成涂层开裂的主要原因固然是基层的体积收缩、温度变化、干湿交替等引起基层裂缝,但是,外墙涂料的涂膜缺乏柔韧性和弹性、缺乏遮盖微裂缝的能力也是不可忽视的因素。弹性涂料的涂膜具有弹性,能够遮盖基层的微细裂纹而使涂层不开裂。同时随着环境的恶化,雨水的水质越来越差,外墙经受不了雨水的腐蚀,容易造成开裂,寿命变短等现象,因此,研制出一种弹性且耐酸雨的乳胶涂料是当务之急。
发明内容
要解决的技术问题:本发明的目的是提供耐酸雨弹性外墙乳胶漆,该乳胶漆在具备弹性的基础上,还能够抵抗恶劣自然环境。
技术方案:一种耐酸雨弹性外墙乳胶漆,按重量份称取以下成分:
去离子水10-15份,分散剂0.2-0.8份,润湿剂0.1-0.2份,消泡剂0.5-1份,杀菌剂0.1-0.3份,丙二醇1-2份,醇酯-12为1.2-2份,纳米二氧化硅浆料2-4份,硫酸钡2-4份,改性瓜尔胶5-10份,弹性丙烯酸乳液30-50份,耐酸玻璃纤维3-9份,改性丙烯酸树脂5-10份,增稠剂1-2份,流平剂2-4份,颜填料3-6份。
进一步的,所述改性瓜尔胶的制备方法为:将球磨机研磨粉碎后的羟丙基瓜尔胶,用双氧水以喷雾的形式喷入羟丙基瓜尔胶中,搅拌均匀,然后将混合物密封,放入60℃烘箱中恒温反应3-7h,洗涤,干燥,粉碎得到纳米改性瓜尔胶。
进一步的,所述改性丙烯酸树脂的制备方法为:将正丁醇搅拌升温至100℃;将偶氮二异丁腈溶解于苯乙烯、甲基丙烯酸环氧丙酯、甲基丙烯酸羟乙酯和丙烯酸正丁酯的混合单体溶液中,然后滴加至100℃的正丁醇溶液中,3-4h内滴加完成后,保温反应50min,80℃以下过滤出料。
进一步的,按重量份称取以下成分:
去离子水12-14份,分散剂0.4-0.6份,润湿剂0.1-0.2份,消泡剂0.6-0.8份,杀菌剂0.2-0.3份,丙二醇1-2份,醇酯-12为1.4-1.6份,纳米二氧化硅浆料3-4份,硫酸钡3-4份,改性瓜尔胶6-8份,弹性丙烯酸乳液35-45份,耐酸玻璃纤维4-8份,改性丙烯酸树脂6-9份,增稠剂1-2份,流平剂3-4份,颜填料4-5份。
上述的一种耐酸雨弹性外墙乳胶漆的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
步骤1:将去离子水,分散剂,润湿剂,消泡剂,杀菌剂,丙二醇,醇酯-12和纳米二氧化硅浆料混合搅拌,搅拌速度控制为800-1200r/min,然后研磨,得到混合浆料;
步骤2:在混合浆料中添加加入剩余的成分,在300-500r/min下,并低温反应搅拌,搅拌完全后,过滤得到外墙乳胶漆。
进一步的,所述步骤1中搅拌速度控制为900-1000r/min。
进一步的,所述步骤1中搅拌速度控制为400-500r/min。
进一步的,所述步骤1中低温反应温度为30-40℃。
有益效果:本发明的耐酸雨弹性外墙乳胶漆具有以下优点:在本发明的乳胶漆中添加了耐酸玻璃纤维和改性丙烯酸树脂,使得乳胶漆的耐酸雨性能提成,同时,在本发明的乳胶漆中还添加了改性瓜尔胶,改性瓜尔胶能够有效的提高胶膜的韧性。
具体实施方式
以下实施例中,改性瓜尔胶的制备方法为:将球磨机研磨粉碎后的羟丙基瓜尔胶,用双氧水以喷雾的形式喷入羟丙基瓜尔胶中,搅拌均匀,然后将混合物密封,放入60℃烘箱中恒温反应3-7h,洗涤,干燥,粉碎得到纳米改性瓜尔胶;
所述改性丙烯酸树脂的制备方法为:将正丁醇搅拌升温至100℃;将偶氮二异丁腈溶解于苯乙烯、甲基丙烯酸环氧丙酯、甲基丙烯酸羟乙酯和丙烯酸正丁酯的混合单体溶液中,然后滴加至100℃的正丁醇溶液中,3-4h内滴加完成后,保温反应50min,80℃以下过滤出料;
实施例1和实施例2中,改性瓜尔胶的制备方法中恒温反应的时间为3h,改性丙烯酸树脂的制备方法中,滴加时间为3h,实施例3和实施例4中,改性瓜尔胶的制备方法中恒温反应的时间为7h,滴加时间为4h。
实施例1
一种耐酸雨弹性外墙乳胶漆,按重量份称取以下成分:
去离子水10份,分散剂0.2份,润湿剂0.2份,消泡剂0.5份,杀菌剂0.3份,丙二醇1份,醇酯-12为2份,纳米二氧化硅浆料2份,硫酸钡4份,改性瓜尔胶5份,弹性丙烯酸乳液30份,耐酸玻璃纤维3份,改性丙烯酸树脂10份,增稠剂1份,流平剂4份,颜填料3份。
上述的一种耐酸雨弹性外墙乳胶漆的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
步骤1:将去离子水,分散剂,润湿剂,消泡剂,杀菌剂,丙二醇,醇酯-12和纳米二氧化硅浆料混合搅拌,搅拌速度控制为800r/min,然后研磨,得到混合浆料;
步骤2:在混合浆料中添加加入剩余的成分,在500r/min下,并30℃低温反应搅拌,搅拌完全后,过滤得到外墙乳胶漆。

去离子水15份,分散剂0.8份,润湿剂0.1份,消泡剂1份,杀菌剂0.1份,丙二醇2份,醇酯-12为1.2份,纳米二氧化硅浆料4份,硫酸钡2份,改性瓜尔胶10份,弹性丙烯酸乳液50份,耐酸玻璃纤维9份,改性丙烯酸树脂5份,增稠剂2份,流平剂2份,颜填料6份。
上述的一种耐酸雨弹性外墙乳胶漆的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
步骤1:将去离子水,分散剂,润湿剂,消泡剂,杀菌剂,丙二醇,醇酯-12和纳米二氧化硅浆料混合搅拌,搅拌速度控制为1200r/min,然后研磨,得到混合浆料;
步骤2:在混合浆料中添加加入剩余的成分,在300r/min下,并40℃低温反应搅拌,搅拌完全后,过滤得到外墙乳胶漆。

上述的一种耐酸雨弹性外墙乳胶漆的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
步骤1:将去离子水,分散剂,润湿剂,消泡剂,杀菌剂,丙二醇,醇酯-12和纳米二氧化硅浆料混合搅拌,搅拌速度控制为1000r/min,然后研磨,得到混合浆料;
步骤2:在混合浆料中添加加入剩余的成分,在400r/min下,并35℃低温反应搅拌,搅拌完全后,过滤得到外墙乳胶漆。

2.根据权利要求1所述的一种耐酸雨弹性外墙乳胶漆,其特征在于,所述改性瓜尔胶的制备方法为:将球磨机研磨粉碎后的羟丙基瓜尔胶,用双氧水以喷雾的形式喷入羟丙基瓜尔胶中,搅拌均匀,然后将混合物密封,放入60℃烘箱中恒温反应3-7h,洗涤,干燥,粉碎得到纳米改性瓜尔胶。
3.根据权利要求1所述一种耐酸雨弹性外墙乳胶漆,其特征在于,所述改性丙烯酸树脂的制备方法为:将正丁醇搅拌升温至100℃;将偶氮二异丁腈溶解于苯乙烯、甲基丙烯酸环氧丙酯、甲基丙烯酸羟乙酯和丙烯酸正丁酯的混合单体溶液中,然后滴加至100℃的正丁醇溶液中,3-4h内滴加完成后,保温反应50min,80℃以下过滤出料。
