Description

Novel football field and construction method thereof
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of football court construction, and particularly relates to a novel football court and a construction method thereof.
Background
Football is the first sport in the world, and has a wide public base. However, the number and the reasonable distribution of the football fields become a great problem restricting the development of the football in China. Therefore, corresponding development plans are developed in China, and according to development targets set by the Chinese football middle and long term development plans (2016-.
At present, the construction modes of the football field are divided into three types, including artificial grass, natural grass and mixed grass planting. The artificial grass is usually constructed by hardening the ground, the construction cost is higher, and particularly, a low-cost artificial lawn system has great pollution and potential safety hazard; although the natural lawn has obvious advantages, the technical threshold for maintenance requirements is also high; the mixed planting grass is the highest technical construction mode at present, combines various advantages of artificial and natural, but has relatively high construction cost and certain difficulty in popularization at present. Therefore, how to directly design a football field which is simple to construct and basically meets the use requirements without using lawn grass becomes a difficult problem to be solved urgently.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a novel football field which can basically meet the use requirement without laying a lawn.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention adopts the following technical scheme:
a novel football field is composed of a base layer (namely an original soil layer), a gravel drainage layer, a sand layer and a grading mixing layer from bottom to top in sequence.
As the preferable embodiment of the novel football field, the thicknesses of the gravel drainage layer, the sand layer and the grading mixed layer are respectively 10-15cm, 10-15cm and 5-10 cm.
Furthermore, a plurality of drainage ditches are dug in the base layer, filament geotextile isolation layers or impermeable films are laid in the drainage ditches, then drainage pipes are laid, and the drainage pipes are wrapped by window screens.
As one preferable scheme, the base layer is wavy, the transverse distance between the valley bottom and the valley peak is 8-10m, the height difference between the valley bottom and the valley peak is 50-100mm, and the drainage ditch is arranged at the valley bottom.
The tail part of the drainage pipe is directly connected with a municipal drainage pipe or is connected with a reservoir buried outside the football field, and the reservoir is communicated with an external water receiving device.
In order to prevent the sand layer from entering the gravel drainage layer, a layer of separation net is further paved between the sand layer and the gravel drainage layer.
Preferably, the gravel particle size is 0.3-0.5cm, and the natural graded gravel is preferably washed with water.
Preferably, the graded mixing layer is formed by mixing porous ceramsite, filament grass carbon and medium coarse sand; more preferably, the composite material is prepared by mixing 10% of porous ceramsite, 30% of filament grass carbon and 70% of medium-coarse sand in volume ratio.
More preferably, the porosity of the porous ceramsite is more than or equal to 60 percent, and the water content capable of absorbing the weight of the porous ceramsite is more than or equal to 120 percent; the length of the filament turf is required to be more than or equal to 3cm, and the filament turf is natural turf passing the environmental protection standard; the grain diameter of the medium and coarse sand is strictly required to be 0.25-1mm, and the medium and coarse sand must not contain small stones and is washed by water.
The invention also discloses a construction method of the novel football field, which comprises the following steps:
(1) firstly, clearing and filling earth according to the design requirements and the measurement data of a field area on a base layer, and finally enabling the base layer to reach the design elevation and the compaction coefficient (more than or equal to 0.9) through various settlement modes;
(2) digging a plurality of drainage ditches (digging on a base layer, generally 110 drainage pipes, the drainage ditches are required to be 200cm by 200cm), paving filament geotextile isolation layers or impermeable films in the drainage ditches, paying attention to the adhesion degree during paving, then paving the drainage pipes, and wrapping window screens outside the drainage pipes; the tail part of the drainage pipe is directly connected with a municipal drainage pipe or is connected with a reservoir buried outside the football field for recycling; finally, paving a layer of gravel with the particle size of 10-15cm, and paving;
(3) laying a sand layer on the gravel drainage layer; the conditioned site can be selected to lay sand meeting the USGA standard in the United states, if the USGA requirement cannot be met, the gap bridge coefficient requirement is met with the gravel layer, and when the selected sand cannot meet the gap bridge coefficient, a layer of separation net is laid before the sand is laid to prevent the sand from entering the gravel layer. Of course, no matter what kind of sand must be washed by water and the requirement of drainage parameters is met;
(4) finally, a graded mixing layer is laid on the sand layer; and (5) uniformly paving according to a preset height, and finally rolling the whole field by using a road roller.
The invention has the following advantages:
1. the invention has low requirement on the original site, does not need special treatment such as hardening and the like, has low construction cost and is easier to popularize;
2. the invention designs the whole football field into four layers and is provided with the gravel drainage layer, thus completely meeting the requirement of rapid drainage (more than or equal to 300 mm/h);
3. the surface layer is a graded mixing layer, meets the sports performance requirements of a football field (the rebound rate of the football reaches 15-55 percent, the rolling distance is 4-12m), almost does not need excessive maintenance, and can be rolled and watered in due time (a more smooth surface can be obtained by rolling and watering, and the problem of overhigh surface temperature is better solved by watering); the porous ceramsite is added to absorb water with the weight more than or equal to 120 percent, and the water is slightly added before the porous ceramsite is used at a higher temperature period to keep the field at a proper temperature and stabilize the whole football field; under certain maintenance of rolling and simple repair, the use frequency is almost not limited;
4. because the upper and lower design structure of four layers is reasonable, the top-down is: the graded mixing layer, the sand layer, the gravel drainage layer and the base layer ensure that indexes such as field impact absorption, vertical deformation and the like can meet the requirement of protecting athletes to a greater extent (the impact absorption is more than or equal to 60 percent, and the vertical deformation is less than or equal to 10 mm);
5. the invention belongs to a non-hardened foundation, does not need frequent watering maintenance of a natural lawn, and can effectively control the surface hardness to be a reasonable value, thereby better serving the sports body (the hardness of the hardened foundation of the artificial lawn is very high, the natural lawn needs frequent watering maintenance, and the hardness of the lawn bed is higher along with the increase of the humidity)
6. If the lawn needs to be planted, the surface mixed layer is only slightly processed, and then the lawn is quickly paved or planted, so that the lawn can be quickly and freely converted to a natural field, and the lawn is simple and practical.
7. The invention can design the foundation layer to be wavy (concave-convex drainage design, and the foundation layer is concave-convex according to the preset slope releasing requirement and the interval), the water permeable speed of the design scheme can reach more than 600mm/h, the pressure of waterlogging is reduced, and the collection, storage and reutilization of moisture in the grade of heavy rain (the 12-hour rainfall is 15-29.9 mm, the daily rainfall is 25-49.9 mm) and even heavy rain (the 12-hour rainfall is 30-69.9 mm, and the daily rainfall is 50-99.9 mm) can be realized.
