If the dissolving layer is a solid outer protective layer, the cleaning method of the pipe cleaning body comprises the following steps:
before the pipe cleaning body is put into the pipe cleaning machine, a plurality of through holes (a plurality of through holes) are punched on the degradation ball (the pipe cleaning body) according to the length of the pipeline, and the through holes can be prefabricated and molded in advance;

In the present invention and embodiments of the present invention, a phase change material is a material that absorbs or emits heat over a range of temperatures to achieve energy storage and controlled release. The phase change material is formed by dispersing the phase change material in a solid support material in small particles, and cannot be melted or deformed at a phase change temperature section, so that the stability of the shape is ensured. The phase change material particles absorb or release latent heat in the solid-liquid phase change process, so that the phase change material particles have large apparent specific heat in the phase change temperature section. The shaped phase change material is not easy to leak, is nontoxic, harmless and corrosion-free, and can be directly used without encapsulation. The melting temperature range of the 35# grade phase change energy storage wax is 32.5-37.5 ℃.
In the invention, the phase-change material layer is a phase-change wax protection layer 1; the phase-change material conventionally used for the purpose of energy conservation and heat preservation refers to a material which can absorb or emit heat within a certain temperature range, thereby achieving energy storage and controllable release. Different from the conventional phase-change wax material technology, the recycling-free phase-change wax ball protection layer 1 is required to have better sealing property and wear resistance and relatively lower thermal conductivity so as to prevent external media from prematurely invading the phase-change wax ball, and a certain ablation condition is required to be defined, so that a paraffin-based material (C16-27H 34-56) with a moderate melting point is adopted.
The temperature of the pipeline transmission applied to the ball-throwing pipe cleaning on site is generally between 10 ℃ and 42 ℃, while the solid-liquid melting point of the current commercial paraffin is mostly between 46 ℃ and 58 ℃, compared with the application of the ball-throwing pipe cleaning, the controllable temperature range is between 29 ℃ and 45 ℃, the hardness of the surface layer of the paraffin is required to be as compact as possible, meanwhile, the state is more stable as the phase-change soil moisture is higher, and the phase-change wax is prepared by adopting a paraffin intermixing mode, which is a scheme with lower cost.
In the invention, the phase-change wax protective layer 1 is prepared by stirring and heating paraffin, alkane wax with even number and silicon dioxide. Specifically, the material constituting the phase change wax protective layer 1 of the tube cleaning body is prepared by adding alkane wax components with different even numbers such as 16 alkanes, 18 alkanes, 20 alkanes and 22 alkanes and the like in different proportions and 1-3% of silica filler into commodity paraffin with fixed marks such as 42-48 and the like as a base, and preparing a silica composite paraffin organic phase change material with different phase change temperatures of 16-48 ℃ by adopting a stirring and heating method, wherein the material has the characteristics of stable phase change temperature and low heat conduction, the latent heat of phase change is not lower than 240kj/kg under the general condition, the penetration degree is superior to that of common paraffin, the material is suitable for being used as a surface layer protective material of a phase change wax ball (tube cleaning body), and the values of relevant characteristic curves are shown in figure 2.
The phase-change wax material is used as a protective layer of a recovery-free phase-change wax ball (pipe cleaning body), solid-liquid phase-change conversion process conditions are defined by setting indexes such as phase-change temperature, phase-change moisture, thickness of the protective layer and the like, and the solid state of the wax ball can be maintained unchanged for a certain period of time under the condition that the pipeline temperature is lower than the phase-change value of the pipe cleaning body and is relatively constant or reduced, so that the stability of the shape is ensured. And the medium temperature in the pipeline conveying process is a process of continuously reducing, the phase change value is determined according to the upper limit of the temperature of the initial ball throwing point before secondary heating, and the wax ball is not melted before entering the slow flow section or the system does not have a secondary temperature raising and heating measure.
In the embodiment of the invention, the filling layer mainly serves as a support body of the phase-change wax ball (cleaning tube body), and the paraffin filling layer 2 is formed by compressing paraffin and silicon dioxide, so that a gap exists in the paraffin filling layer.
Specifically, the paraffin filling layer 2 is formed by stirring and mixing 42-58# granular paraffin, powdered paraffin, chlorinated paraffin and a small amount of silicon dioxide material and then compressing, and the components are in proportion: 65-75% of No. 42-58 granular paraffin; 10-15% of No. 42-58 powdered paraffin; 5-10% of No. 40-55 liquid chlorinated paraffin; 5-10% of silicon dioxide (SiO 2); it should be noted that the filling layer is formed by compression rather than melting and cooling, in order to have a large number of voids inside the material, so that chemical agents can permeate the inside thereof with temperature changes.

The preparation method of the time-limited temperature-controlled external-melting phase-change wax ball (pipe cleaning body) comprises the following steps:
1. granular paraffin, powdered paraffin, chlorinated paraffin and a small amount of silicon dioxide are used as materials of the filling layer, and are placed on a die of a press machine after being stirred and mixed according to a proportion, and are compressed into a sphere (filling paraffin sphere) under proper pressure;

3. after phase change wax with corresponding indexes is heated and melted by a heating kettle, quickly immersing the filled paraffin ball into wax liquid and taking out, and moving the filled paraffin ball into cold water for cooling, wherein if the thickness is not enough, the repeated wax immersion liquid is thickened after the water on the surface area of the ball body is removed;
4. hermetically refrigerating at 2-6 deg.C; can ensure the stability of the wax melting agent and the filling layer in 1-2 months.
Thirdly, the present invention provides a timing thermochemical phase change tube cleaning method, including the above recovery-free tube cleaning body, where the dissolution layer is a phase change material layer, and the chemical agent layer 3 includes: the inner core layer is a heating agent, and the method comprises the following steps:
setting the temperature in the clear pipe of the wax-containing crude oil pipeline as the melting temperature of the phase change material layer; determining a thickness of the phase change material layer; determining the melting time of the phase-change material layer through the melting temperature and the thickness of the phase-change material layer;
the filling layer and the phase change material layer are in after the melting time is dissolved, the heating agent meets the fluid in the paraffin-containing crude oil pipeline cleaning pipe, the heating agent generates heat and expands gas, the medicament is pushed out, the cleaning pipe body is pushed to move in the paraffin-containing crude oil pipeline cleaning pipe, the flow speed and the temperature of the medicament cleaning dirt are increased, and the pipe cleaning speed and the cleaning resistance effect of the paraffin-containing crude oil pipeline are improved.
Specifically, a timing thermochemical phase change pipe cleaning method uses a timing thermochemical phase change pipe cleaning body; timing thermochemical phase change pipe body includes: the phase-change wax injection comprises an outer phase-change wax protection layer 1 and a filling layer for enlarging gaps, solid sodium hydroxide particles, aluminum powder and auxiliary materials are compressed into a spherical shape to be used as an inner core layer of a medicament layer 3, the thickness of a phase-change thermometer for the outer phase-change wax is controlled to determine the thickness, and the phase-change wax injection is suitable for pipeline injection with large flow resistance and more bent ways. The outer protective layer of the shell phase-change wax is scratched or melted by delaying after the ball is thrown into a specified melting temperature range and is stuck to a bottleneck position when encountering a blockage, water in a pipeline circulating medium permeates into a filling layer with enlarged gaps and is contacted with a medicament core, and sodium hydroxide particles and aluminum powder are subjected to a violent thermochemical reaction to release a large amount of bubbles and heat and push a ball to rotate and spray a thermal reactant, so that the purpose of expanding and cleaning the bottleneck node position is achieved, the flowing speed and the temperature of the pipeline are increased, the speed of normal ball throwing and pipe cleaning and the blockage cleaning effect can be improved, and chemical reaction residues are taken away by the medium under the action of fluid.
The preparation method of the timing thermochemical phase change wax ball (cleaning pipe body) comprises the following steps:
1. mixing 65-70% of strong oxidant sodium hydroxide powder and 30-35% of exothermic agent pure aluminum powder, and compressing into sphere (medicament sphere) with press and mould
2. Placing the medicinal ball in the middle, mixing and wrapping with granular paraffin, powdered paraffin, chlorinated paraffin and small amount of silicon dioxide filling layer material at certain ratio, placing on a press mold, and compressing into ball (filling paraffin ball) under appropriate pressure
3. After phase change wax with corresponding indexes is heated and melted by a heating kettle, quickly immersing the filled paraffin ball into wax liquid and taking out, and moving the filled paraffin ball into cold water for cooling, wherein if the thickness is not enough, the repeated wax immersion liquid is thickened after the water on the surface area of the ball body is removed;
4. and (4) storing in a closed waterproof environment at the temperature lower than the phase change temperature.
Punching a plurality of micropores in the paraffin sphere according to the requirement; it should be noted that the compressed density of the filling layer should not be too high, and it is suitable to penetrate through some micropores, so as to facilitate the water to enter at a suitable time, but once the water enters the medicament layer, the thermochemical reaction thereof starts to accelerate and cannot be terminated, and the paraffin filling layer 2 is melted off quickly. Some residue exists in the reaction process of the two, and deposition can occur if the flow rate of the pipeline medium is too low.
In the embodiment of the invention, the characteristic of heat storage of paraffin is utilized, the special paraffin ball (cleaning pipe body) is processed, the special paraffin ball (cleaning pipe body) is frozen for a period of time before being thrown into a pipeline, and after the pipeline is thrown into the pipeline to complete the pipe cleaning work, the paraffin ball is dissolved and extracted liquid at a collecting pipe section.
The phase-change wax ball (clear pipe body) exists in an oil-water mixed liquid below 30 ℃, a critical value (melting temperature) is appointed within the range of 25-35 ℃, the liquid is liquefied (melted when the melting temperature is reached) when the temperature is exceeded, and the liquid is in a solid state when the temperature is lower than the critical value (melting temperature);
the phase change heat absorption under solid state is minimum, high heat absorption value is not required, a small amount of common paraffin solidified shell (phase change material layer) can be added on the surface layer of the phase change wax ball (cleaning tube body) if the hardness is not enough, and the hardness change requirement curve is shown in figure 3.
FIG. 3 is a graph illustrating hardness change requirements of a phase change material layer according to an embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 3, the hardness of the critical value substantially varies within a range of plus or minus 2 degrees celsius, the hardness stabilization time is greater than 1-6 hours at a stage of 25-28 degrees celsius, the complete ablation time is less than 1-2 hours at a temperature exceeding the critical value of 30 degrees celsius, and the phase-change wax ball (cleaning tube body) can be dissolved in petroleum medium.
Therefore, aiming at the technical current situation, the invention provides a recycling-free ball-throwing pipe-cleaning method, which replaces a recycled rubber pipe-cleaning body with disposable balls based on phase-changeable paraffin materials, cancels a rubber ball recycling link and improves the operation efficiency.
According to the characteristic that the produced liquid in the well is waxed on the inner wall of a conveying pipeline, a chemical synthetic substance soluble in water or oil is added with a slow release measure to prepare a solid ball with the same specification as the original rubber ball, the solid ball is directly put into the pipeline from a well mouth, after the pipe cleaning operation is finished, the phase-change wax ball (pipe cleaning body) stays in the pipeline of the next stage of slow flow, and the phase-change wax ball (pipe cleaning body) is subjected to phase change and is gradually dissolved in petroleum phase components of the produced liquid by virtue of a medicament of the phase-change wax ball or a delay regulation and control function of external temperature within a certain time; the decomposed substance of the phase-change wax ball (cleaning tube body) does not influence the gathering and transportation system.

Compared with the traditional rubber spherical pig pitching process, the recycling-free phase-change wax pigging (pigging body) pitching process has stronger practical significance especially in pipeline pitching construction with the inner diameter less than 100mm, and has wide application prospect.
