Description

One-bath dyeing process of disperse/neutral dye for polyester/viscose fabric
Technical Field
The invention relates to a fabric dyeing and finishing process, in particular to a one-bath dyeing process of terylene and viscose fabrics.
Background
Polyester/viscose fabrics are generally dyed using a two-bath process using disperse/reactive dyes. The traditional disperse dye dyeing is carried out under the conditions of high temperature and weak acid, and the reactive dye can be fixed under the condition of stronger alkalinity, so a two-bath method is usually adopted for dyeing. The dyeing process comprises the following steps: dyeing terylene with disperse dye → reduction cleaning → neutralization → washing with water → reactive dye chromatography viscose → neutralization → washing with water → soaping → washing with water. The whole dyeing process has long time consumption, low production efficiency, large water, electricity and steam consumption and large sewage discharge. There is therefore a need to develop a one-bath dyeing process for polyester/viscose fabrics. There are data research that disperse/direct dyes can be used for one-bath dyeing of polyester/viscose fabrics, but the direct dyes have poor color fastness of viscose dyeing, so that the application of the direct dyes is limited to a certain extent. At present, neutral dyes are generally used for dyeing wool fibers, but dyeing on viscose fibers is not reported, and a process for dyeing polyester/viscose fabrics by using disperse dyes and neutral dyes is not reported.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to solve the technical problems, the invention provides a one-bath dyeing process for polyester/viscose fabrics, which greatly shortens the process flow and greatly reduces the sewage discharge compared with two-bath dyeing, and simultaneously, compared with direct dye dyeing of fabrics, the method disclosed by the invention has the advantages that the washing fastness and the rubbing fastness of the fabrics are greatly improved after dyeing.
The technical scheme of the invention is to provide a dyeing method of a disperse/neutral dye one-bath method for polyester/viscose fabrics, which comprises the following steps:
(1) treating the polyester/viscose fabric in a solution containing refined degreaser and sodium carbonate at the temperature of 98-100 ℃ for 20-30 min; wherein the concentration of the refining degreaser in the solution is 1.5-2.5 g/L, and the concentration of the sodium carbonate in the solution is 0.5-1.5 g/L;
(2) taking a disperse dye accounting for 0.2-2.4% of the weight of the fabric and a neutral dye accounting for 0.1-1.2%, adding 0.4-0.8 g/L of an environment-friendly carrier and 10-30 g/L of anhydrous sodium sulfate to prepare a dye solution, and putting the fabric treated in the step (1) into a bath at a bath ratio of 1: dyeing in 10-15 (ratio of fabric weight to dye liquor): firstly, heating to 75-85 ℃ at the speed of 2-4 ℃/min, performing heat preservation dyeing for 10-15 min, then heating to 95-100 ℃ at the speed of 1-2 ℃/min, performing heat preservation dyeing for 30-40 min, and then cooling to 60-70 ℃ at the speed of 2-4 ℃/min to take out the fabric;
(3) reducing and cleaning the fabric treated in the step (2), wherein the bath ratio is 1 (10-15), and treating for 10-20 min at the temperature of 80-85 ℃;
(4) neutralizing the fabric treated in the step (3) with acetic acid, then adding clear water for washing, removing the auxiliary agent and dye flooding on the cloth surface, and then drying at the temperature of 75-85 ℃.
Further, the disperse dyes in the step (2) are 3 dyes of a low-temperature series, namely disperse red ACE, disperse yellow ACE and disperse blue ACE three-color dyes respectively; the 3 dyes of the neutral dye are neutral HF-3BN red, neutral HF-NM yellow and neutral HF-NW trichromatic dyes respectively.
Furthermore, the polyester/viscose fabric has a polyester content of 60-70% and a viscose content of 40-30%.
Further, the concentration of sodium hydrosulfite in the reduction cleaning solution in the step (3) is 2-5 g/L, and the concentration of sodium carbonate (sodium carbonate) is 1-2.5 g/L.
The invention has the advantages and beneficial effects that:
① the invention adopts environment-friendly carrier, which can reduce the dyeing temperature of the disperse reactive dye to 100 ℃ and avoid the problem of low dye uptake of neutral dye under high temperature condition;
② disperse dye ACE series and neutral dye HF series are selected to realize disperse/neutral dye one-bath dyeing of polyester-viscose fabric;
③ the invention adopts neutral dye to dye the viscose, which realizes the innovation of dyeing the viscose with the neutral dye;
④ the invention provides a disperse/neutral dye one-bath dyeing process, which has the advantages of uniform color, good washing fastness and rubbing fastness, and can shorten the process flow, improve the production efficiency, save energy, reduce the production cost, and reduce the discharge of sewage.
Detailed Description
The present invention will be further described with reference to the following embodiments.
The polyester fiber in the polyester/viscose fabric is a high-molecular synthetic fiber, the viscose is a cellulose fiber, and the two fibers have different physical and chemical properties, so that the two fibers have different characteristics on coloring, color fastness and the like of dyes in the dyeing process, the disperse dyes generally have a good dyeing effect on the polyester fiber, and the reactive dyes have a good dyeing effect on the viscose. Therefore, the conventional process usually adopts a disperse/reactive dye two-bath method for dyeing to obtain the effect of better dyeing rate and color fastness on two fibers, and the process is disperse dye dyeing terylene → reduction cleaning → neutralization → washing → reactive dye chromatography viscose → neutralization → washing → soaping → washing. The whole dyeing process has long time consumption, low production efficiency, large water, electricity and steam consumption and large sewage discharge; another way is to dye with disperse/direct dyes in one bath, but direct dyes have poor color fastness to viscose, so that the application of the method is limited. Aiming at the technical defects and combining the characteristics of the polyester/viscose fabric, the invention adopts a disperse/neutral dye one-bath dyeing process, the neutral dye is often used for dyeing wool fibers, the reactive dye and the direct dye are commonly used for dyeing viscose, but the neutral dye is not reported for dyeing viscose fibers, particularly for dyeing the polyester/viscose fabric, the proportion of the neutral dye to the disperse dye, the setting of dyeing process parameters and the like are not conventional processes, and the applicant breaks through the application range of the neutral dye in the field and uses the neutral dye and the disperse dye for dyeing the polyester/viscose fabric creatively, and further provides a one-bath dyeing process. When the disperse/neutral dye is used for dyeing by the one-bath method, how to select the dye and reduce the dyeing temperature of the disperse dye is very critical, and the method of adopting the low-temperature disperse dye and the neutral dye and adding the environment-friendly carrier is adopted to reduce the dyeing temperature of the disperse dye for dyeing the terylene to 100 ℃, so that the one-bath method dyeing of the disperse/neutral dye can be realized; the temperature rise and the temperature drop rate are controlled to realize the effect of uniform dyeing; in addition, the invention adopts the step (1) for pretreatment, because the lubricant is added in the spinning process, and the oil removal treatment is needed because of the contamination of the fabric in the transportation and storage processes; after dyeing, the cleaning process in the step (3) is needed, the cleaning aims to clean loose color and increase color fastness, 2-5 g/L of sodium hydrosulfite and 1.0-2.5 g/L of sodium carbonate are used for reduction cleaning of the fabric, and unfixed disperse dye and neutral dye on the fiber can be effectively removed, so that the cleaning is cleaner. In addition, the process flow of the two-bath dyeing process of the disperse reactive dye is firstly dyeing terylene with the disperse dye → reduction cleaning → neutralization → washing with water → reactive dye overdyeing viscose → neutralization → washing with water, and the process flow of the one-bath dyeing process of the disperse neutral dye comprises the following steps: disperse neutral dye dyeing → water washing → reduction washing (or soaping) → neutralization → water washing. Compared with the prior art, the one-bath dyeing method disclosed by the invention omits four working procedures, can reduce 8-12 tons of water by calculating 1 ton of fabric, save 4-6 hours of time, save 2.0-4.0 tons of gas and reduce 8-12 tons of sewage discharge. Therefore, the disperse/neutral dye one-bath dyeing method can obtain the polyester/viscose fabric with uniform color, good washing fastness and rubbing fastness, and compared with a disperse/reactive dye two-bath dyeing process, the disperse/neutral dye one-bath dyeing method can shorten the process flow, improve the production efficiency, save the energy and reduce the discharge amount of sewage.
