Detailed Description
In order to explain technical contents, structural features, and effects achieved by the present invention in detail, the following detailed description is given with reference to the embodiments and the accompanying drawings.
Referring to fig. 1 to 4, a child car carrier 100 of the first embodiment includes a base 1 and a carrier body 2 cooperating with the base 1. Specifically, in the embodiment, the front end of the base 1 is provided with a front supporting leg 11, the rear end of the base 1 is provided with an ISOFIX fixing device 12, and the ISOFIX fixing device 12 is used for connecting with an ISOFIX interface on an automobile seat, so that the base 1 is more reliably fixed on the automobile seat by the front supporting leg 11 and the ISOFIX fixing device 12; the carrier body 2 is a seat, but not limited thereto.
As shown in fig. 1 to 4, and fig. 8, the carrier body 2 includes a carrier main body 21, a headrest 22, and a first abuse prevention structure 23. The carrier body 21 is selectively assembled with the base 1 in a forward direction, as shown in fig. 2 and 4; or, the carrier body 2 can be selectively disassembled and assembled with the base 1 in the backward direction, as shown in fig. 1 and 3, so as to achieve the purpose of forward use or backward use of the carrier body 2. The headrest 22 is movably disposed on the carrier body 21, so that the headrest 22 can selectively adjust the height of the carrier body 21, and the carrier body 21 has a gear for adjusting the height of the headrest 22. The first anti-misuse structure 23 is mounted on the headrest 22, preferably, as shown in fig. 8, the first anti-misuse structure 23 is fixed below the headrest 22, so that the length requirement of the first anti-misuse structure 23 is reduced; and the first anti-misuse structure 23 slides up and down along with the headrest 22, and the first anti-misuse structure 23 extends to the bottom of the carrier main body 21. Therefore, when the vehicle main body 21 is used in the forward direction, the headrest 22 moves away from the lowest gear, and the first anti-misuse structure 23 also abuts against the base 1 to prevent the headrest 22 from being adjusted to the lowest gear relative to the vehicle main body 21, as shown in fig. 2 and 4; when the carrier main body 21 is used backwards, the base 1 avoids the first anti-misuse structure 23 to allow the headrest 22 to be adjusted at will in gears, so that the adjustment range of the height of the headrest 22 relative to the carrier main body 21 is indirectly limited by the cooperation between the first anti-misuse structure 23 and the base 1, and the state is shown in fig. 1 and 3. For example, in the present embodiment, referring to fig. 2, fig. 3, fig. 4, fig. 6 and fig. 8, the carrier main body 21 has a gear adjusting plate 211, preferably, the gear adjusting plate 211 is located at the back of the carrier main body 21 and is arranged in a left-right manner, so as to increase the stability of the connection between the headrest 22 and the carrier main body 21, but not limited thereto; the gear adjusting plate 211 is provided with gear holes 2111 corresponding to different heights, and each gear hole 2111 forms a gear, that is, the gear refers to the position of the headrest 22 in height relative to the vehicle main body 21, but is not limited thereto; in order to facilitate the headrest 22 to be adjusted more conveniently and flexibly relative to the carrier body 21, and to enable the adjusted headrest 22 to be relatively fixed, the headrest 22 is provided with a buckle 221 for being selectively clamped in any gear hole 2111 or being disengaged from the gear hole 2111, and the buckle 221 is fixedly disposed on the headrest 22, but is not limited thereto. More specifically, the following:
referring to fig. 5 to 7, in the present embodiment, a clamping rod disposed along the left-right direction of the carrier body 2 penetrates through the bottom of the carrier main body 21, a hook for selectively engaging with or disengaging from the clamping rod is disposed on the base 1, and the clamping rod and the hook are disposed in tandem along the front-back direction of the carrier body 2. For better description below, the front catch is given the reference number 24a, the rear catch is given the reference number 24b, the front catch is given the reference number 13a, and the rear catch is given the reference number 13 b; therefore, when the carrier main body 21 is used in the forward direction, the catch lever 24a is engaged with the hook 13a, and the catch lever 24b is engaged with the hook 13 b; when the carrier main body 21 is used backward, the catch lever 24a is engaged with the hook 13b, and the catch lever 24b is engaged with the hook 13a, so as to ensure the convenience of assembly and disassembly between the carrier main body 21 and the base 1 and the stability after assembly. Specifically, as shown in fig. 5, in the present embodiment, the base 1 has a front protruding structure 14 and a rear protruding structure 15 protruding outward, the front protruding structure 14 and the rear protruding structure 15 each have a concave slot 16 for receiving the fastening rods 24a, 24b and having an open slot, the front hook 13a is located on the front protruding structure 14 and selectively opens or closes the slot at the front protruding structure 14, and the rear hook 13b is located on the rear protruding structure 15 and selectively opens or closes the slot at the rear protruding structure 15, so as to increase the reliability of the assembly between the base 1 and the carrier main body 21 by the front protruding structure 14 and the rear protruding structure 15, but not limited thereto; for example, as shown in fig. 5, in the present embodiment, the front protruding structures 14 and the rear protruding structures 15 are further arranged in a left-right direction along the left-right direction of the carrier body 2, so that the left-right front protruding structures 14 and the left-right rear protruding structures 15 are arranged in a quadrilateral shape on the base 1; correspondingly, the hooks 13a and 13b are respectively arranged left and right along the left-right direction of the carrier body 2, so that the left hook 13a is located on the left front protruding structure 14, the right hook 13a is located on the right front protruding structure 14, the left hook 13b is located on the left rear protruding structure 15, and the right hook 13b is located on the right rear protruding structure 15, thereby increasing the engaging position of the hook 13a on the clamping rod 24a or 24b, and the engaging position of the hook 13b on the clamping rod 24a or 24b, so as to improve the engaging stability, and further improve the supporting stability of the base 1 on the carrier body 2, but not limited thereto. It is understood that, in other embodiments, the fastening rods 24a and 24b can be disposed on the base 1, and correspondingly, the hooks 13a and 13b are disposed on the carrier body 21; when the hooks 13a and 13b are disposed on the carrier main body 21, the front protrusion structure 14 and the rear protrusion structure 15 are correspondingly disposed on the carrier main body 21, so the present invention is not limited thereto.
As shown in fig. 1 to 4 and fig. 5 to 8, the first anti-misuse structure 23 is along the up-down direction of the carrier body 2 (i.e., along the arrow F)2In the direction of arrow F), preferably, the first abuse prevention structure 23 is a rod-type structure and extends in the left-right direction of the carrier body 2 (i.e., along arrow F)1In a left-to-right arrangement); the base 1 is provided with a clearance structure 141 for the carrier main body 21 to avoid the first anti-misuse structure 23 when being assembled on the base 1 in the backward direction, preferably, the clearance structure 141 inclines downwards from the front to the rear direction of the carrier body 2, and the clearance structure 141 is positioned on the front convex structure 14 and is communicated with the concave groove 16 of the front convex structure 14, so that the positions of all the parts are more compact, and the purpose of saving space is achieved. In order to prevent the first anti-misuse structure 23 from blocking the clamping rod 24b when sliding to the bottom of the clearance structure 141, the bottom of the first anti-misuse structure 23 is provided with a notch 231 matched with the clamping rod 24b, and the clamping rod 24b slides into the notch 231 in the process that the first anti-misuse structure 23 slides to the bottom of the clearance structure 141, so that the height adjustment of the headrest 22 on the carrier body 2 used backwards and the clamping between the clamping rod 24b and the clamping hook 13a are not affected by each other. For example, in the present embodiment, the clearance structure 141 is a clearance groove, and certainly, in other embodiments, the clearance structure 141 may also be a clearance hole, but not limited thereto. In order to make the base 1 more reliable against the first anti-misuse structure 23 when the carrier body 21 is in forward use, the base 1 is provided with a carrier bodyThe body 21 blocks the abutting portion 151 of the first anti-misuse structure 23 when being assembled on the base 1 in the forward direction, and the abutting portion 151 is located on the rear protrusion structure 15, but not limited thereto.
The operation of infant car carrier 100 according to the first embodiment will be described in detail with reference to fig. 1 to 8, as follows:
when the carrier main body 21 is assembled on the base 1 in a backward use state, the hook 13a on the base 1 is engaged with the catch lever 24b on the carrier main body 21, and the hook 13b on the base 1 is engaged with the catch lever 24a on the carrier main body 21, as shown in fig. 1; at this time, when the headrest 22 needs to be adjusted to the lowest gear (that is, the buckle 221 on the headrest 22 needs to be clamped into the lowest gear hole 2111), the headrest 22 is adjusted to the lowest gear relative to the vehicle main body 21, and the first anti-misuse structure 23 is linked to slide to the lowest end of the clearance structure 141; when the headrest 22 needs to be adjusted to the highest gear (that is, the buckle 221 on the headrest 22 needs to be clamped into the highest gear hole 2111), the headrest 22 is adjusted to the highest gear relative to the vehicle main body 21, and the first anti-misuse structure 23 is linked to move away from the clearance structure 141, so that the headrest 22 of the vehicle body 2 used backwards can be adjusted freely in the gear; when the carrier main body 21 is assembled on the base 1 in a forward direction, the hook 13a on the base 1 is engaged with the catch lever 24a on the carrier main body 21, and the hook 13b on the base 1 is engaged with the catch lever 24b on the carrier main body 21, as shown in fig. 2; at this time, the headrest 22 has moved away from the lowest gear (i.e. the buckle 221 on the headrest 22 moves away from the lowest gear hole 2111), and the first anti-misuse structure 23 abuts against the abutting portion 151 on the base 1, so as to prevent the headrest 22 from being continuously adjusted to the lowest gear relative to the vehicle main body 21, thereby preventing the defect that the headrest 22 is incorrectly adjusted when the vehicle main body 21 is assembled on the base 1 in a forward use; when the headrest 22 needs to be adjusted to the highest gear, the headrest 22 is adjusted to the highest gear relative to the vehicle body 21 and is linked to the first anti-misuse structure 23 to move away from the base 1. When the carrier body 21 is assembled to the base 1 in the forward use mode, if the user mistakenly adjusts the headrest 22 to the lowest gear position relative to the carrier body 21, the lower end of the first anti-misuse structure 23 slides into the concave groove 16 of the rear protruding structure 15, so that the hook 13b on the base 1 cannot be normally engaged with the clamping rod 24b of the carrier body 21, and the purpose of reminding the user of the wrong adjustment of the headrest 22 is achieved.
Referring to fig. 9 to 13, the baby vehicle carrier 200 of the second embodiment has substantially the same structure as the baby vehicle carrier 100 of the first embodiment, except that:
first, in the present embodiment, the base 1 includes a rotating base 1a and a supporting base 1b, the rotating base 1a is rotatably installed on the supporting base 1b, so that the carrier body 21 is selectively assembled with the rotating base 1a in a forward direction or in a backward direction, so as to facilitate the infant to get in and out; in the first embodiment, the base 1 is an integral structure.

Thirdly, in the present embodiment, the base 1 further includes a limiting device (not shown) for limiting the forward and backward rotation stroke of the rotating base 1a relative to the supporting base 1b, and the limiting device is disposed between the rotating base 1a and the supporting base 1 b; preferably, the limiting device limits the rotating base 1a to rotate 90 degrees counterclockwise (shown in fig. 10) and 90 degrees clockwise (shown in fig. 11) relative to the supporting base 1b, adjusts the angle and fixes the relative position of the rotating base and the supporting base, so that the infant can conveniently get on or off the bus or take care of the infant, misuse caused by too large rotating angle can be prevented, and the safety performance is improved. It can be understood that the limiting device can also adjust the rotatable angle to any angle according to the actual requirement, and the limitation is not limited to this.
Referring to fig. 14 to 15, the infant vehicle carrier 300 of the third embodiment has substantially the same structure as the infant vehicle carrier 200 of the second embodiment, except that: in the present embodiment, the carrier body 2 is a basket; in the second embodiment, the carrier body 2 is a seat.
Except for the above differences, the other parts are the same as those of the second embodiment, and therefore, the description thereof is omitted.
Referring to fig. 16 to 20, the infant vehicle carrier 400 of the fourth embodiment has substantially the same structure as the infant vehicle carrier 100 of the first embodiment, except that:
first, in the embodiment, the carrier main body 21 includes a seat 214, a backrest 212 movably disposed on the seat 214, and a second anti-misuse structure 213, at this time, the headrest 22 is movably disposed on the backrest 212 of the carrier main body 21, and the backrest 212 has a corresponding gear for adjusting the angle of the headrest 22; in the first embodiment, the carrier body 21 is made as a single body and the second abuse prevention structure 213 is not provided, so that the two are different in the structure of the carrier body 21.
Secondly, in this embodiment, the seat 214 has an adjustment stroke for adjusting the angle of the backrest 212, and the second anti-misuse structure 213 has a limit position shown in fig. 17 and a avoidance position (see fig. 18 or fig. 20) allowing the backrest 212 to be adjusted arbitrarily within the adjustment stroke relative to the seat 214; therefore, when the carrier body 21 is used in the backward direction as shown in fig. 16 or fig. 17, the backrest 212 moves away from the highest position of the adjustment stroke, the base 1 pushes the second anti-misuse structure 213 to switch to the limit position, and the second anti-misuse structure 213 located at the limit position blocks the backrest 212 from being adjusted to the highest position of the adjustment stroke, as shown in fig. 17; the second anti-misuse structure 213 limits the adjustment stroke of the backrest 212, so that the backrest 212 can be adjusted only in a lower stroke when used in the backward direction, thereby avoiding the carrier main body 21 from mistakenly adjusting the backrest 212 to the highest position of the adjustment stroke when used in the backward direction, i.e. adjusting the backrest 212 to an excessively upright angle, and further meeting the safety requirement in practical use; when the carrier main body 21 is used in the forward direction as shown in fig. 18, the second anti-misoperation structure is staggered with the base 1 and switched to the avoidance position, so that the backrest 212 can be adjusted at will between the highest position and the lowest position of the adjustment stroke, namely, the angle can be adjusted at will, as shown in fig. 18, and thus, the angle adjustment of the backrest 212 relative to the seat part 214 can be limited when the carrier main body 21 is used in the backward direction by utilizing the cooperation between the second anti-misoperation structure 213 and the base 1; preferably, the second anti-misuse structure 213 is arranged in a left-right direction along the carrier body 2, so that the adjustment is more stable, but not limited thereto.
Thirdly, in the present embodiment, the seat 214 has an adjustment long hole 214a for adjusting the angle of the backrest 212, the backrest 212 has an adjustment rod 212a inserted in the adjustment long hole 214a and sliding up and down relative to the adjustment long hole 214a, and the adjustment of the relative position between the adjustment long hole 214a and the adjustment rod 212a can realize the adjustment of the backrest 212, and has a simple structure and flexible adjustment; preferably, the adjustment rod 212a is disposed along the left-right direction of the carrier body 2, and the adjustment long hole 214a is inclined downward from the rear to the front direction of the carrier body 2, so that the arrangement between the components is more compact, but not limited thereto. When the carrier main body 21 is used in the rear direction as shown in fig. 16 or 17, the adjustment lever 212a is moved away from the highest position of the adjustment long hole 214a, and the second anti-misuse structure 213 in the limit position covers the upper portion of the adjustment long hole 214a, as shown in fig. 16 and 17; when the vehicle main body 21 is used in the forward direction as shown in fig. 18, the second anti-misuse structure 213 in the retracted position is retracted from shielding the upper portion of the adjustment long hole 214a, as shown in fig. 18. For example, the second anti-misuse structure 213 includes a blocking member 2131 and a pushed member 2132 fixed to the blocking member 2131, the pushed member 2132 is pivoted to the seat 214, the base 1 pushes the pushed member 2132 to pivot so as to make the blocking member 2131 rotate to perform position switching, and further selectively cover the adjustment long hole 214a or withdraw from covering the adjustment long hole 214a, preferably, the blocking member 2131 extends to the upper part of the adjustment long hole 214a to form a covering portion 2131a, and the blocking position of the blocking member 2131 to the adjustment long hole 214a can be adjusted by adjusting the shape of the covering portion 2131a, so that the adjustment is flexible; in addition, the blocking member 2131 is a sheet structure, and the pushed member 2132 is a cylindrical structure, the sheet structure can achieve the purpose of saving the inner space of the seat 214, and the cylindrical structure is more convenient for the base 1 to push the pushed member 2132.
Fourth, in the present embodiment, as shown in fig. 18, the second anti-misuse structure 213 is suspended above the base 1 when the carrier body 21 is in forward use, so that the second anti-misuse structure 213 does not abut against the base 1 any more when in forward use; specifically, the base 1 has a pushing structure 142 (see fig. 17) for pushing against the second anti-misuse structure 213 to rotate when the carrier body 21 is used in the backward direction, and the pushing structure 142 and the pushed piece 2132 of the second anti-misuse structure 213 push against each other, so that the blocking piece 2131 of the second anti-misuse structure 213 rotates to perform position switching, and therefore, the adjustment is flexible, but not limited thereto.
Fifth, in the present embodiment, the jamming rods 24a, 24b are located at the seat 214; in the first embodiment, the latch rods 24a and 24b are located on the carrier body 21.
Sixth, in the present embodiment, when the carrier main body 21 is used in a backward direction, the blocking rods 24a and 24b are engaged with the hooks 13a and 13b when the second anti-misuse structure 213 is in the limit position, if the backrest 212 is in the highest position of the adjustment stroke, the adjustment rod 212a slides to the highest position of the adjustment slot 214a, the blocking piece 2131 interferes with the adjustment rod 212a in the adjustment slot 214a, so that the pushed piece 2132 cannot exit rotationally under the pushing action of the base 1 and abut against the base 1, and the pushed piece 2132 always abuts against the base 1, so that the blocking rods 24a and 24b and the hooks 13a and 13b cannot be engaged in place, thereby reminding a user of incorrect operation, and achieving the purpose of preventing misuse. In order to remind the operator, a reminding device 25 for reminding that the clamping rods 24a and 24b and the clamping hooks 13a and 13b are not clamped in place is further arranged on the carrier main body 21, and the reminding device 25 can remind the user of wrong operation by switching to the warning mark.
Seventh, in the present embodiment, the pushing structure 142 is located on the front protruding structure 14; in the first embodiment, the pushing structure 142 is not provided.
Except for the above differences, the other parts are the same as those of the first embodiment, and therefore, the description thereof is omitted.
The operation of the infant car carrier 400 according to the fourth embodiment will be described in detail with reference to fig. 16 to 18, as follows:
when the carrier main body 21 is used forward, the hook 13a in front of the base 1 is engaged with the rod 24a on the carrier main body 21, and the hook 13b in back of the base 1 is engaged with the rod 24b on the carrier main body 21, as shown in fig. 18, when the backrest 212 needs to be adjusted to the highest position of the adjustment stroke (i.e. the backrest 212 is in an upright state), the second anti-misuse structure 213 is suspended above the base 1, i.e. a certain distance exists between the pushed piece 2132 and the base 1, at this time, the second anti-misuse structure 213 is in an avoidance position, the adjustment rod 212a slides to the highest position of the adjustment slot 214a, the backrest 212 is angularly adjusted relative to the seat 214 to be upright, and the backrest 212 of the carrier main body 21 used forward is adjusted freely in the adjustment stroke; when the carrier main body 21 is used in a backward direction, the hook 13b at the back of the base 1 is engaged with the lock rod 24a on the carrier main body 21, and the hook 13a at the front of the base 1 is engaged with the lock rod 24b on the carrier main body 21, as shown in fig. 16 to 17; when the backrest 212 needs to be adjusted to the lowest position of the adjustment stroke (i.e. the inclination angle of the backrest 212 is the largest), and the backrest 212 is moved away from the highest position of the adjustment stroke (i.e. the adjustment rod 212a is moved away from the highest position of the adjustment long hole 214 a), the second anti-misuse prevention structure 213 in the avoidance position will abut against the base 1, so that the blocking member 2131 rotates to block the adjustment long hole 214a, and the second anti-misuse prevention structure 213 is switched from the avoidance position to the limit position, so as to block the backrest 212 from performing wrong angle adjustment to the highest position of the adjustment stroke relative to the carrier body 21; when the carrier main body 21 is used backwards, if a user mistakenly adjusts the backrest 212 to the highest position of the adjustment stroke relative to the carrier main body 21, the adjustment rod 212a slides to the highest position of the adjustment slot 214a along with the adjustment of the backrest 212, at this time, the blocking piece 2131 interferes with the adjustment rod 212a in the adjustment slot 214a, so that the blocking piece 2131 cannot rotate to the position sheltered from the adjustment slot 214a, the pushed piece 2132 always abuts against the base 1, and the clamping rod 24a in front and the clamping hook 13b in back cannot be clamped in place, so that the incorrect operation of the user is prompted, and the purpose of preventing the angle of the backrest 212 from being adjusted to be too upright when the carrier main body 21 is used backwards is achieved. Since the adjustment of the headrest 22 has been described in detail in the first embodiment, it will not be described in detail herein.
Compared with the prior art, the first anti-misuse structure 23 is arranged on the headrest 22 and slides up and down along with the headrest 22, so that when the carrier main body 21 is used in a forward direction, the headrest 22 is moved away from the lowest gear, and the first anti-misuse structure 23 is also abutted against the base 1, so that the headrest 22 is prevented from being adjusted to the lowest gear relative to the carrier main body 21; when the carrier main body 21 is used in the backward direction, the base 1 avoids the resistance of the first anti-misuse structure 23 to allow the headrest 22 to be adjusted at will in the gear, so that the first anti-misuse structure 23 can prevent the defect that the headrest 22 is adjusted by mistake relative to the carrier main body 21 when the carrier main body 21 is selectively assembled with the base 1 in the forward direction or the backward direction, thereby ensuring safer use of the carrier main body 2 for preventing front and back misuse, and being capable of flexibly adjusting according to the use condition under the condition of avoiding wrong adjustment, thereby achieving the purpose of high flexibility. In addition, the carrier body 2 for preventing front and rear misuse of the present invention has the advantage of simple structure.
It should be noted that the above-mentioned left-right direction and front-back direction are assembled on the base 1 with the carrier body 21 facing forward, and the user stands behind the carrier body 21 and faces forward, and is left at the left side of the user, right at the right side of the user, front at the front side of the user, and back at the back side of the user.
The above disclosure is only a preferred embodiment of the present invention, and certainly should not be taken as limiting the scope of the present invention, which is therefore intended to cover all equivalent changes and modifications within the scope of the present invention.
