Abstract
本发明属于门板技术领域,尤其是涉及一种复合型隔音门板结构及其制作方法。所述的门板固定框架的内侧设置有板材卡槽,板材卡槽的前端设置有表层印花面板,表层印花面板的后端设置有纵向桥洞力学板,纵向桥洞力学板孔槽内填充有吸音泡沫;所述的纵向桥洞力学板的后端设置有横向桥洞力学板;横向桥洞力学板孔槽内填充有珍珠岩碎屑;所述的横向桥洞力学板的后端设置有固定背板;所述的表层印花面板、纵向桥洞力学板、横向桥洞力学板与固定背板通过固定铆钉的配合将整体铆接在门板固定框架前端。它采用双层交错的桥洞力学板作为门板主体,使其保证门板原有坚固,同时对桥洞力学板进行改进,使其具备了一定的隔音和阻燃的效果,使传统门板功能多样化。

技术领域
本发明属于门板技术领域,尤其是涉及一种复合型隔音门板结构及其制作方法。
背景技术
门板是门的主体结构,起到阻隔、遮挡和封闭的作用。目前的门板一般采用PVC吸塑门板、三聚氰胺板或者防火板等。而这些门板本身并没有很好的隔音作用,且其坚固程度有限;功能比较单一。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于针对现有技术的缺陷和不足,提供一种结构简单,设计合理、使用方便的复合型隔音门板结构,它采用双层交错的桥洞力学板作为门板主体,使其保证门板原有坚固,同时对桥洞力学板进行改进,使其具备了一定的隔音和阻燃的效果,使传统门板功能多样化。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案是:它包含门板固定框架、板材卡槽、表层印花面板、纵向桥洞力学板、吸音泡沫、横向桥洞力学板、珍珠岩碎屑、固定背板、固定铆钉、限位卡槽、卡接凸柱;所述的门板固定框架的内侧设置有板材卡槽,板材卡槽的前端设置有表层印花面板,表层印花面板的后端设置有纵向桥洞力学板,纵向桥洞力学板孔槽内填充有吸音泡沫;所述的纵向桥洞力学板的后端设置有横向桥洞力学板;横向桥洞力学板孔槽内填充有珍珠岩碎屑;所述的横向桥洞力学板的后端设置有固定背板;其中,所述的固定背板的左右两侧设置有一对卡接凸柱,卡接凸柱与板材卡槽后端的限位卡槽配合卡接;所述的表层印花面板、纵向桥洞力学板、横向桥洞力学板与固定背板通过固定铆钉的配合将整体铆接在门板固定框架前端。
作为优选,所述的门板固定框架由U型框架和固定横梁组成,固定横梁通过固定支架固定在U型框架的上端将复合门板固定在框架内部。
作为优选,所述的纵向桥洞力学板的外表面设置有数个凹陷槽,凹陷槽的底部设置有通孔,通孔与纵向桥洞力学板内部的穿孔连通。
作为优选,所述的吸音泡沫填充满穿孔、通孔以及凹陷槽。
作为优选,所述的表层印花面板、纵向桥洞力学板、横向桥洞力学板与固定背板之间通过胶水进行复合在一起。
它的制作方法为:
步骤一:制备纵向桥洞力学板、与横向桥洞力学板,首先通过挤压磨具木屑挤压制备成桥洞力学板,然后根据桥洞力学板内部孔槽的位置对其表面进行卡槽和打孔,使其与桥洞力学板内部孔槽连通,并对孔槽内进行吸音泡沫的填充,制备成隔音板;对桥洞力学板内部孔槽填充珍珠岩碎屑并压实,制备成阻燃板;
步骤二:根据门板固定框架的尺寸对表层印花面板、纵向桥洞力学板、横向桥洞力学板、固定背板进行裁剪,并通过胶水将各板面进行粘粘复合成整体;
步骤三:将复合后的板插接到门板固定框架的内部,并通过固定铆钉进行固定,并完成门板的安装。
采用上述结构后,本发明有益效果为:本发明所述的一种复合型隔音门板结构,它采用双层交错的桥洞力学板作为门板主体,使其保证门板原有坚固,同时对桥洞力学板进行改进,使其具备了一定的隔音和阻燃的效果,使传统门板功能多样化。本发明具有结构简单,设置合理,制作成本低等优点。

参看如图1-图3所示,本具体实施方式采用如下技术方案:它包含门板固定框架1、板材卡槽2、表层印花面板3、纵向桥洞力学板4、吸音泡沫5、横向桥洞力学板6、珍珠岩碎屑7、固定背板8、固定铆钉9、限位卡槽10、卡接凸柱11;所述的门板固定框架1的内侧设置有板材卡槽2,板材卡槽2的前端设置有表层印花面板3,表层印花面板3的后端设置有纵向桥洞力学板4,纵向桥洞力学板4孔槽内填充有吸音泡沫5;所述的纵向桥洞力学板4的后端设置有横向桥洞力学板6;横向桥洞力学板6孔槽内填充有珍珠岩碎屑7;所述的横向桥洞力学板6的后端设置有固定背板8;其中,所述的固定背板8的左右两侧设置有一对卡接凸柱11,卡接凸柱11与板材卡槽2后端的限位卡槽10配合卡接;所述的表层印花面板3、纵向桥洞力学板4、横向桥洞力学板6与固定背板8通过固定铆钉9的配合将整体铆接在门板固定框架1前端。
其中,所述的门板固定框架1由U型框架11和固定横梁12组成,固定横梁12通过固定支架固定在U型框架11的上端将复合门板固定在框架内部;所述的纵向桥洞力学板4的外表面设置有数个凹陷槽42,凹陷槽42的底部设置有通孔43,通孔43与纵向桥洞力学板4内部的穿孔41连通;所述的吸音泡沫5填充满穿孔41、通孔43以及凹陷槽42;所述的表层印花面板3、纵向桥洞力学板4、横向桥洞力学板6与固定背板8之间通过胶水进行复合在一起。
它的制作方法为:
步骤一:制备纵向桥洞力学板4、与横向桥洞力学板6,首先通过挤压磨具木屑挤压制备成桥洞力学板,然后根据桥洞力学板内部孔槽的位置对其表面进行卡槽和打孔,使其与桥洞力学板内部孔槽连通,并对孔槽内进行吸音泡沫的填充,制备成隔音板;对桥洞力学板内部孔槽填充珍珠岩碎屑7并压实,制备成阻燃板;
步骤二:根据门板固定框架1的尺寸对表层印花面板3、纵向桥洞力学板4、横向桥洞力学板6、固定背板8进行裁剪,并通过胶水将各板面进行粘粘复合成整体;
步骤三:将复合后的板插接到门板固定框架1的内部,并通过固定铆钉9进行固定,并完成门板的安装。
本具体实施方式的工作原理:首先外界的声音接触到纵向桥洞力学板4时,凹陷槽42将声波吸收到纵向桥洞力学板4内部的孔槽内部,并在吸音泡沫5的作用下将声波进行回旋衰减,达到隔音的目的;而横向桥洞力学板6的内珍珠岩碎屑7能够有效的阻隔火焰燃烧的速率,避免火势燃烧过于凶猛。
采用上述结构后,本具体实施方式有益效果为:它采用双层交错的桥洞力学板作为门板主体,使其保证门板原有坚固,同时对桥洞力学板进行改进,使其具备了一定的隔音和阻燃的效果,使传统门板功能多样化。

1.一种复合型隔音门板结构,其特征在于:它包含门板固定框架(1)、板材卡槽(2)、表层印花面板(3)、纵向桥洞力学板(4)、吸音泡沫(5)、横向桥洞力学板(6)、珍珠岩碎屑(7)、固定背板(8)、固定铆钉(9)、限位卡槽(10)、卡接凸柱(11);所述的门板固定框架(1)的内侧设置有板材卡槽(2),板材卡槽(2)的前端设置有表层印花面板(3),表层印花面板(3)的后端设置有纵向桥洞力学板(4),纵向桥洞力学板(4)孔槽内填充有吸音泡沫(5);所述的纵向桥洞力学板(4)的后端设置有横向桥洞力学板(6);横向桥洞力学板(6)孔槽内填充有珍珠岩碎屑(7);所述的横向桥洞力学板(6)的后端设置有固定背板(8);其中,所述的固定背板(8)的左右两侧设置有一对卡接凸柱(11),卡接凸柱(11)与板材卡槽(2)后端的限位卡槽(10)配合卡接;所述的表层印花面板(3)、纵向桥洞力学板(4)、横向桥洞力学板(6)与固定背板(8)通过固定铆钉(9)的配合将整体铆接在门板固定框架(1)前端。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种复合型隔音门板结构,其特征在于:所述的门板固定框架(1)由U型框架(11)和固定横梁(12)组成,固定横梁(12)通过固定支架固定在U型框架(11)的上端将复合门板固定在框架内部。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种复合型隔音门板结构,其特征在于:所述的纵向桥洞力学板(4)的外表面设置有数个凹陷槽(42),凹陷槽(42)的底部设置有通孔(43),通孔(43)与纵向桥洞力学板(4)内部的穿孔(41)连通。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种复合型隔音门板结构,其特征在于:所述的吸音泡沫(5)填充满穿孔(41)、通孔(43)以及凹陷槽(42)。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种复合型隔音门板结构,其特征在于:所述的表层印花面板(3)、纵向桥洞力学板(4)、横向桥洞力学板(6)与固定背板(8)之间通过胶水进行复合在一起。
6.一种复合型隔音门板制作方法,其特征在于:它的制作方法为:
步骤一:制备纵向桥洞力学板(4)、与横向桥洞力学板(6),首先通过挤压磨具木屑挤压制备成桥洞力学板,然后根据桥洞力学板内部孔槽的位置对其表面进行卡槽和打孔,使其与桥洞力学板内部孔槽连通,并对孔槽内进行吸音泡沫的填充,制备成隔音板;对桥洞力学板内部孔槽填充珍珠岩碎屑(7)并压实,制备成阻燃板;
步骤二:根据门板固定框架(1)的尺寸对表层印花面板(3)、纵向桥洞力学板(4)、横向桥洞力学板(6)、固定背板(8)进行裁剪,并通过胶水将各板面进行粘粘复合成整体;
步骤三:将复合后的板插接到门板固定框架(1)的内部,并通过固定铆钉(9)进行固定,并完成门板的安装。
