The partition 2 is a film or a solid piece having a pore size smaller than the diameter of the carbon-based smoking material particles, and is made of paper, silica gel, metal foil or glass. The partition 2 is fixed at a preset position in the structural hollow pipe 1 in an adhesion or clamping piece fixing mode.
The main function of the closure 4 in the carbon-based smoking material according to the invention is to prevent the carbon particles from escaping out of the cigarette. The closure 4 is constructed as shown in figure 2.
The same paper, silica gel, metal foil or glass used for the spacer 2 and the closure 4 is used for the construction of the hollow tube 1, which materials have been described above and will not be described in detail here.
In the present invention, the adhesive used for adhesively fixing the partition member 2 and the sealing member 4 is, for example, an aqueous adhesive, a polysaccharide adhesive, a hot melt adhesive, or a chemically synthesized adhesive, which are commercially available products. The clamping piece used for fixing in the clamping piece mode is stretched, contracted or buckled, for example, and the clamping piece is a clamping piece commonly adopted in the mechanical field at present.
In the invention, the carbon-based smoking material section 3, the cooling section 5 and the filtering section 6 are sequentially connected to form the carbon particle heating non-burning cigarette, and the specific structure is shown in the attached figure 3. The cooling section 5 and the filtering section 6 used in the invention are both cooling sections and filtering sections which are commonly used at present, such as a polylactic acid material, an organic heat-absorbing material or an inorganic heat-insulating material cooling section; organic fiber, natural fiber or synthetic sponge filter section.
Smoking simulation is carried out according to a cigarette smoking model specified in national standard GB5606.4 cigarette sensory technical requirement, a smoking evaluation group consisting of 10 experts is organized, and IQOS3.0 is used for heating a non-burning smoking set to evaluate smoking of the carbon particle heated non-burning cigarette. Meanwhile, the cigarettes of the HEETS cigarette sold on the existing market are also subjected to smoking evaluation in the same way, and the smoking evaluation results are listed in the table 1. These results clearly show that heating of non-burning tobacco rods with carbon particles according to the invention releases tobacco-specific flavors and nicotine sufficient to meet the physiological and psychological needs of the consumer, while also reducing the smoke temperature and second-hand smoke, reducing irritation and off-flavor.

The carbon particle heating nonflammable cigarette as claimed in claim 1, wherein the diameter of the activated carbon particles is 0.1 to 2.0mm, the average pore diameter is 1.0 to 10.0nm, and the pore volume is 0.1 to 2.0cm2A specific surface area of 500.0 to 3000.0 m/g2(iv) g, bulk density of 0.1 to 2.0 g/mL.
5. The carbon particle heating nonflammable cigarette as claimed in claim 1, wherein the weight ratio of the activated carbon particles, the smoking substance, the flavors and fragrances to the nicotine in the carbon-based smoking material is 50.0 to 99.0: 0.1 to 50.0: 0.01-20.0: 0 to 5.0.

The carbon particle heated non-combustible tobacco rod of claim 1 or 5 wherein the smoking material is propylene glycol, glycerin, a poly-fatty acid; the essence and spice is edible essence, a fragrant substance extract, an extract or a tincture; the nicotine is pure nicotine or organic acid salt of nicotine.
7. Carbon particle heated non-combustible tobacco rod according to claim 1, characterised in that the closure (4) is a film or a solid piece with a through hole (401) of a size smaller than the diameter of the carbon-based smoking material particles, made of paper, silica gel, metal foil and glass.
8. Carbon particle heating non-burning cigarette according to claim 1 or 7, characterized in that the sealing piece (4) is fixed at the air inlet end of the structural hollow tube (1) in a bonding or clamping piece fixing manner.
9. Carbon particle heated non-combustible tobacco rod according to claim 1, characterised in that the partition (2) is a film or a solid piece with a pore size smaller than the diameter of the particles of the carbon-based smoking material, made of paper, silica gel, metal foil or glass.
10. The charcoal particle heating non-burning cigarette as claimed in claim 1, wherein the partition member (2) is fixed at a predetermined position in the structural hollow pipe (1) in an adhesive or clip fixing manner.
