The voice acquisition device according to claim 2, wherein in a case where the data transmission module is a USB interface, the preset voice control device is an external control device; the external control equipment is provided with an interface which is physically connected with a USB interface of the voice acquisition equipment; the physical signal is a signal generated when the USB interface of the data transmission module is physically connected with the interface of the preset voice control equipment.

The voice collecting device according to claim 2, wherein in a case that the data transmission module is a bluetooth module, the preset voice control device is a hardware switch disposed on the voice collecting device or connected to the voice collecting device by a wire; the physical signal is a signal generated by the hardware switch under the condition that a mode for controlling the operation of the voice acquisition equipment is selected.
5. The voice acquisition device of claim 1, further comprising an indicator light for indicating an operating state of the voice acquisition device; the indicator light is connected with the processing module.
6. A control method of a voice capturing apparatus, applied to a processing module in the voice capturing apparatus according to claim 1, the control method comprising:
acquiring a physical signal generated under the condition that the voice acquisition equipment is communicated with preset voice control equipment, and controlling the voice acquisition equipment to operate;
and under the condition of receiving a voice control instruction, responding to the voice control instruction to realize the control of the voice acquisition module.
7. The control method of claim 6, wherein the voice control instruction comprises a voice capture instruction;
responding to the voice control instruction, comprising:
acquiring a voice data stream acquired by the voice acquisition module;
and in the case that the voice data stream comprises a preset awakening word, outputting a data transmission instruction.
8. The control method of claim 7, wherein the voice control instruction comprises a voice transmission instruction;
responding to the voice control instruction, comprising:
under the condition that response information corresponding to the data transmission instruction is received, performing data filtering and encryption operation on the voice data stream to obtain a data stream to be transmitted; the response message comprises the voice transmission instruction;
and outputting the data stream to be transmitted.
9. The control method of claim 7, wherein the voice control instruction comprises a voice inhibit transmission instruction;
responding to the voice control instruction, comprising:
and stopping outputting the data stream to be transmitted.
10. The control method according to claim 6, characterized by further comprising:
receiving a wake-up word replacement instruction; the awakening word replacing instruction comprises a target awakening word;
and responding to the awakening word replacing instruction, and replacing the preset awakening word with the target awakening word.
