step 6: after the order relation between the publisher and the order receiver is determined, an electronic contract built in the order full-network distribution system is downloaded through a cloud server for confirmation and electronic signature, and the electronic contract is stored in the cloud server after being electronically signed and can be downloaded and checked by the publisher and the order receiver at any time;
and 7: for the confirmed order, the publisher calls a third-party payment platform to carry out order prepayment, and the order whole-network distribution system side is used as a third-party management platform to carry out guarantee management on the prepayment; after the publisher pays in advance, the order tracking module can be called at the front-end application system through the mobile terminal or the PC at any time to check the progress of the order;
and 8: after the order receiver finishes the order, the finishing information is fed back to the publisher through the terminal, after the publisher confirms, the publisher calls the order payment confirmation module at the front-end application system through the payment settlement module, the order payment confirmation module is used for processing the order payment through the clearing module by the order whole-network distribution system, the prepayment of the publisher is released, and the order amount is paid to the order receiver after the commission is deducted.
According to the order whole-network distribution system and the business mode thereof, tasks are conditionally distributed to the whole-network crowd through the order distribution control platform, so that the integration of human idle resources is facilitated, and the individual value is improved; meanwhile, the order of the publisher is accurately pushed to the receiver at fixed points through an independent order distribution platform, so that the order transaction speed is accelerated; emphasizes the embodiment of individual value, integrates online and offline resources and provides a solution for diversified demands; compared with the existing system mode, the system has strong inclusiveness, is not limited to enterprises or enterprises to individuals any more, but solves pain points accurately point to point, improves efficiency and is more beneficial to the realization of different role requirements.

the front-end application system comprises a user registration module, a user authentication module, an order management module, a front-end communication module, a payment settlement module and a positioning module; the order management module comprises an order creating module, an order transceiving module and an order tracking module;
the background management system comprises a user information management module, an order auditing module, a background communication module and a clearing module; the user information management module is used for synchronizing user data registered by a user in a front-end application system, the order auditing module is used for an administrator to audit an order created by the user, the background communication module is used for communicating the background management system and the cloud server, and the clearing module is used for regularly clearing the order data;
the cloud server comprises a front-end server, a background server, a Redis main and a MySQL main and a back-end server, wherein the front-end server is used for deploying a front-end application system and assisting the data communication between the front-end application system and the cloud server; the background server is used for deploying the background management system and assisting the data communication between the background management system and the cloud server; the Redis main and standby servers comprise a Redis main server and a standby server and are used for storing and calling newly created order data in the order whole-network distribution system; the MySQL master and standby system comprises a MySQL master server and a standby server and is used for storing and calling large-capacity order history data and other platform information of the order full-network distribution system;
the system background center also comprises an order distribution control platform and a third party payment platform, wherein the order distribution control platform and the third party payment platform are respectively butted with the cloud server through a network interface protocol; the order distribution control platform is used for extracting key information of the order created by the user and distributing and matching all users meeting the qualification in the whole network through the key information; the third party payment platform comprises one or a combination of a WeChat, a Payment treasure or a Unionpay.

The order whole-network distribution system according to claim 1, wherein the front-end application system is further provided with an operation management module, and the operation management module comprises an operation identity creation module, an operation data synchronization module, an activity center and a conversion center;
the operation identity establishing module is used for reading user information of a user in a front-end application system to establish the user;
the operation data synchronization module is used for acquiring order data of a publisher or a receiver and converting the order data into integral data according to the order completion amount;
the activity center is used for showing order excitation activities configured by an administrator on a background management system;
the exchange center is used for displaying the exchange gifts configured on the background management system by the administrator and allowing the publisher or the order taker to exchange the exchange gifts by using the points.

The order whole-network distribution system according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the front-end application system further comprises an exception feedback module, the exception feedback module is used for feeding back problems which cannot be handled autonomously when a publisher or a receiver encounters in an order distribution process, and automatically correcting and early warning an exception flow preset by a program in the front-end application system;
the background management system also comprises an exception scheduling module and a manual service module, wherein the exception scheduling module and the manual service module correspond to the exception feedback module of the front-end application system and are used for receiving user feedback and system early warning feedback and arranging technicians to carry out problem solving by providing manual consultation assistance and the exception scheduling module.

The order whole-network distribution system according to claim 3, wherein the background management system comprises a report statistics module and a system setting module, the report statistics module is used for synchronizing the order data of the order whole-network distribution system and displaying the system order data through a bar graph or a line graph; the system setting module comprises an administrator role information management module and a platform commission setting module, wherein the administrator role management module is used for performing addition, deletion, modification and check on an administrator, and the platform commission setting module is used for setting a platform commission value of an order of a publisher.

6. A business model based on an order whole network distribution system, characterized in that the business model is operated based on the order whole network distribution system of any one of claims 1-5, and the practical application steps are as follows:
step 1: a user enters a front-end application system on a mobile terminal or a PC terminal, calls a user registration module to perform account registration, perfects personal/enterprise (organization) information, calls a user authentication module to perform real-name authentication through effective identity information of the user, and stores user authentication information to a cloud server through the Internet after the authentication is finished;
step 2: a user calls an order creating module on a mobile terminal or a PC terminal by the identity of a publisher, creates an order according to own requirements, acquires information such as a position authorized by the publisher and the like through a positioning module in the order creating process, and sends the created order calling order receiving and sending module to a cloud server and a background management system through the Internet;

and 7: for the confirmed order, the publisher calls a third-party payment platform to carry out order prepayment, and the order whole-network distribution system side is used as a third-party management platform to carry out guarantee management on the prepayment; after the publisher pays in advance, the order tracking module can be called at the front-end application system through the mobile terminal or the PC at any time to check the progress of the order;
and 8: after the order receiver finishes the order, the finishing information is fed back to the publisher through the terminal, after the publisher confirms, the publisher calls the order payment confirmation module at the front-end application system through the payment settlement module, the order payment confirmation module is used for processing the order payment through the clearing module by the order whole-network distribution system, the prepayment of the publisher is released, and the order amount is paid to the order receiver after the commission is deducted.
