According to one or more embodiments of the present disclosure, further comprising obtaining a attention rank of the house source text information category, the obtaining the attention rank of the house source text information category comprising: and classifying and extracting the user query information, the feedback information or the user and broker communication information according to the house source information category and the classifying condition, and determining according to the obtained effective content quantity of each information category.
According to one or more embodiments of the present disclosure, among contents of text information categories other than the highlighted text information category displayed as a column, information contents of the last line are in one common tag content.
According to one or more embodiments of the present disclosure, the content of the highlighted text information category includes information content related to a price of a house source.

According to one or more embodiments of the present disclosure, the attention ranking module classifies and extracts user query information, feedback information, or user and broker communication information according to a house source information category and classification conditions, determines and ranks the attention of each category in the house source text information according to the obtained number of valid contents of each information category.
According to one or more embodiments of the present disclosure, there is provided a terminal including: at least one memory and at least one processor; the memory is used for storing program codes, and the processor is used for calling the program codes stored in the memory to execute the house source information display method.

Claims (7)

classifying and counting the house source text information according to the category and the classification condition of the house source information to obtain a plurality of house source text information categories and information contents thereof;
obtaining a focus ranking of the category of the room source text information, wherein obtaining the focus ranking of the category of the room source text information comprises: classifying and extracting user query information, feedback information or user and broker communication information according to house source information categories and classification conditions, and determining according to the obtained effective content quantity of each information category;
selecting one or more of the plurality of house source text information categories with the highest attention rank as the highlighted text information category according to the attention rank of each text information category;
displaying a room source information list on a terminal, wherein:
the pictures in each room source information are displayed as a column;
the content of the text information categories except the highlighted text information category in each room source information is displayed as a column;
the content of the highlighted text information category in each room source information is displayed in at least one separate column.
2. The house source information display method according to claim 1, wherein the information contents of the last line among contents of the text information categories other than the highlighted text information category displayed as a column are in one common tag content.
3. The house source information display method according to claim 1, wherein the content of the highlighted text information category includes information content related to a house source price.
4. The house source information display method according to claim 1, wherein a column in which contents of a text information category other than a highlighted text information category are located is located between a column in which the picture is located and a column in which contents of the highlighted text information category are located.
5. A room source information presentation device, the room source information presentation device comprising:
the house source information classification determining module is used for classifying house source text information and determining information content in each house source text information category;
the attention ranking module is used for determining and ranking the attention of each category in the house source text information, and classifying and extracting the user query information, the feedback information or the user and broker communication information according to the house source information category and the classification condition, and determining and ranking the attention of each category in the house source text information according to the obtained effective content quantity of each information category;
the highlighted text determining module is used for selecting one or more of the plurality of house source text information categories with the highest attention rank as the highlighted text information category according to the attention rank of each text information category;
the display module is used for displaying a room source information list on the terminal, wherein:
the pictures in each room source information are displayed as a column;
the content of the text information categories except the highlighted text information category in each room source information is displayed as a column;
the content of the highlighted text information category in each room source information is displayed in at least one separate column.
6. A terminal, the terminal comprising:
at least one memory and at least one processor;
wherein the memory is for storing program code and the processor is for invoking the program code stored in the memory to perform the house source information presentation method of any of claims 1 to 4.
7. A computer storage medium, characterized in that the computer storage medium stores a program code for executing the house source information presentation method according to any one of claims 1 to 4.
