Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of laboratory instruments, in particular to a multifunctional pathological tissue paraffin section processing device.
Background
The most widely used method in paraffin section histological routine tabletting technology. Paraffin sections are not only used for observing the morphological structure of normal cellular tissues, but also are the main methods used in the research, observation and judgment of morphological changes of cellular tissues in the disciplines of pathology and forensics, and have been widely used in research in many other disciplines. In teaching, most of slice specimens observed under a light microscope are prepared by a paraffin slicing method. The living cells or tissues are mostly colorless and transparent, and various structures among various tissues and in the cells lack contrast and are not easy to distinguish clearly under a common light mirror; after leaving the body, the tissue will die and spoil, and the original normal structure will be lost, so the tissue will be fixed, paraffin embedded, sliced and dyed to avoid death of cell tissue and to clearly identify its morphological structure.
In the process of treating pathological tissue paraffin sections, it is necessary to perform a sheet-spreading operation on the pathological tissue paraffin sections by using the surface tension of water so that the paraffin sheets are spread. However, in the actual operation, since a part of bubbles are dissolved/dissociated in the warm water for the stent, the bubbles are attached under the slice, and the integrity of the slice is affected after the bubbles are broken during the drying or dyeing process. Therefore, how to continuously and effectively discharge bubbles in water to facilitate the tablet spreading is a problem to be solved by the technicians.
