本发明公开了一种安全阀,包括阀套,所述阀套内设有阀孔,所述阀套内在阀孔的底部设有通孔,所述通孔的下端为P口,所述阀套的侧面设有T口,所述阀孔内滑动连接有阀芯,所述阀孔的上端固定安装有导磁套;所述导磁套的上端固定设有螺套,所述导磁套的外圆周侧面设有线圈,所述导磁套内设有先导阀芯、衔铁和第一弹簧;该安全阀可以通过电控实现卸荷与安全保护功能的切换,结构简单、体积紧凑、成本低。

技术领域
本发明属于阀门技术领域,具体的说是涉及一种安全阀。
背景技术
安全阀是工业控制及流体管道中常用的阀门,安全阀用于限制管道中的最高使用压力起到安全保护作用。现有技术中,为了对管路实现安全保护及卸荷功能,就要采用一个电磁阀和一个安全阀,通过电磁阀的通电与否控制管路是否处于卸荷,而当电磁阀处于不卸荷状态时再通过安全阀实现安全保护功能,这样不仅增加了使用成本和安装的复杂程度,也增加了整体的体积。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种安全阀,其不仅能实现卸荷功能,也能实现安全保护功能。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:
一种安全阀,包括阀套,所述阀套内设有上端开口的阀孔,所述阀套内在阀孔的底部设有通孔,所述通孔的下端为P口,所述阀套的侧面设有阀孔连通的T口,所述阀孔内滑动连接有用于控制通孔通断的阀芯,所述阀孔的上端开口处固定安装有导磁套,所述阀孔内在阀芯和导磁套之间形成控制腔;所述导磁套内设有沿轴向贯穿的导磁套通孔,所述导磁套通孔由上至下包括滑孔、安装孔和先导阀口,所述安装孔通过设在导磁套和阀套上的连通流道与T口相连通,所述导磁套的上端固定设有螺套,所述导磁套的外圆周侧面在螺套和阀套之间设有线圈;所述滑孔内在滑动连接有动铁,所述安装孔内设有与先导阀口相配合以控制控制腔与安装孔通断的先导阀芯;所述导磁套通孔内设有第一弹簧,所述第一弹簧一端抵在所述动铁的下端面上,另一端抵在所述先导阀芯上,使先导阀芯保持向下移动以封堵先导阀口的趋势;所述阀芯内设有用于连通P口和控制腔的第一阻尼孔,所述先导阀口内设有第二阻尼孔;在线圈失电时,第一弹簧处于自然伸长状态,阀芯在P口与控制腔内压差下处于开启状态,P口与T口相连通;在线圈通电时,动铁向下运动压缩第一弹簧,使得先导阀芯压紧在先导阀口上,当P口压力低于第一弹簧的设定压力时,阀芯处于关闭状态,P口与T口隔断不通,当P口压力大于第一弹簧设压力时,先导阀芯向上运动打开先导阀口,阀芯在P口与控制腔内压差下处于开启状态,P口与T口相连通。
进一步的技术方案中,所述动铁的上端设有倒T字形限位滑槽,所述螺套内螺纹连接有下端伸入倒T字形限位滑槽内的调节杆,所述调节杆的下端设有滑动连接在倒T字形限位滑槽内的凸肩;所述凸肩靠近螺套时,线圈通电,动铁向下运动距离短,所述凸肩远离螺套时,线圈通电,动铁向下运动距离长。
进一步的技术方案中,所述控制腔内设有第二弹簧,所述第二弹簧一端抵在所述导磁套上,另一端抵在所述阀芯上,使所述阀芯保持向下移动隔断P口与T口连通的趋势。
进一步的技术方案中,所述调节杆在螺堵上方螺纹连接有锁紧螺帽。
进一步的技术方案中,所述连通流道包括设在所述导磁套上的第一通流孔和设置所述螺套上的第二通流孔,所述第一通流孔一端与安装孔连通,另一端与第二通流孔的一端相连通,第二通流孔的另一端与T口连通。
有益效果
与现有技术相比,本发明的技术方案具有以下优点:
本发明即可以通过控制线圈失电,使阀芯处于开启状态,从而使P口与T口连通,完成卸荷功能;也可以通过控制线圈带电,使阀芯处于关闭状态,实现安全保护功能;并且通过调节杆,可以方便的实现设定压力的调节。本发明相比于现有技术,通过一个阀实现了两个阀的功能,体积紧凑、结构简单、成本低。

具体实施方式
请参阅图1-2所示,一种安全阀,包括阀套1,所述阀套1内设有上端开口的阀孔,所述阀套1内在阀孔的底部设有通孔,所述通孔的下端为P口,所述阀套的侧面设有阀孔连通的T口,所述阀孔内滑动连接有用于控制通孔通断的阀芯2,所述阀孔的上端开口处固定安装有导磁套4,所述阀孔内在阀芯2和导磁套4之间形成控制腔1a;所述导磁套4内设有沿轴向贯穿的导磁套通孔,所述导磁套通孔由上至下包括滑孔、安装孔和先导阀口,所述安装孔通过设在导磁套4和阀套1上的连通流道与T口相连通,所述导磁套4的上端固定设有螺套8,所述导磁套4的外圆周侧面在螺套8和阀套1之间设有线圈9;所述滑孔内滑动连接有动铁6,所述安装孔内设有与先导阀口相配合以控制控制腔1a与安装孔通断的先导阀芯5;所述导磁套通孔内设有第一弹簧32,所述第一弹簧32一端抵在所述动铁6的下端面上,另一端抵在所述先导阀芯5上,使先导阀芯5保持向下移动以封堵先导阀口的趋势;所述阀芯2内设有用于连通P口和控制腔1a的第一阻尼孔21,所述先导阀口内设有第二阻尼孔42;在线圈9失电时,第一弹簧32处于自然伸长状态,阀芯2在P口与控制腔1a内压差下处于开启状态,P口与T口相连通;在线圈9通电时,动铁6向下运动压缩第一弹簧32,使得先导阀芯5压紧在先导阀口上,当P口压力低于第一弹簧32的设定压力时,阀芯2处于关闭状态,P口与T口隔断不通,当P口压力大于第一弹簧32设压力时,先导阀芯5向上运动打开先导阀口,阀芯2在P口与控制腔1a内压差下处于开启状态,P口与T口相连通。
所述动铁6的上端设有倒T字形限位滑槽61,所述螺套8内螺纹连接有下端伸入倒T字形限位滑槽61内的调节杆7,所述调节杆7的下端设有滑动连接在倒T字形限位滑槽内的凸肩71;所述凸肩71靠近螺套8时,线圈9通电,动铁6向下运动距离短,所述凸肩71远离螺套8时,线圈9通电,动铁6向下运动距离长。
所述控制腔内设有第二弹簧,所述第二弹簧一端抵在所述导磁套上,另一端抵在所述阀芯上,使所述阀芯保持向下移动隔断P口与T口连通的趋势。
所述调节杆在螺堵上方螺纹连接有锁紧螺帽。
所述连通流道包括设在所述导磁套上的第一通流孔和设置所述螺套上的第二通流孔,所述第一通流孔一端与安装孔连通,另一端与第二通流孔的一端相连通,第二通流孔的另一端与T口连通。
本发明的工作原理如下:
通过调节调节杆7可以设定本发明的最大安全压力,其中调节杆7越向下调节,动铁6向下运动的距离越长,从而对第一弹簧32的压缩量就越大,最大安全压力就越高。
当线圈9不带电时,动铁6处于最上端位置,使第一弹簧32处于自然伸长状态,P口的介质经过第一阻尼孔21、控制腔1a后推开先导阀芯5进入安装孔,再依次经第一通流孔41、第二通流孔101后回到T口,由于第一阻尼孔21的作用,使P口与控制腔1a之间存在压差,此压差作用在阀芯2上,使阀芯2向上移动打开通孔,P口与T口连通,本发明实现卸荷功能。
当线圈9带电时,在磁场的作用下,动铁6向下移动压缩第一弹簧32,直到凸肩71的上端面与倒T字形限位滑槽61的台阶面相抵,在第一弹簧32的作用力下,先导阀芯5压紧在先导阀口上。当P口压力低于第一弹簧32的设定压力时,先导阀芯5处于关闭状态,阀芯2在第二弹簧31的作用力下处于关闭状态,P口与T口隔断不通。当P口压力大于第一弹簧32的设定压力时,先导阀芯5向上运动,打开先导阀口,控制腔1a内的介质经先导阀口、安装孔、第一通流孔41、第二通流孔101后流入T口,阀芯2在P口与控制腔1a内压差作用下向上移动,打开通孔,P口的介质流入T口实现溢流,起到安全保护作用。
以上所述仅是本发明的优选实施方式,应当指出,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明技术原理的前提下,还可以做出若干改进和润饰,这些改进和润饰也应视为本发明的保护范围。

1.一种安全阀,包括阀套,其特征在于,所述阀套内设有上端开口的阀孔,所述阀套内在阀孔的底部设有通孔,所述通孔的下端为P口,所述阀套的侧面设有阀孔连通的T口,所述阀孔内滑动连接有用于控制通孔通断的阀芯,所述阀孔的上端开口处固定安装有导磁套,所述阀孔内在阀芯和导磁套之间形成控制腔;所述导磁套内设有沿轴向贯穿的导磁套通孔,所述导磁套通孔由上至下包括滑孔、安装孔和先导阀口,所述安装孔通过设在导磁套和阀套上的连通流道与T口相连通,所述导磁套的上端固定设有螺套,所述导磁套的外圆周侧面在螺套和阀套之间设有线圈;所述滑孔内在滑动连接有动铁,所述安装孔内设有与先导阀口相配合以控制控制腔与安装孔通断的先导阀芯;所述导磁套通孔内设有第一弹簧,所述第一弹簧一端抵在所述动铁的下端面上,另一端抵在所述先导阀芯上,使先导阀芯保持向下移动以封堵先导阀口的趋势;所述阀芯内设有用于连通P口和控制腔的第一阻尼孔,所述先导阀口内设有第二阻尼孔;在线圈失电时,第一弹簧处于自然伸长状态,阀芯在P口与控制腔内压差下处于开启状态,P口与T口相连通;在线圈通电时,动铁向下运动压缩第一弹簧,使得先导阀芯压紧在先导阀口上,当P口压力低于第一弹簧的设定压力时,阀芯处于关闭状态,P口与T口隔断不通,当P口压力大于第一弹簧设压力时,先导阀芯向上运动打开先导阀口,阀芯在P口与控制腔内压差下处于开启状态,P口与T口相连通。
2.根据权利要求1所述的安全阀,其特征在于,所述动铁的上端设有倒T字形限位滑槽,所述螺套内螺纹连接有下端伸入倒T字形限位滑槽内的调节杆,所述调节杆的下端设有滑动连接在倒T字形限位滑槽内的凸肩;所述凸肩靠近螺套时,线圈通电,动铁向下运动距离短,所述凸肩远离螺套时,线圈通电,动铁向下运动距离长。
3.根据权利要求1所述的安全阀,其特征在于,所述控制腔内设有第二弹簧,所述第二弹簧一端抵在所述导磁套上,另一端抵在所述阀芯上,使所述阀芯保持向下移动隔断P口与T口连通的趋势。
4.根据权利要求2所述的安全阀,其特征在于,所述调节杆在螺堵上方螺纹连接有锁紧螺帽。
5.根据权利要求1所述的安全阀,其特征在于,所述连通流道包括设在所述导磁套上的第一通流孔和设置所述螺套上的第二通流孔,所述第一通流孔一端与安装孔连通,另一端与第二通流孔的一端相连通,第二通流孔的另一端与T口连通。
