Abstract

The invention discloses equipment for removing concrete surface pollution by microwaves, which comprises a carrying trolley control system, a power supply device, a mechanical arm, a microwave generating device, a microwave operation plate and a dust collecting device. The control system and the power supply device are fixed on the carrying trolley, and the power supply device is connected with the microwave generating device through a power transmission line to provide power for the microwave generating device. The mechanical arm is connected with the carrying trolley through the base and comprises a main arm, a main arm oil cylinder, a folding arm and a folding arm oil cylinder, different operation postures are completed through controlling the main arm oil cylinder and the folding arm oil cylinder, and the mechanical arm can rotate around the central axis of the base along with the base, so that the operation processing range is expanded. The increasing safety requirements and health standards also require that alternative technologies be sought to address the disadvantages of conventional technologies to reduce the generation of secondary pollution such as noise and dust.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to solve the problem of surface radioactive pollution of concrete polluted by chloride and exposed to adverse environments such as nuclear power stations, nuclear waste factories and the like for a long time, provides equipment for removing the surface pollution of the concrete by microwaves, which is efficient, safe, silent, green and low in pollution, reduces the problems of health and environmental pollution in the removing process and realizes sustainable development of buildings.

the microwave generating device is arranged on the mechanical arm, and the power supply device is connected with the microwave generating device through a power transmission line; the microwave operation plate is fixed at the end part of the mechanical arm, and the microwave generating device is connected with the microwave operation plate and is used for applying microwaves to the surface of the polluted concrete;
the microwave operation board is provided with the dust suction device.

The invention designs and utilizes the heating characteristics of microwave selectivity and high efficiency, utilizes high-frequency microwave to heat polluted concrete, connects the microwave applying part with the mechanical arm, enlarges the microwave operation range and can adapt to the requirements of most practical work and use. In addition, suitable microwave generating devices and microwave applying devices can be selected according to different use scenes, the operation posture of the mechanical arm is adjusted according to different pollution conditions, the input angle of the microwaves is flexibly controlled, and the utilization rate of the microwaves is improved. The dust suction device can effectively reduce the outflow of pollutants in the operation process and reduce the harm to the environment.
