Background
The knitted vamp material is popular with consumers and is widely applied gradually because of the advantages of low carbon, environmental protection, light weight, softness, good air permeability, beautiful shape and the like. The warp-knitted spacer fabric in the knitted fabric is the earliest vamp material, and due to the knitting characteristics of warp knitting, the breathable and comfortable vamp material can be quickly and efficiently knitted, but the jacquard effect of the vamp material is difficult to realize due to the arrangement of guide bars, so that the pattern and the shape of the vamp material are single. The raw material yarn in this example is: the nylon light net DTY with the white half light of 280D/96F and the 70DOP core-spun yarn, the heavy net yarn DTY with the white half light of 450D/144F and the normal temperature cation of 110 ℃ and the terylene fishing line with the white bright of 100D/1F.
The machine type adopts a JT 12E 18 jacquard double-needle double-jacquard warp knitting machine, wherein a first jacquard guide bar JB1 is divided into half-size jacquard guide bars JB1.1 and JB1.2 white half-light 280D/96F nylon light net DTY +70DOP core-spun yarns, and the yarn threading modes are one-empty-one-through-one-empty-one-through; the second jacquard guide bar JB2 is divided into jacquard guide bars JB2.1 and JB2.2 of half machine number and penetrates white semi-gloss 450D/144F normal temperature cation heavy mesh DTY at 110 ℃, and the threading mode is one-empty-one-through-one-empty-one-through; the third common guide bar GB3 white-full bright 100D/1F terylene fishing thread is fully threaded. The jacquard guide bars JB1.1 and JB1.2 have padding weave of 1-0-1-1/1-2-1-1//, which weave plain weave and/or mesh weave on the front and back needle mattress; the jacquard guide bars JB2.1 and JB2.2 have padding weave of 1-2-1-1/1-0-1-1//, and the front and back needle mattress yarns are woven with plain weave and/or mesh weave; the yarn laying organization of a third common guide bar GB3 is 1-0-1-1/1-0-1-1//, and yarn laying is carried out on a back needle bed to form loops.
The composite texture jacquard fabric produced by the process is shown in figure 1. The color-mixing jacquard fabric comprises a first single-color jacquard effect area, a second single-color jacquard effect area and a first single-color and second single-color mixed color jacquard effect area which are connected with each other, wherein the first single-color jacquard effect area, the second single-color jacquard effect area and the first single-color and second single-color mixed color jacquard effect area comprise plain weave and/or mesh weave. The fabric comprises 54% CDP, 36% nylon, 7% mono polyester fishing filament and 3% Spandex. Compared with the conventional warp-knitted jacquard fabric on the market at present, the jacquard fabric has richer jacquard effect, and the alternation and connection of the plain weave structure and the mesh structure can provide better air permeability for the vamp.
Example 2
The embodiment provides a warp-knitted nylon cation stretch composite texture jacquard fabric and a production process and application thereof.
The difference from the embodiment 1 is that the design of the fabric pattern is different in the embodiment.
The composite jacquard fabric obtained in this example is shown in fig. 2. As in example 1, it also comprises a first single-color jacquard effect area, a second single-color jacquard effect area and a first single-color and second single-color mixed jacquard effect area connected to each other, the first single-color jacquard effect area, the second single-color jacquard effect area and the first single-color and second single-color mixed jacquard effect area comprising plain weave and/or mesh weave. Compared with the conventional warp-knitted jacquard fabric on the market at present, the jacquard fabric has richer jacquard effect, and the alternation and connection of the plain weave structure and the mesh structure can provide better air permeability for the vamp.
The composite-structure jacquard fabric vamp provided in example 1 and example 2 is subjected to the tests of flexing resistance, wear resistance, tear resistance and extension, and the reference test standards and test results are shown in table 1.
