Abstract
The invention discloses a saline-alkali soil petroleum polluted soil modifier and a complexing agent, which comprise gypsum, straw powder, distiller's grains, peat, livestock and poultry manure, malic acid, active biological bacteria and an expanding agent.
Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the field of soil treatment, and particularly relates to a compound for improving saline-alkali soil petroleum-polluted soil and application thereof in improving the saline-alkali soil petroleum-polluted soil.
Background
The petroleum pollution refers to land pollution caused by petroleum leakage and petroleum waste discharge in the petroleum exploitation and oil refining processes, so that much land in the area is overgrown. Before the 80's of the 20 th century, the remediation of petroleum hydrocarbon contaminated soil was limited to physical and chemical methods, i.e., heat treatment and chemical leaching. The heat treatment method is to purify most organic pollutants in soil by burning or calcining. But also destroys soil structure and components and is expensive and difficult to implement. Chemical leaching and water washing can also obtain better oil removal effect. But the secondary contamination problem of the chemicals used limits their use. In the early 70 s of the 20 th century, in order to solve the problems of oil leakage and oil spill caused by faults of oil pipelines and oil storage tanks, clean biological solutions have been searched by American Esso research and engineering companies, and laboratory researches thereof find an effective bacterial seeding method, which is the first time for bioremediation of oil-polluted soil. Since the 80 s of the last century, the bioremediation technology of contaminated soil has attracted more and more attention.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention provides a modifier and a complexing agent for treating the petroleum polluted soil in the saline-alkali land and a comprehensive treatment method aiming at the technical problems to be solved.
In order to achieve the above purpose, the invention adopts the technical scheme that: the saline-alkali soil petroleum-polluted soil conditioner comprises the following components in parts by weight: 30-60% of gypsum, 15-20% of straw powder, 10-30% of vinasse slag, 5-20% of peat, 5-15% of livestock and poultry manure and 5-20% of malic acid.
The invention adopts another technical scheme that: a compound agent for petroleum-polluted soil of saline-alkali soil comprises the following components in parts by weight: 10-30% of active biological bacteria and 70-90% of swelling agent.
Preferably, the active biological bacteria are Pleurotus, Pseudomonas, Flavobacterium, Achromobacter, Bacillus, Micrococcus, white-rot fungi, lactic acid bacteria, yeast or acid-producing bacteria.
Preferably, the expanding agent comprises 30-70% of cotton hulls and 30-70% of peanut hulls by weight.
The invention adopts another technical scheme that: a comprehensive treatment method for petroleum-polluted soil in saline-alkali soil comprises the following steps: (1) before winter, ploughing the petroleum-polluted saline-alkali soil, and applying 500-800 kg of soil conditioner per mu; (2) and ploughing the polluted saline-alkali soil after the conditioner is applied in spring, and applying 250kg of soil complexing agent per mu.
By implementing the technical scheme, the soil of the saline-alkali soil is improved by a chemical method, and the improved soil is degraded by applying the active compound microbial inoculum, so that the aims of thoroughly improving the saline-alkali soil and thoroughly treating petroleum pollution are fulfilled, finally, the aim of planting crops resistant to petroleum hydrocarbon pollution is fulfilled, and the grain safety is ensured.
Detailed Description

It should be noted that the degradation in these embodiments is used for explaining the present invention, but the present invention is not limited thereto. In addition, the technical features of the embodiments described below may be combined with each other unless they conflict with each other.
Example 1
The saline-alkali soil conditioner comprises the following components in parts by weight: 30% of gypsum, 20% of straw powder, 10% of vinasse slag, 10% of peat, 10% of livestock and poultry manure and 20% of malic acid.
The composite agent for the oil-contaminated soil in the saline-alkali soil comprises the following components in parts by weight; 10% of active biological bacteria and 90% of swelling agent. Before applying the composite agent, the microbial inoculum is dissolved into paste by water and then is fully mixed with the soil expanding agent.
The soil conditioner and the complexing agent are used together to achieve the effects of thoroughly improving soil and recovering plowing and planting.
Example 2
The saline-alkali soil conditioner comprises the following components in parts by weight: 60% of gypsum, 15% of straw powder, 10% of vinasse slag, 5% of peat, 5% of livestock and poultry manure and 5% of malic acid.
The composite agent for the oil-contaminated soil in the saline-alkali soil comprises the following components in parts by weight; 30% of active biological bacteria and 70% of swelling agent.
Example 3
The saline-alkali soil conditioner comprises the following components in parts by weight: 45% of gypsum, 20% of straw powder, 10% of vinasse slag, 5% of peat, 10% of livestock and poultry manure and 10% of malic acid.
The composite agent for the oil-contaminated soil in the saline-alkali soil comprises the following components in parts by weight; 20% of active biological bacteria and 80% of swelling agent.
The comprehensive treatment method of the petroleum-polluted saline-alkali soil comprises the following steps: before winter, the petroleum-polluted saline-alkali soil is ploughed, and 500-800 kg of soil conditioner is applied per mu.
