Description

UV transfer printing adhesive for 3.5D high stretching and application thereof
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of printing ink, in particular to a special UV transfer printing adhesive for transferring nano fine grains on a 3.5D high-tensile PC + PMMA composite board and silk-screen printing ink thereof and application thereof.
Background
At present, with the development of the mobile phone manufacturing industry, the mobile phone manufacturing industry is continuously updated, and the requirements of customers on products are continuously improved. The requirement of the cover plate is improved from the ever 2.0D → 2.5D → 3.0D → 3.5D tensile strength, meanwhile, the requirement on ink line products is higher and higher, the difficulty coefficient is higher and higher, and the cover plate construction process is common: raw material (PC + PMMA) → (or raw material + plating film, or offset transparent color) → UV transfer paste (transfer fine nano lines) → silk screen printing ink → stretch forming → packaging. The UV transfer printing glue mainly aims to form nano fine grains on the surface of a material or a raw material plus a plated film or an offset printing transparent color surface so as to increase the stereoscopic vision effect and simultaneously play a role in supporting a substrate and color ink. However, the stretching effect cannot meet the 3.5D stretching requirement of all UV transfer printing glues capable of achieving the 2.0D stretching effect, so under the condition that the common UV transfer printing glue cannot meet the 3.5D high stretching requirement, the development of a high-stretching UV transfer printing glue is an urgent matter and is a necessary trend to meet the market demand.
The basic requirements for such a high-stretch UV transfer paste are: the UV transfer printing adhesive has good adhesive force on substrates such as PC/PET/PC + PMMA and the like and coating layers or offset printing ink on the substrates, and particularly has excellent flexibility and stretching effect; the UV transfer printing glue has the advantages that the good supporting effect between the film layers can be achieved, the UV transfer printing glue also has excellent toughness, and the surface of a 3.5D high-strength tensile product cannot have crack-shaped defects.
Meanwhile, as the global environmental protection awareness increases, the ink industry is beginning to develop along a sustainable direction. The UV ink and the UV coating have the advantages of environmental protection, convenience, economy and the like, are widely used in modern society, particularly have incomparable advantages in the aspect of 3C products, and the UV ink is developed towards the aspect. In particular, UV inks have the following benefits over traditional volatile drying inks: the curing is rapid, and the production efficiency is high; excellent cured film properties (abrasion resistance, chemical resistance, etc.); low temperature curing, suitable for heat sensitive substrates (such as PC materials); the solvent content is low or no solvent is contained, so that the environmental hazard is small; saving field and low energy consumption.
However, general UV inks have disadvantages such as high recoatability and high hardness due to their high crosslinking density, and thus have limitations in post-processing. Therefore, the prior art needs to be perfected and developed.

low functional polyurethane acrylic resin
Urethane acrylate contains an acrylic functional group and a urethane bond in its molecule.
The functionality of the low-functional polyurethane acrylic resin is 2-3, and more preferably 2.
As an embodiment of the invention, the low-functional polyurethane acrylic resin has a TG point of-23 ℃, an acid value of less than or equal to 2mgKOH/g, a viscosity of 13000-16000 cpa.s/60 ℃, a molecular weight of 8800g/mol and an elongation of 340%.
The inventor finds that the low-functional polyurethane acrylic resin has excellent flexibility, particularly the difunctional polyurethane acrylic resin with the molecular weight is selected, so that the flexibility and the tensile strength are better improved; however, the inventors have also found that the adhesion is reduced by selecting the above-mentioned low-functional urethane acrylic resin. Meanwhile, when the molecular weight is more than the numerical range, the flexibility of the product and the processability in embossing are reduced; below this value, the stain resistance is reduced.
1,6 hexanediol diacrylate
The 1, 6-hexanediol diacrylate ester is a bifunctional functional monomer and has the characteristics of low skin irritation, low shrinkage and high activity.
In one embodiment of the present invention, the 1, 6-hexanediol diacrylate has an acid value of 0.2mgKOH/g, a refractive index of 1.455nD/25 ℃ and a molecular weight of 226 g/mol.
According to the invention, the 1, 6-hexanediol diacrylate is added to make up for the defects of the low-functional polyurethane acrylic resin, and the obtained transfer printing adhesive has strong post-processing capacity.
Isodecyl acrylate
In the present invention, the isodecyl acrylate is a monofunctional monomer, and as an embodiment of the present invention, the isodecyl acrylate has an acid value of 0.5mgKOH/g, a refractive index of 1.438nD/25 ℃, and a molecular weight of 211 g/mol.
The inventors have found that the addition of isodecyl acrylate can improve the post-processing ability of the product, and at the same time, improve the flexibility and water and weather resistance of the product.
Tetrahydrofurfuryl acrylate
In the present invention, the tetrahydrofurfuryl acrylate has an excellent adhesion-increasing effect.
In the present invention, the tetrahydrofurfuryl acrylate has an acid value of 0.5mgKOH/g, a refractive index of 1.455nD/25 ℃ and a molecular weight of 170 g/mol.
The tetrahydrofurfuryl acrylate primarily serves to dilute the resin and to assist in increasing adhesion. The tetrahydrofurfuryl acrylate selected by the invention can improve the wettability of the product in the storage process and the idle state, and can improve the binding force with the base material.
Photosensitizers
A photosensitizer is a substance that absorbs radiation energy and undergoes a photochemical change upon excitation to produce a reactive intermediate (radical or cation) that has the ability to initiate polymerization. Photoinitiators are key components of photocurable materials and play a decisive role in the photocuring speed of photocurable materials.
Common photosensitizers include, but are not limited to, aromatic diazonium salts, diaryl iodonium compounds, triaryl sulfur compounds, ketones, and the like.
In the invention, the photosensitizer is 1-hydroxy-cyclohexyl benzophenone which is white crystal and has absorption wavelengths of 244nm, 280nm and 330 nm.
The inventor finds that when the photosensitizer is 1-hydroxy-cyclohexyl benzophenone, the content of the photosensitizer is controlled, and when the content of the photosensitizer is too low, the photosensitizer is not enough to generate higher curing rate and is not beneficial to resisting oxygen and inhibiting polymerization; when the content is too high, the residual amount becomes too large, which is disadvantageous in yellowing resistance or aging resistance, and the possibility of precipitation increases.
Polymerization inhibitor
The polymerization inhibitor is an industrial aid, and is generally used to prevent the progress of polymerization. The inhibitor molecules react with the chain radicals to form non-radical species or low reactive radicals that cannot initiate, thereby terminating the polymerization.
The polymerization inhibitor comprises one or more of p-hydroxyanisole, 2,6, 6-tetramethylpiperidine oxide, hydroquinone, 2, 6-di-tert-butyl-4-methylphenol, cuprous chloride, ferric chloride, nitrobenzene and tetrachlorobenzoquinone.
From the viewpoint of improving the post-processing performance of the product, the polymerization inhibitor is p-hydroxyanisole.
The p-hydroxyanisole is white flaky or waxy crystals; melting point about 52.5 deg.C, boiling point about 243 deg.C, relative density 1.55(20/20 deg.C).
The inventor finds that the polymerization inhibitor is p-hydroxyanisole, so that the occurrence of a gelling phenomenon can be prevented, and the storage period is prolonged; but also can avoid the post-processing problem caused by the defects that the product has high crosslinking density and does not have recoatability and the like.
The UV transfer printing adhesive has the viscosity of 300-CPS at room temperature of 25 ℃, strong adhesive force and excellent flexibility, and can transfer various nanometer fine grains according to different requirements, thereby giving beautiful texture and rich visual effect to people.
In a second aspect of the present invention, the application of the UV transfer printing glue is improved, wherein the UV transfer printing glue is used for 3.5D high-stretch PC + PMMA composite boards and the application of nano fine lines transferred on silk-screen printing ink thereof.
The invention also provides the application of the UV transfer printing glue, which is mainly used for transferring nano fine lines on the PC + PMMA board and the silk-screen printing ink thereof, and the UV transfer printing glue is transferred onto the PC + PMMA board and the silk-screen printing ink thereof (according to the requirement of the required nano fine lines), so that a tough paint film is formed on the upper surfaces of the PC + PMMA board and the silk-screen printing ink thereof, and the PC + PMMA board is effectively ensured not to be painted and burst in the post-processing process. The method can be effectively applied to the surface processing of plates needing 2D/2.5D/3D/3.5D stretching, such as mobile phone covers. The UV transfer printing glue belongs to direct transfer printing and does not need to be added with other diluents.
The application of the UV transfer printing glue comprises the following specific process of applying the UV transfer printing glue to a 3.5D high-tensile PC + PMMA composite board and a silk-screen printing ink thereof for transferring nano fine grains:
construction method
1. Transfer printing: transferring the UV transfer printing glue on the PC + PMMA composite board and the part of the silk-screen printing ink surface of the PC + PMMA composite board, which needs to be transferred with the nanometer fine lines;
2, UV curing;
3. demolding:
4. secondary UV curing (through cure complete);
5. surface processing: printing other needed colors or dyne oil on the surface of the UV transfer printing glue;
6. post-processing: printing all the layers of the PC + PMMA according to the requirements, and then carrying out product molding processing (such as 2.0D/2.5D/3.0D/3.5D stretch forming)
Wherein, the film thickness of the UV transfer printing glue is 2-3um (Mitutoyo). In the UV curing process, the UV energy of the first UV curing is 400-600 mj/cm2(EIT UV Power Puck II), the spectral range is 180-420 nm, and the Power of a UV lamp tube is 80-120W/cm; and after demolding, the UV energy of the second UV curing is 800-1200 mj/cm2(EIT UV Power PuckII), the spectral range is 180-420 nm, and the Power of the UV lamp tube is 80-120W/cm.
The preparation method of the UV transfer printing adhesive comprises the following steps: the components are added into a container according to the proportion and are uniformly mixed under the stirring condition, and a finished product can be obtained.
The UV transfer printing adhesive provided by the invention is transferred on a PC + PMMA composite board and screen printing ink thereof, a tough paint film can be formed on the surface of the PC + PMMA composite board after being cured by a UV curing machine, various nanometer fine grains with different shapes can be manufactured according to requirements, and the UV transfer printing adhesive has good adhesive force, good flexibility and high tensile strength on the PC + PMMA and the screen printing ink thereof; can effectively ensure that the steel pipe is not easy to burst in the surface processing process. Therefore, the UV transfer printing glue can be effectively applied to post-processing of PC + PMMA plates. Moreover, the UV transfer printing glue has low smell, no toluene, no halogen and no heavy metal, meets the RoHS standard and has little harm to the environment.
Meanwhile, due to the oxygen inhibition, the conversion rate of double bonds on the interface is reduced; in the actual construction mode, a multi-step curing mode is used, and the double bonds which are not cured at the early stage can generate more crosslinking points with the later part which is cured in the later polymerization process, so that the post-processing performance and the recoating performance which are more excellent are realized.
