Description

Regulator for recycled aggregate mortar and preparation method thereof
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of mortar admixtures, in particular to a regulator for recycled aggregate mortar and a preparation method thereof.
Background
The mortar is a bonding substance used for building bricks on a building, and is formed by mixing fine aggregate (sand), cementing materials (cement, lime paste, clay and the like) and water in proportion; the mortar can be divided into masonry mortar and plastering mortar, and the masonry mortar is used for masonry of bricks, stones, building blocks and the like and installation of members; the plastering mortar is used for plastering the surfaces of wall surfaces, ground surfaces, roof surfaces, beam-column structures and the like. The fine aggregate for mortar is mainly natural sand, but with the shortage of natural sand resources, in recent years, recycled aggregate mortar using recycled aggregate instead of natural sand has also appeared. The recycled aggregate is prepared by crushing and screening waste concrete in the construction waste, can partially or completely replace natural sand, not only can greatly relieve the problem of insufficient supply of the natural sand, but also can recycle the construction waste and reduce the pollution of the construction waste to the natural environment.
In the prior art, the patent application publication No. CN106007562A discloses a dry-mixed mortar prepared by using construction waste recycled aggregate and a preparation method thereof, the construction waste is subjected to necessary treatments such as hammering, vibrating and the like in a removal place, two-stage crushing is carried out on the construction waste by using a jaw crusher, the construction waste recycled aggregate with the thickness of 0.15-5mm is obtained by separation, and then the dry-mixed mortar is prepared according to P.O 42.5.5R 100 parts of common silicate cement, 500 parts of construction waste recycled aggregate 400, 20-30 parts of secondary fly ash, 0.7-1.0 part of excitant, 1.0-1.2 parts of interface intensifier, 0.1-0.3 part of water-retaining agent, 1.0-1.8 parts of water-reducing agent and 0.3-0.5 part of reinforcing fiber.
However, compared with natural aggregate, the surface of the recycled aggregate is wrapped by a large amount of cement mortar, and the cement mortar has large porosity and numerous edges and corners, so the surface density and the stacking density of the recycled aggregate are lower than those of the natural aggregate, and the water absorption is high; and because the construction waste can be broken and deformed again in the process of breaking, the surface cracks of the construction waste are increased, and the mechanical strength is lower.
The freshly mixed common mortar has good workability, and the hardened mortar has required strength and binding power; in the recycled aggregate mortar, a large amount of cement mortar is coated on the surface of the recycled aggregate, and the surface of the recycled aggregate mortar is rough and polygonal, so that the binding force between the recycled aggregate mortar and a binding material can be increased, but the flowability and the water retention of fresh mixed mortar are reduced, and the workability of the recycled mortar is influenced. In order to make the surface of the recycled aggregate cleaner and smoother, mortar or cement stones adhered to the surface of the aggregate can be effectively knocked off by a mechanical strengthening method through the mutual impact and friction between particles moving at high speed, and more prominent edges and corners on the aggregate particles are removed. Therefore, how to improve the workability of the recycled aggregate mortar more simply is a problem to be solved.

Performance testing
The conditioning agents prepared in examples 1 to 9 and comparative examples 1 to 2 were used in the machine-blasted mortar in an amount of 10kg/m3The mechanical sand-blasting mortar is prepared according to DPM5 plastering mortar, wherein the fine aggregate is recycled fine aggregate, the stone powder content of the recycled fine aggregate is 8.3%, the water absorption is 2.1%, the crushing index is 18%, and the particle size is 0.25-0.5 mm; meanwhile, plastering mortar without a regulator is set as a blank example. Testing the fluidity of cement mortar according to GB/T2419-2005 'method for measuring fluidity of cement mortar'; according to GB/T25181-2010 premixed mortar, the consistency, the 2h consistency loss rate, the water retention rate, the 14d tensile bonding strength, the 28d compressive strength and the 28d shrinkage rate of the recycled aggregate mortar are tested; the test results are shown in table 1.
TABLE 1 mortar Property test Table in examples 1 to 9 and comparative examples 1 to 2
Figure BDA0002399028140000071
As can be seen from the data in Table 1, the modifier prepared in the examples 1 to 3 of the present invention can significantly improve the fluidity and water retention of mortar, improve the workability of recycled aggregate mortar, increase the tensile bond strength and compressive strength of hardened mortar, and significantly improve the frost resistance of mortar when used in recycled aggregate mortar. As can be seen from the comparison between examples 4 to 6 and example 1, the effect of improving the mortar performance is more remarkable when the air-entraining agent prepared by the present invention is added to the conditioner than when the air-entraining agent is commercially available as a rosin air-entraining agent.
The air entraining agent of the example 7 is prepared by the preparation example 4 of the air entraining agent, the modifier is not added in the step ④ of the preparation example, compared with the example 4, the mortar flow and the water retention property are reduced in the example 7, the tensile bonding strength and the compressive strength after hardening are obviously reduced, the shrinkage rate is increased, and the frost resistance performance is deteriorated, which shows that the addition of the modifier can improve the effect of the air entraining agent, and obviously improve the workability and the mechanical strength of the recycled aggregate mortar.
The air entraining agent of example 8 was prepared from preparation example 5 in which the same amount of concentrated sulfuric acid was used instead of ③, and no acrylic acid was added in step ④. in example 8, compared to example 4, the mortar flow and water retention were decreased, the tensile bond strength and compressive strength after hardening were significantly decreased, the shrinkage was increased, and the frost resistance was deteriorated, indicating that the addition of acrylic acid can improve the effect of the air entraining agent, and the workability and mechanical strength of the recycled aggregate mortar when preparing the air entraining agent.
The air entraining agent of example 9 is prepared from preparation example 6 of the air entraining agent, wherein methoxy polyethylene glycol, polyvinylpyrrolidone and coconut monoethanolamide are not added to the raw materials of the modifier of step ① in the preparation example, compared with example 4, the mortar in example 9 has reduced fluidity and water retention, obviously reduced tensile bond strength and compressive strength after hardening, increased shrinkage rate and poor freezing resistance, which shows that the addition of methoxy polyethylene glycol, polyvinylpyrrolidone and coconut monoethanolamide in the modifier can improve the effect of the air entraining agent and obviously improve the workability and mechanical strength of the recycled aggregate mortar when the air entraining agent is prepared.
The addition amount of the air entraining agent in the comparative example 1 is 9kg, compared with the example 1, the water retention in the comparative example 1 is reduced, the tensile bonding strength and the compressive strength after hardening are obviously reduced, the shrinkage rate is increased, and the frost resistance performance is deteriorated, which shows that when the amount of the air entraining agent is reduced, the mechanical property of the mortar is influenced.
The addition amount of the air-entraining agent in comparative example 2 is 21kg, and the performance of the mortar in comparative example 2 is not significantly improved compared with that of example 2, which shows that when the addition amount of the air-entraining agent is excessive, the performance of the mortar is not significantly improved, and the production cost is also increased. Therefore, the modifier obtained by adopting the proportion of the invention can improve the performance of the mortar and control certain production cost.
