Because the scraps adhered to the riving knife are generally made of aluminum materials, the cleaning solution is generally NaOH solution, the scraps react with the cleaning solution to generate NaAlO2, the aqueous solution of NaAlO2 is strong alkaline and is directly discharged outside to pollute the environment, and therefore sufficient CO2 is added into the waste liquid treatment box, so that NaAlO2 reacts with CO2 to generate Al (OH)3 and NaHCO3, NaHCO3 is weak alkaline, and the emission has little influence on the environment.
Referring to fig. 1, the check valve 73 is arranged on the air duct and used for controlling the on-off of the air duct, before the air pump 72 is started, the check valve 73 is not opened first, and after the air pump 72 is started, the check valve 73 is opened, so that the situation that the waste liquid in the sewage treatment tank 71 flows backwards into the air pump 72 to influence the use of the air pump 72 is avoided.
The following is a cleaver cleaning method, comprising the following steps:
s1, inserting one end, far away from the scraps, of the riving knife from the lower end of the fixing sleeve 621, enabling the riving knife to plug the rubber sleeve 622 into the fixing sleeve 621, and enabling the rubber sleeve 622 to press the riving knife in the fixing sleeve 621 so as to achieve the purpose of fixing the riving knife in the fixing sleeve 621;
s2, adding a certain amount of cleaning liquid into the cleaning pool 11, so that the cleaning liquid immerses one end, with the fragments, of the cleaver, and the cleaning liquid reacts with the fragments to remove the fragments;
s3, after the scraps are cleaned up, opening a stop valve 21, and discharging the waste liquid from the liquid discharge pipe 2;
s4, after the waste liquid is drained, closing the stop valve 21, blocking the liquid discharge pipe 2, and adding clean water into the cleaning pool 11 through the water adding pipe 3 to wash the cleaver and the cleaning pool 11;
s41, discharging the cleaned wastewater from the liquid discharge pipe 2, and simultaneously repeatedly adding clean water into the cleaning pool 11 to clean the riving knife for multiple times, so that the riving knife can be cleaned more cleanly;
s5, after the cleaver is cleaned, pulling out the cleaver from the fixed sleeve 621 and taking down the cleaver;
s6, discharging the water cleaned in the cleaning pool 11 from the liquid discharge pipe 2, adding clean water into the cleaning pool 11 through the water adding pipe 3 again to clean the cleaning pool 11, and simultaneously cleaning the cleaning pool 11 in a mode of adding clean water for multiple times so that the cleaning pool 11 can be cleaned more cleanly;
s7, the waste liquid and the waste water discharged from the liquid discharge pipe 2 enter the sewage treatment box 71, the air pump 72 introduces CO2 gas into the sewage treatment box 71 through an air guide pipe, so that the waste liquid and the waste water are converted into alkalescence from strong alkalinity, and finally the waste liquid and the waste water are discharged outwards.
In the second embodiment, referring to fig. 1 and 4, in order to know whether the cleaning is completed in time and discharge the liquid after the cleaning operation is completed in time, a detection unit 8 for detecting the conductivity of the liquid and outputting a detection signal is further disposed in the cleaning tank 11, a control unit 9 for receiving the detection signal and outputting a control signal is coupled to the detection unit 8, and an execution unit 10 for receiving the control signal and outputting an execution signal is coupled to the control unit 9, wherein the execution signal can control the on/off of the stop valve 21.
Referring to fig. 1 and 4, the detecting unit 8 includes a conductivity detector fixed to a sidewall of the cleaning bath 11 by screws, and a comparison circuit 81 for detecting conductivity of the liquid in the cleaning bath 11 and inputting a detection value to an input terminal of the comparison circuit 81; the detected value is compared with the preset conductivity value in the comparison circuit 81, when the detected value is greater than the preset conductivity value, the washing liquid in the washing tank 11 is still reacting with the debris by default, and when the detected value is less than the preset conductivity value, the reaction of the washing liquid in the washing tank 11 with the debris by default is already finished.
Referring to fig. 4, the comparing circuit 81 includes a preset value circuit 811 and a comparator OA1, and the preset value circuit 811 includes: the power supply VCC, the resistor R1 and the resistor R2, one end of the resistor R1 is coupled with the power supply VCC, the other end of the resistor R1 is coupled with one end of the resistor R2, and the other end of the resistor R2 is grounded; the inverting terminal of the comparator is coupled to a node between the resistor R1 and the resistor R2, and the positive terminal of the comparator is coupled to the conductivity detector.
Referring to fig. 4, the control unit 9 includes: a not gate F1, an NPN type triode Q1, a relay (the relay comprises a relay coil KM1 and a normally open contact switch KM 1-1) and a power supply VCC, wherein the input end of the not gate F1 is coupled with the output end of a comparator OA 1; an emitter of an NPN type triode Q1 is coupled with one end of the relay coil KM1, an output end of a base electrode NAND gate F1 of an NPN type triode Q1 is coupled, and an emitter of the NPN type triode Q1 is grounded; the other end of the relay coil KM1 was coupled to a power supply.
Referring to fig. 4, the execution unit 10 includes: the device comprises a resistor R3, a power supply VDD and a stop valve 21, wherein one end of the resistor R3 is coupled with the power supply VDD, the other end of the resistor R3 is coupled with one end of a normally open contact switch KM-1, the other end of the normally open contact switch KM-1 is coupled with the stop valve 21, the other end of the stop valve 21 is grounded, and the stop valve 21 is an electromagnetic valve.
Referring to fig. 1 and 4, when the detected value is greater than the preset conductivity value, the output end of the comparator OA1 outputs a high level, the high level is converted into a low level after passing through the not gate F1, and the NPN transistor Q1 is turned off after the base of the NPN transistor Q1 receives the low level signal, so that the execution unit 10 is in an off state, the cut-off valve 21 is kept in a closed state, and the liquid discharge pipe 2 is turned off, which indicates that the reaction between the cleaning liquid and the debris is still in progress.
Referring to fig. 1 and 4, when the detected value is smaller than the preset conductivity value, the output end of the comparator OA1 outputs a low level, the low level is converted into a high level after passing through the not gate F1, the base of the NPN-type triode Q1 receives a high level signal, and then the NPN-type triode Q1 is turned on, so that the execution unit 10 is in a conducting state, the stop valve 21 is also turned on and opened, the drain pipe 2 is unblocked, the liquid in the cleaning tank 11 can be discharged outwards, the reaction between the cleaning liquid and the debris is indicated to be finished, and the operator can perform the next action on the riving knife.

The cleaver cleaning device is characterized by comprising a cleaning table (1), wherein a cleaning pool (11) for cleaning a cleaver is arranged on the upper surface of the cleaning table (1); a liquid discharge pipe (2) for discharging cleaning liquid is arranged at the bottom of the cleaning pool (11), and a stop valve (21) for controlling the on-off of the liquid discharge pipe (2) is arranged on the liquid discharge pipe (2); a water adding pipe (3) for adding water into the cleaning pool (11) is arranged at the position of the cleaning pool (11) close to the pool opening; the cleaning table (1) is also provided with a fixed support (6), the fixed support (6) is positioned right above the opening of the cleaning pool (11), and the fixed support (6) is used for fixing a cleaver which is in a cleaning state in the cleaning pool (11); the fixed support (6) comprises a door-shaped frame (61) and a fixed piece (62), and the door-shaped frame (61) spans over the cleaning pool (11); the fixing piece (62) is fixedly arranged at the upper end of the door-shaped frame (61), and the fixing piece (62) is arranged in plurality; the fixing piece (62) comprises a fixing sleeve (621) and a horn-shaped rubber sleeve (622), and the fixing sleeve (621) is vertically fixed on the door-shaped frame (61); one end of the rubber sleeve (622) with small diameter is plugged in the port at the lower end of the fixed sleeve (621), and the end of the rubber sleeve (622) with large diameter is positioned outside the fixed sleeve (621); when the riving knife is fixed on the fixed support (6), one end of the riving knife, which is far away from the scrap, is inserted from the lower end of the fixed sleeve (621) and extrudes the rubber sleeve (622) into the fixed sleeve (621), and the end of the rubber sleeve (622) with a large diameter enters the fixed sleeve (621) and then presses the riving knife; a screw is arranged at the upper end of the fixing sleeve (621), the screw is vertically inserted into the fixing sleeve (621) to be in threaded connection with the rubber sleeve (622), and a grid stop is formed at the nut of the screw and the upper end port of the fixing sleeve (621).

s5, after the cleaver is cleaned, pulling out the cleaver from the fixed sleeve (621) and taking down the cleaver;
s6, discharging the water cleaned in the cleaning pool (11) from the liquid discharge pipe (2), and adding clean water into the cleaning pool (11) through the water adding pipe (3) again to clean the cleaning pool (11).
